Great location for travel from St Pancras Station. Easy check in & check out. Clean

Only a small window high up so little or no natural light even though we had paid a bit extra for room with a window! Bit scuffed in places even though we had to pay £25 deposit for any potential damage

Only downside was the small breakfast menu, consisting of an omlette, yogurt, and small cereal box’s. Other than that it was a lovely stay, and I will definitely be going back.

Property is in a great location, close to King’s Cross and St Pancras train stations, great for where I needed to be. Friendly welcoming staff on arrival. There is no lift which isn’t a problem for me, I am good with stairs but the stairs are very narrow if you need to carry heavy luggage up and down. The room was a compact first floor double room and linen very clean and fresh. There was a small clothes hanger on the wall with two clothes hangers enough for me travelling light. Complimentary bottled water was provided. The bed was comfortable,so overall a comfortable one night stay.

As a double room it was very small and basic the bed was the whole width of the room and against the far wall not a problem for single travellers but two sharing would need to climb over each to get out of bed. No storage space for luggage or clothes for longer trips No tea/ coffee making facilities are provided so the price was very high for a basic room only stay. And the refundable but additional holding deposit payment of £25 was quite unexpected.

The basement rooms have no windows but that's known upfront and OK. Narrow steep stairs to the basement could be an issue for some people if they have large luggage.

Location excellent, just a short walk from kings cross/st pancreas int, plenty of food outlets and Tesco express literally across the road. Staff on check in very pleasant.

We booked the compact double room and that's exactly what it was - tiny, you could not swing a cat! The exceptionally small double bed was pressed against the window/wall with a very narrow path to the bed, with a view that left much to be desired. We were situated on the ground floor (G4) beside reception and the noise was ridiculous - we heard every check in, people returning in the evening, and a lovely Australian guest asking for breakfast and how to pay etc at 8am in the morning - while she had zero consideration for other guests the member of staff did not either as we heard the entire conversation through the paper thin walls. The earplugs were a nice touch but quite frankly were completely useless. When we opened the window the particles of dust floating in the room was surprising as the room looked visibility clean. My partners wallet slipped down the side of the bed and when we moved it to get the wallet - the dust was well and truly explained - under the bed was absolutely filthy, evidently the room is that small it's impossible for the cleaners to physically clean the months of dirt from under the bed. Fair enough we booked the compact room - but this is an over priced glorified storage cupboard. Thankfully we only stayed for one night.

Loved the convenience to the train station. Only a few minute walk. The room itself was clean, up to date, and very nice.

The room was small. I heard it was small but it was very small. For 2 people it was great for a place to put our heads at the end of the day. Cozy. You could wash your hands while on the toilet at the same time. The bathroom was cozy.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Kings Cross und ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Mein Standard Compact Zimmer mit Fenster lag Richtung Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat viele Wünsche erfüllt.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, für meinen Aufenthalt jedoch vollkommen ausreichend.

Lovely clean room albeit very compact and no fridge but the staff were so helpful and accomodating. The bed was very comfy and a great location. Just a short walk to the station and Tesco very close by. I’d definitely recommend and would stay there again. Great breakfast as well.

For what I paid for a room last minute was unbelievable value. Bathroom was immaculately clean. Great water pressure in the shower, the staff on the door were class.

Voor een zakelijke reis is dit hotel prima. De kamer was niet groot maar voor 1 persoon prima. Het bed is ingeklemd tegen het raam en muur. Voor 1 persoon geen probleem, voor twee personen vind ik het bed niet handig geplaatst. Mijn collega kreeg eenzelfde kamer in de kelder maar kreeg zonder problemen een andere kamer toen hij hier om vroeg. Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid maar wel voldoende.

La stanza era minuscola: il letto da uno dei due lati lunghi era attaccato alla parete sotto alla finestra e tra la fine del letto e l’altra parete c erano si è no 30cm. Non c’era nemmeno lo spazio per aprire un trolley (se non a terra dietro alla porta, per cui poi la porta non si apriva più). Il bagno angusto, lavandino minuscolo (a lavarsi i denti con attenzione acqua in tutto il bagno). Per non parlare della colazione: nel seminterrato in uno stanzino minuscolo, 4 tavolini alti da 2 posti. Sul bancone il quasi nulla cosmico (3 marmellatine, 2 jogurt e 2 mini briosche asciutte). Dietro il bancone il tipo che ti friggeva (leggi: sbrucciachiava) le uova, naturalmente impestando tutta la stanza (quindi pure abiti, capelli etc). Ordinato un cappuccino; ce l’ha portato in una tazza rotta e attaccata in più punti. Tutto questo in un 4 stelle è inammissibile E per finire, il prezzo: assolutamente esagerato per un (dis)servizio simile. È un 4 stelle solo sulla carta. Sconsigliatissimo!

