Zedwell Greenwich

Nice Hospitality especially Narthi and Deep at the reception. Would definitely recommend and come back with friends again.

I had a great stay at Zedwell Greenwich. The hotel is super modern and extremely clean, quiet and relaxing. Rooms and very comfy and soundproof for a great nights sleep. Thanks to Syed and Deep at the front desk for their warm hospitality, they helped make it a great stay.

I stayed with my mum and sister, we all had a comfortable cozy night. The mattresses were a little too hard, and our room was right next to the staff room so it got very noisy at points. Apart from that, the staff were very lovely and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you very much to the hostess Narthi. We appreciated your wonderful hospitality. Have a wonderful day and we’ll be back soon. Thank you again for the stay.

The room is clean and the staff is so helpful especially Narthi. We will definitely comeback. Room smells so nice the sheets and the mattress is so soft and comfortable. Narthi also help us and recommended some places to go, smiles a lot which really help with the customers mood.

Had a really amazing experience, super easy to check in and check out. Lovely clean rooms. Incredible service from Syed, really helped us out!!

Great location and great service from Sayed he was lovely and accommodating and made it a good experience. The lighting was good however sometimes it struggled to stay on the settings. The room was an okay size and the air con really helped due to no windows. It was okay pricing however I wish there was room service everyday where they came and changed sheets and towels and gave us new bins as u have to ask for room service. It was very quiet and peaceful which was great. Good experience nice room but small red stain on the bedsheets

Narthi was really helpful, great place for, great price specially if you are going to the o2 The location is in a really safe area, all the amenities Are modern looking and functional. Narthi really helped me out get settled and made sure my stay at Zedwell was spot on.

Narthi was very helpful and friendly! Room was simple but exactly what we needed. Convenient location too. Would stay again.

Really nice, simple, quiet, clean and modern room. Perfect for a one-night stay. The guy in the lobby with the bird tattoos is really friendly and helpful.

Simple but comfortable room. I appreciated the darkness and sound proofing and slept really well. The reception area is clean and modern and all of the staff were friendly and helpful

Very clean and cosy in a modern and minimalist way! I appreciated the 24 hr check-in and the lighting in the rooms. Staff were approachable :-) Thanks!

The location is good, there are a few places to go to, and good restaurants nearby. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I enjoyed the cocoon room. I slept through the night.

My experience in this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The location is perfect: close to several restaurants and tourist attractions, but at the same time quiet enough to rest well at night. The rooms were spotless and very well equipped. I want to especially emphasise the attention of the staff, in particular of Narthi, who was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my stay.

Beautiful and confortable stay. Very clean. Great location. Northing was very helpful, always with a smile. Will come back.

Unfortunately, we had a bad first experience. Despite me paying in advance AND checking in online to ‘make my arrival as calm and effortless as possible’ a member of staff cancelled my booking. I am hoping this was a one-off as we have already booked to go twice more as my daughter lives in the area. The only explanation I was given was that because I had booked to go in two months time, the member of staff decided that I didn’t need this booking. I have no words. Surely if you have booked a non-refundable room and don’t even turn up (we were there at 2.30pm) they shouldn’t be able to cancel it whether you have used it or not. You have paid for it after all. I would have given a better score if the Receptionist was in the least bit sorry. He wasn’t. He even seemed to blame me for confusing them with my multiple bookings. Luckily, they still had room availability - this location is often full. The bathroom could do with a 'proper' door. Frosted glass hides nothing - especially in such a small room. A bath mat wouldn't go amiss either. However, it was very clean and very quiet. I am hoping we get off to a better start next time.

Very pleasant stay, hotel was lovely and clean and smelt AMAZING! Room was just what we needed, great value for money. We both had a really good nights sleep. Staff were really helpful on arrival and when checking out. Syed kindly helped us when leaving to make checking out easier and took our bags to leave for the day :)

Great hotel, amazing location, Barth I was awesome and recommended! Clean and modern hotel Great for a put stop, clean Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx cx. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx. Xx cx. Xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Excellent service, we warmly welcomed by Narthi on arrival. Super modern and clean hotel. Will stay again for sure. Great location too.

Very nice and modern. Small rooms perfect for a solo traveler. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. No complaints. Only issue is distance to nearest underground tube. You have to take the DLR train to the nearest tube station. But Greenwich village station is a lovely little area with lots of shops and restaurants.

