We had a great stay (just for one night alas). Well-designed, well-located, great bar area, tasty buffet breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Pillows could be better? And I’ve never understood the fashion for semi-transparent toilets.

I loved the homely and professional atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and attentive. There was always someone to help, you'd never needed to wait. As there were more people you could also see how they worked well together, always doing something but not stressed. They interacted with both tourists and each other adequately, adding to this homely, welcoming feeling. Big kuddos to the staff at breakfast and reception and bar. Also very convenient bus connections to head into town and easy walk from Saint Pancreas / King's Cross station. I will be back.

one in five people are high sensitive. I missed a more quiet spot without speakers above you as some part of the lounge or bar. You should be able to choose how much sound you want to take in. Sometimes one wants to escape the city noises and be at peace while still having a table to work at (which you don't have in the room).

The good Location The breakfast was good The common space and outdoor patio was lovely and had a lot of seats for working. Most of the music they played was good (although the music was too loud for people doing work) The bad Overall, I found the style of service and amenities lacking for what’s labeled a 4-star hotel and would make it unlikely for me to stay there again. It’s a DIY hotel that seems to miss a few marks when it comes to the customer experience. 1. The temp control was not working in our room- you couldn’t set the temperature. No matter what temp we set it to, it never reached that temperature. 2. There’s no phone in the room or any way to contact anyone from the hotel without going down to the lobby. To ask the staff about temperature in the night, you’d have to go downstairs. 3. The room is incredibly small- which is fine, but not really meant for two people and it could use some help design wise to make it more efficient. There is no way for two medium sized luggage to fit comfortably. No hooks to hang things. Barely any counter room for toiletries. The wardrobe is not well designed. And I know you can book the larger, more expensive room, but people should know the medium room is not meant for two people who have anything larger than a carryon 4. There were unnecessary frills that were just silly for a room that small. You don’t need a guitar amp in every room- I am pretty sure most people don’t use it and it just takes up precious space. I know that’s part of the vibe but it doesn’t make sense. There are knobs on the mirror that are purely decorative - why don’t you use that space for a hook or two. 5. The only staff they seem to have is at the bar. A lot of the staff seem to hate working there and it comes across in the experience with the customer. Some were downright unfriendly. Some were great so it’s not across the board.

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the fire alarm was set off in the early hours of the morning. However, this was not the hotel's fault so I found that the staff looked after us well.

This Hotel met all our expectations and was easy to find and a pleasure to stay at with all Staff friendly and could not do enough for us. We loved the room so clean and perfect for everything you needed so lovely setting in the bar garden and restaurant a true gem we found

Ruby Stella is a great hotel for visiting Central London and Wembley. The hotel is spacious and clean, with a great bar. The rooms are comfortable and very clean! Special shout out to Sergio and Mo for great cocktails and food.

Quirky, clean, lovely staff, excellent room with comfortable bed and pillows, lovely shower products and decoration.

Room ventilation sounded loud during the night.

The climate control for the room was not controllable. The room temperature fluctuated and never reached the setting that I entered. The entire system turned off several times in the night. When I checked out, I mentioned this and two other guests in line offered that they experienced the same problem.

The room was too hot to sleep. There was no phone in the room and no way to reach the staff without getting dressed and taking the elevator to the ground floor. The staff don't really appear to work for the hotel and are more like bartenders who help with self check-in.

It was a short stay.

Rooms tiny, random clutter in the room like guitar amps (not needed) Housekeeping walked in on me while naked without knocking. Breakfast not much choice, no bacon, sausages. Very much continental breakfast.

Located in a very cool and hip area, although not the most central location. Breakfast was excellent (barista coffee options, very fluffy omelette, nice other choices). The "tiny windowless" room was great value for money with a very comfortable bed and a small desk. I loved that for foregoing housekeeping, I got a voucher that could be redeemed for an excellent signature cocktail. There is a great gym (GymBox) nearby, although day passes sadly are expensive and opening hours short, especially on the weekend.

Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe viele nette Pubs und Restaurants, Bahnhof, Bushaltestellen, etc. St Pauls oder British Museum kann man z.B. sogar zu Fuß erreichen. Modernes Zimmer, wenn auch sehr klein (Koffer kann nicht aufgeklappt werden) Sehr ausgewogenes, gesundes und leckeres Frühstück Kostenlose Teestationen auf den Fluren Netter, gemütlicher Innenhof zum Sitzen

Super cute hotel and bar. We loved the hidden garden for afternoon drinks. Hotel had Bluetooth speakers to connect to while getting ready. Great breakfast!!

Heel schoon en comfortabel. De airco werkte heel goed, want het was 35 graden buiten en lekker koel in de kamer. De omgeving rond het hotel is ook erg veilig en veel te doen! Als koffieliefhebber heb je zo 5 toptentjes in de buurt zitten. Wij hebben zelf geen ontbijt in het pakket gehad, maar het zag er in ieder geval goed uit toen we langs liepen.

Voor kort verblijf is het fijn, maar wij waren er 6 nachten. Het is dan jammer dat je geen raam open kan doen, want de airco gaat uit zodra het op de juiste temperatuur is, dus je kan niet goed luchten. Als je ervan houdt om 's avonds met het raam open te slapen, verzoek dan om een kamer waar dit wel kan op een beneden verdieping. En er is weinig ruimte om spullen neer te leggen.

Having paid an extra £20 for breakfast to then be charged an additional £6 for a coffee with my bread frat was extortionate. There isn’t any tea or coffee making facilities in the room either, you need to walk to the bays strategically placed along the corridors to use a tea/coffee station. No bottles of water either.

£230 for a cozy room is on the pricey side considering it’s a very small room. But we were going to a concert at Wembley so I imagine the prices reflect that

Varmt i London disse dagene. Rom kalde og gode, men gang og fellesarealer var svørt varme og man ble svett før man kom seg ut av hotellet.

God beliggenhet. Veldig stille men likevel nært underground, busser, spisesteder og så videre. Moderne, rent, annerledes konsept og nydelig bakgård. Gode sittemulugheter i lobbyen.

This was a relatively comfortable stay given the size of the room and the heatwave going through London. We appreciated the kindness of the staff, the location near public transportation, and the outdoor garden space for sitting.

It would be good if there were some more places to hang clothes--I know it is a tight room, but this was tough. We were a little disappointed to see the use of large pouches of pre-made cocktail mixers at the bar.

Lovely set up

Cool vibe but once 11pm came or around that time, all music stopped. Turned into a library. It was like being told to go to bed. Appreciate you need to be mindful of other guests but you can still keep a bit of ambience going. Turn it down. Completely off a but unnecessary.

Lovely staff, easy check in, really central location, we could check in early which was amazing. Yes, the rooms are a little small but you know that when you book it and you can choose a bigger room. We loved our stay there.

Very difficult for the Ubers I took to access the hotel. I had to find my way from the main street a couple of times on foot - I think there was a lot of construction limiting access at the time.

Location, cleanliness, rooms were compact but well equipped and had an excellent rain shower. Quiet and good easily adjustable air conditioning.

No kettle, alternative provision was a hot water tap in the corridor, that unfortunately didn’t provide hot enough water, as most were commenting whilst making a drink in the morning.

I honestly didn’t want to leave a negative review, because the stay itself was perfectly fine and we were generally happy with the hotel. However, for over a month now, we have been trying to obtain VAT invoices for the stay of seven people, and the whole situation has become extremely frustrating. Communication with the hotel is very difficult. Instead of helping resolve the issue, we keep being redirected, ignored, or given vague answers with no actual solution. Even Booking.com has already intervened on our behalf, yet the hotel still seems to completely disregard the matter. For a business trip, proper invoices are not an optional extra, they are essential accounting documents. The fact that after more than a month we are still unable to receive them is simply unacceptable.

Punkt Abzug Kopfkissen einfach zu dick. Nur engl TV Kanäle, Schade: kein Sat TV, wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche!! Haarewaschen dauert ewig.

Amazing hotel. All new and great staff

Perfect hotel voor een paar dagen Londen. Prijs kwaliteit was zeer goed. Kamers zijn klein, maar schoon en hebben goede bedden. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en aanrader om er bij te pakken. Het sfeertje in het hotel was ook leuk! Ik zou er zo terug gaan!

Kamers waren wat klein, maar prima. Verder geen tegenvallers.