The carpets are stained and dirty. The walls in the bedroom were dirty and scuffed. There was black pubes in our bedding. The room was absolutely tiny, and we had been upgraded to a "delux" room, I dread to think what a standard room looks like. The cleaners began at 7am meaning you also had to be up at 7am and they weren't quiet. 2/5*.

Die Unterkunft punktet mit der Lage Nähe Kings Cross, fußläufig erreichbar. Die Rezeption ist ständig besetzt und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet, insgesamt alles sauber.

Bunkeratmosphäre, auch im Frühstücksraum kein Tageslicht. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr hellhörig, auch die U-Bahnen sind zu hören.

Very close to King’s Cross so you can be wherevere you want by a few minutes walk to the station and a lot of nice food places.

The room was in the basement and very small. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The problem is the noise of not so much the trains passing by (you get used to it), but every morning doors starts to be slammed probably by the cleaning staff and if you want to have a longer sleep or just stay in bed it is impossible to do it. Last day at 5AM the fire alarm went on and the receptionist took a longer time to shut it down. After that it went briefly on for 2 times again. Thankfully was due to a hot steam shower kicking the alarm, but still was bad.

The hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes from King’s Cross. It’s a budget hotel £225 per night!! The staff were excellent, professional and friendly, 24 hour desk. They let us leave our bags at 11am and they were in our ground floor room when we returned at 11pm after the theatre. We had a large accessible bathroom having asked for a bath. The room was spotless and air conditioned but no windows so it was like a cell. Very good night sleep in the cool and quiet (34 degrees day temp outside) with a very comfy bed. Zero facilities, no tea tray. The Blue River cafe 1 minute away does a good breakfast in the sunshine. Would stay again for a simple nights sleep in a spotless room but need to book ahead for a fair price.

Great host, they were very responsive and quick to reply. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed, so good value for the price. Wifi was fast. There were many utilities in the kitchen and bathroom, enough to cook and fridge was spacious.

Location was a bit noisy and far from city center. During the heatwave there was no air conditioning so it was quite warm. When opening the door, we could hear ambulance and police every 30 min. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Convenient location close to Kings Cross & St Pancras station. The staff were friendly and professional no matter the time of day or night, always greeted with a smile. Large windows, excellent air con and a good pressure and temperature in the shower.

The only personal critique would be underneath the bed was a little dusty. If you are a light sleeper and book this road side hotel expecting not to hear cars or trains, I would recommend bringing ear plugs.

Lekker dichtbij het station, dus ik was er zo. Kamer zonder raam in de kelder. Lekker rustig, maar geen frisse lucht. Fijne ontvangst door een vriendelijke receptionist. Kamer was netjes, maar toch een lange donkere haar gevonden. De kamer was fijn ingericht en ruimtelijk in orde. Prima geslapen ondanks de warmte buiten. Goed ontbijt.

Nous avions mal à la tête pendant notre séjour .car mini chambre en sous-sol et pas de fenêtre, mais un velux ...et la climatisation qui donne directement sur le lit .

I was concerned about lugging my suitcase up two flights of stairs, but the hotel staff offered to carry it for me. They were very helpful throughout my stay.

• Staff were extremely kind during our whole stay. Air con was spot on and worked perfectly during the London heatwave. We did have a problem with our bathroom but it was resolved quickly. Since their isn't a lift the staff offered to carry our luggage up the stairs which was really kind.

Location to the Eurostar

We purchased with breakfast and they could not accommodate my dietary requirements. Therefore they advised that they would organise a refund via Booking.com. However, I now have an email from Booking.com to advise that the hotel would not approve our refund and to follow it up with them. The hotel stole our money! This hotel is a complete rip off! Their rooms tiny and you can’t move. No elevator. No iron. Hair dryer you had to get on request and shared among all rooms. The taps and fixtures in the bathroom are loose. Not cleaned well, with dust layers on the hand soap. There was a fly in our room. The hallway carpets are filthy. Plus smells with bad air fresheners that gave me a headache. They did allow us a late checkout however.

Staff was fab, room was clean and bed comfy. There was air on and tv.

Harsh greeted us on our arrival, and was very helpful and friendly from then on. Our daughter had rung on our behalf, and Harsh was especially on the ball and solicitous. Tank you Harsh! We had a great time in France!

The bed was really too big for the room! A smaller bed would have been fine, and enable easier movement .

Easy location to King’s Cross / St Pancras

Although the room was advertised as a compact room it was very small indeed. There were two of us staying in the room and when you got out of bed you had to climb over your suitcases. As there is no storage for them. For one night this was ok but for longer stays better to get the larger room. Breakfast was not great.. I ordered the yogurt and granola bowl which was prepared in a blender so the yogurt was like soup in the end which then had Alpen sprinkled on not Granola. Not the end of the world but not as advertised ..