Yes I knew when I booed it would be basic but a mattress slight raised off the floor and that it??? No cup or glasses Air on would not work so room stuffy as has no windows Won’t be staying again

Compared to Piccadilly and Tottenham Court Road, hotel room was grubby, no control on the lighting (all or nothing) horrible green light on all night long

The apartment was just what we needed while staying in london. Super quiet , clean and handy location to transport and all the things in and around greenwich. It had a/c , comfy bed and super hot shower and completely sound proof so shut off from the outside world. Would stay here again.

The accommodation lacked essential furnishings, including a cupboard, desk chair, and kettle, and the sleeping arrangement consisted of a mattress on the floor. Furthermore, the room was without windows.

No desk, no rubbish bin, nothing in the room.

Extremely well priced. Clean room and absolutely loved the “cocoon” style. Amazing choice for a few nights, but may be a little small for more than that. Didn’t hear any noise and less than 10 minute walk from Greenwich Market. 10/10 would recommend

The rooms are basic but this is by design. The rooms are based on good sleep, so no windows and lots of insulation. Don’t expect luxury but the place is clean and modern and comfy enough, the price for a hotel in London makes it worth a go, definitely recommended

Faultless, clean hotel with a modern reception area. Staff attentive and would highly recommend & stay again. Perfect space to enjoy for a overnighter in London.

Great hotel close to centre of Greenwich and the room does exactly what is needed. Clean, comfy bed and decent shower

Overall experience was great, the staff are very friendly and the cocoons are a wonderful and restful experience if you enjoy minimalist style living. I would have preferred if a bench or some type of storage to place clothes in rooms was available rather then living in a luggage. Also if the reception area had water or tea free for guests would have been an added bonus.

PRED was very helphul!! I was having trouble because my outlet was not compatible with the AC adapter for worldwide use. They kindly showed me how to purchase one from a vending machine.

The property is really nice and was a very comfortable sleep. However the location is awful your right on a main road, the front entrance is outside and industrial state with spray paint and graphity everywhere and no lighting and the back exit is onto the main road - the closest train station is a 15 min walk away so if you got the train there would would potentially have to walk though and industrial state in the dark to get to the hotel it felt quite dangerous around the area

Syed really Helpful on check In and out

Abhi was amazing, extremely nice and supportive. Genuinely helped me and answered all my questions kindly. He was kind enough to come and show me how to turn on the light etc. Very good service.

I had a great stay at Zedwell. I slept nearly 12 hours! Lovely design, colours, vibe and mellow music. Very zen. Friendly staff.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, so immediately received a good first impression. The room was worth the money, although the double bed was a bit small. My only issue was that there was no cutlery. I had to buy it from the vending machine for £3, and it was made of paper which made it completely useless and impractical. Overall, it was very good, well done.

New experience with no windows but bed and bathrom was all I needed. I went to concert in O2 and I was looking for location.

Great service and very friendly staff. Was a pleasure to stay there. Definitely worth it, good value for money. Well done 👍🏻

The room is cosy. It’s value for money! I also like the location, Greenwich is at walking distance and you can do a short run around the beautiful Greenwich park to recharge!

Great service by Abhi, nice hotel reception atmosphere is so good ❤️❤️, I just stayed for 2 days in hotel . This a new concept of hotel so I like a lot . I will prefer this hotel for my next stay when i arrive in london ……….

Excellent experience with this hotel, it was easy to get to from the airport and the service was great, the room was clean and we were happy with it for our duration of the stay!

We had a great stay at Zedwell in Greenwich. We found the hotel's location fantastic, and the simplicity of the rooms just what we needed to help wind down after long and busy days in the city!

I had a great stay at Zedwell Greenwich the hotel was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the amazing service from Abhi. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Thank you, Abhi, for making my visit so enjoyable

I was an ok stay. Basic room with no window, tv, chairs or anything other than the bed, that is almost at floor level. The area is nice and has a bus stop close by that makes it easy to move around. It was an ok hotel just to crash for the night.

The room is tidy and clean. Love how spacious the washroom is. I highly appreciate the friendly welcoming from the staffs here which made our stay super satisfying.

the room is very clean and well organized, is very confortable to sleep and no noise is to be heard. The staff was very kind and helpful through out the entire stay at every hour (even at night). i highly reccomend it to couples and solo travellers, we stayed 4 nights and our experience was awsome!!

Enjoyed my stay at Zedwell Greenwich. The room was cosy and warm and allowed for a good rest. It definitely felt you were cocooned in.

Hussain do a great job in helping me with my booking very friendly and nice warm welcoming aswel Loved the window very relaxing place to stay 😊 very happy

Really good accessibility apart from the lips on the bottom of the doors being a bit hard to get over in a manual wheelchair. More pillows needed. Bathroom and bedroom was super clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, checking in was very quick and easy and Sam was lovely and very accommodating. Would recommend

I recently stayed at Zedwell Greenwich and would like to share my feedback on the services provided. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff Islam and Abhi were helpful. I appreciated their help and effort on supporting us during our check in. Cheers

Zedwell give you a cheap and soft mattress on the floor with scratchy bed linen. It is not designed for comfort, it is designed to maximise profit. The stay was crowned by not having any hot water in the morning shower.

Surprised that they can provide the free luggage storage service and all the staffs are very helpful.

Very comfortable

Great simple project

There is no tv in the room basic mattress on the floor very tiny no kettle actually nothing other than a bed an a shower hostels offer more facilities

Self check-in, and programming room key yourself. Very small room with no window, with extremely low down bed. The A/C worked really well. But not much space to put any clothes and no where to sit down, except on the almost floor level bed. But the room was suitable for sleeping. Just don't expect a chair/workspace.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, Sam was great, everything a hotel should be. Would reccomend 👍

Simple effective experience.

It would be really good if the property would be fitted with TV

I had a fantastic stay at Zedwell. The room was clean, modern, and incredibly quiet—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Had an amazing experience at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special thanks to Islam for his outstanding service—professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Islam went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well situated, being close to transport, and the tourist sites. Room was nice and cozy, staffs were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for one nights and had a great experience overall. The location was excellent just a short walk from the train station and several popular attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed, fresh towels, and working air conditioning. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were plenty of power outlets. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but everything else made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a really good place I really like the room. Bed washroom was clean and comfortable place was neat and clean I had a good time in that place.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They have attentive staff 24h. You have a few bars and restaurants around the area but even more if you walk a little bit more.I would stay again.

Quiet and restful sleep. Great to come back to and get rest since it’s very quaint and clutter free to ensure you get good sleep.

With no windows I thought …man not gonna have a good view but for a jet lagged traveler from California it made for a perfect way to try and reset. It’s also so quiet, you can’t hear your neighbors. So if you’re looking for a good neighborhood with good clean quiet environment then this is your spot. Also, 10 min or less walk to trains and bus stop right out front of property.

Good location and excellent value.

The hotel is excellent 👌. Good atmosphere.. like an heaven ✨️ The staff are very friendly Mr deep really thanks 😊.... 😊

❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️💯💯💯💯💯I had an amazing experience with zedwell 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 The customer service was outstanding😍😍😍😍😍😍😍, and I was so pleased with the service I received from mr.Abhi 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

Very great experience with staff. Deep was very nice and helpful throughout our stay and the room was clean and well-kept

Staying at the Zedwell Greenwich Hotel was a pleasant way to spend a few days in London. The rooms were cozy and made me and my family feel very comfortable. We were very well rested as there were no windows or TVs in our room, leaving us with an experience free of distractions. Deep was very helpful in our experience here and made us feel welcome. I would recommend staying here.

10/10 customer service from Hussain Sathya. Everyone was very lovely and helpful I will be coming here again. Really lovely staff

The stay was excellent and all services were provided with kindness. The facilities were well-equipped, and public transport was easily accessible nearby. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to London. Hussain was especially kind and helpful.

Very clean and flexible.

Simple and cost effective. Towels, shampoo and body wash provided but everything else needs to be brought with you. Read the reviews and you won’t be disappointed. Had a room with air con and it was a really quiet night. Supermarkets and a chemist close by and a lovely pub called the Duke. Easy walking distance to the station and Thames. Highly recommended.

I appreciated the courtesy and the efficiency of the personnel but I deplored the lack of minimal conveniences such as a fridge in the room

The staff are very attentive and helpful. Expensive for such a small room and no amenities. Coffee is terrible from the lobhy machine. Water is £3.50. You can get a discount from the two local coffee shops if you stay at the hotel.

Room was fine, if overpriced for what you get. No hand towels for the bathroom, only bath towel and bath mat, plus poor water pressure in shower. Carpet had stains and marks on it and bed was over soft with flat pillows. Also weirdly the sheets didn’t seem to fully fit the length of the bed. It’s absolutely great as a budget option, but the price I paid for the dates I visited (booking well in advance) was way too high for the standard of the hotel. Unlikely to stay again, unless the room rate was much cheaper. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help make check in easier as their systems were down at the time of arrival.

Claustrophobic, no window, no cups/glasses in room, noisy a/c.

Can’t fault it, bed and bathroom all you need for a short stay. Would recommend definitely and it’s in a lovely area.

Mixed experience. The staff were wonderful. I liked the minimalist cocoon concept of the hotel but the room, although clean, felt old & tired. There were only three hooks to hang clothes on. No hangers, which is tough for business travelers. The staff were able to dig up one hanger though, but clearly not enough for 5 days of meetings. Most importantly, no water fountain for you to fill up your water bottle, but you could buy overpriced drinks & water from the vending machine. Highly recommend installing a water filter / fountain for guests.

Positives + Zedwell Greenwich creates the right conditions for switching off. The room was impressively quiet and completely dark which made it easy to settle and get a solid night’s sleep. The mattress was comfortable with good quality bedding and the air conditioning worked well to keep things cool and optimum for sleep without being noisy. It’s a stripped back space designed entirely around rest with no TV, no windows, no distractions. Negatives - That minimalist approach is clearly intentional but a few simple additions would make the experience feel more supportive of good sleep, and aligned to the nightly price. Knowing hydration is important for good sleep, there was no glass or drinking water in the room (I had a refillable bottle but it wouldn't fit in under the bathroom sink tap), no option for herbal tea, and none of the small touches that help you wind down normally like a pillow choice, dimmable floor level light or calming pillow scent. A filtered water station or chilled water tap in reception would be a great start and small extras like a sleep kit or night time herbal tea option in reception would go a long way without cluttering the bedroom space. The bathroom was clean and functional, but it's worth noting the advertised 'rain shower' is actually just a standard hand shower with a rain-style setting. It does the job but it’s another area where expectations at booking and delivery don’t quite match. There’s also no hangers for clothes, no seating, and no surface to place anything. This is not ideal if you're staying more than a night. At £100 a night, it’s clear the hotel's focus is on rest rather than comfort. The quiet and darkness are excellent, and the concept works but with a few thoughtful additions, it could go from a good sleep stop to a genuinely restorative hotel experience whether for 1 night or longer.

This was exactly what I expected. Very basic, very clean, pleasant staff bed was comfortable, corridor outside our room was quiet. Perfect place to lay your head for the night and very good price. Would definitely return.

Excellent place … what a find. Deep on reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. Spotless and clean. Tidy, comfy , modern and excellent location. Everything you need for a stop over … No extras like TV or storage but perfect for a quick trip. Booked again as hooked … recommended for sure .. very peaceful as described

Stayed here for the night whilst I was down seeing Pitbull. Overall the hotel was lovely! Room was small and spacious, lighting was good despite not having a window, couldn’t complain about the bathroom, bed was comfy aswell. However, there was no bin in the room (other than a tiny bathroom bin), so felt bad having to leave my rubbish in the corner of the room. Theres also no kettle in the room. I tried to make 2 pot noodles and had to go downstairs. Asked a member of staff if there was a kettle I could use to be told no😂. Had to pay £8 overall to fill up my pot noodles from their coffee machine, which was extremely frustrating 😂

Matched the description exactly. Cosy and quiet with a comfortable bed. Very relaxing and one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel

The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. However it felt quite claustrophobic not having any windows and having a mattress on the floor wasn’t to my particular taste. Can’t fault the place but I think I would pay a little extra in the future for a more conventional hotel room.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Loved the minimal room style. Comfortable beds Friendly staff Value for money

Great base for visitng O2 arena. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and eager to help. Rooms basic but comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good shower

Really good location - room was adequate but a hairdryer would be a good idea to have in the room

No room to move mattresses on floor and no tv or anywhere to put clothes.

Worst service level from hotels.com and the hotel. Booked by mistake over a month ago due to the hotels.com app forward dating as you load it up. Thought a month would be enough time to cancel it especially as I am such a decent customer. NOPE. Messaged and messaged the service and response was terrible. I was assured it was being sorted a month agao kept message and no replies on APP help section on hotels.com. Hotel itself never answered the phone with a month of trying myself. DISGUSTING £100 wasted. Used hotels.com for over 20 years spend 00’s of thousands. This was the last time will ever use them again.

Limited in room facilities, no tv

Simple clean quiet easy reasonably priced Bare bones but good for sleeping.

It was a nice stay overall

The hotel is located in a very nice area. However, they don’t have Tv, refrigerator or microwave. It’s completely bared room with the mattress laying on the floor. They do have free WiFi, but nothing else.

No windows and no kettle in the room so very basic
