Location is prime. Especially if you realize restaurants are unique/better in higher density and vibes are more genuine in east London over west London. Live in London, so know my stuff. I do staycations here for date nights or if the apartment has a water issue (typical of London). The hotel is super modern, clean, and absolutely different in the best way possible.

0 complaints. Maybe a softer bed? But that’s just me. MAI WAIFE loves the beds here.

Breakfast was excellent.

We were subjected to a sleepless night from 2.45am - 7.30am due to our neighbours playing music at full volume, and treating the hotel like a brothel. Complaints were made to the hotel through the usual channels, and the room wasn't visited so unfortunately only had three hours sleep. I raised this as a complaint to the management team, and I haven't even received as much as a reply. We will never be revisiting and I'll be warning others not to visit either. There was an opportunity for an apology and reconcilation but Art'otel opted to ignore a paying customer. At nearly £300 a night, it's unacceptable.

The location is buzzing with energy and activity. The areas in the hotel feel very contemporary and vibrant. The bed linens are high grade and very comfortable. The views from the gym are absolutely amazing.

It is not close to any subway station.

A fun designed room with everything you could need. Spa access was a great benefit for a morning sauna. Staff were super friendly and attentive with lift pass issues

The lift pass kept failing. Every time we used it for the second time it didn’t work. This was incredibly frustrating. We also requested a room with a bath but this was not referenced at check in nor accommodated.

The location of the hotel was great, we could easily get the bus, tube and taxi’s to where we needed to go. The cleanliness, staff service and facilities were absolutely exceptional.

The design of the hotel in general... The rooftop restaurant... But it is a tad bit overpriced for what you actually get in the room itself.

Everything was absolutely perfect! It was unlike any hotel experience I’ve ever had. The artistry and attention to detail throughout the hotel were simply amazing, creating a unique atmosphere that made me feel as though I was having a completely different experience from the usual hotel stay. Being in central London was an added bonus, as it gave me the opportunity to explore so many of the city’s attractions, including the London Eye and other iconic landmarks. And the breakfast… absolutely amazing! I honestly loved everything about my stay. The pool, sauna and massage were the perfect finishing touches. It was truly an out-of-this-world experience. I felt completely pampered, relaxed and thoroughly spoilt. I absolutely loved every moment and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something special and different. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communal areas were beautifully maintained and provided a welcoming atmosphere throughout. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every team member was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring guests had a great experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

If I were to mention a couple of minor areas for improvement, the towels felt a little coarse and could have been softer, and the toilet paper was somewhat thin for a hotel of this standard. These were very minor points, however, and did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.

Perfect location to visit family and friends. Chance to explore a different part of town. Our second stay here as we really enjoyed our first experience. Great views from 25th floor lounge/bar. Staff always helpful and attentive.

Better lighting in the bathroom would have been beneficial.

The IT systems were glitchy and made getting around and talkin to front desk very difficult. Some of the staff were not ideal to be front of house.

Gute Betten, Bettdecken allerdings etwas zu dick/warm. Extrem höfliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal im Frühstücksbereich. Lage des Hotels in guter Reichweite zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Die Zimmereinrichtung war insgesamt geschmackvoll und funktionell.

Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse. Viel Staub, unter den Betten wurde offensichtlich selten gesaugt. Keine Toilettenbürsten vorhanden, Toilettenschüssel wurde einmal nicht gereinigt, was man normalerweise selbst machen kann, wenn eine Bürste vorhanden wäre. Nach unserer Beschwerde kam nachts um 23:20 !!, als wir schon schliefen, der Service und öffnete die Zimmertür, stand plötzlich im Raum um zu kontrollieren, ob die Toilette nach der Beschwerde gereinigt wurde!! So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir dachten erst, es seien Einbrecher. Zu wenig Haken im Bad zum Hängen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Da die Nachbarn mehrmals sehr laut waren, gab es dadurch speziell zweimal nachts erhebliche Ruhestörung. Dies entsprach nicht unserem Buchungswunsch. (siehe oben)m Aufhängen. WLAN etwas schwach.

The staff were all so friendly nothing was a problem, I felt the room thought of everything, the view, comfort, the modern set up, robes, automatic blinds, the Tv, all were amazing standard. The cleanliness was spot on.

Beautiful place. We stayed there for 1 night for our anniversary and they provided some added personal touches for our room which was really appreciated. Staff was very friendly and were happy to provide water and take bags on our arrival. We also had a fantastic view of London from our room

The layout of the building isn't the most conventional. The lobby toilets is down a floor and into a not very well sign posted area. The controls for the lights needed getting used to but minor inconveniences

Queues at check in and check out very long. Rooms not soundproof and room next to us was blasting loud music from 4.30 am until 6.30 am. So couldn't sleep. We told the staff on checkout but they didn't seem to care. Quite expensive for what it was. Transport links also quite difficult.

This hotel is excellently located with stunning views, especially in the gym. Lovely art throughout the hotel. The room was exactly as pictured and was very modern, with large tvs, electronic curtains and lovely bathroom. Staff were very friendly and check took only a few moments. We will absolutely return here during our next trip to London.

I could not sleep thanks to weird noises coming from the walls of the hotel. At night, weird sounds which were like a sudden and loud furniture creaking - earplugs did not help. In the morning I woke to a knocking sound when my neighbour started the shower. The hotel seems to have not been built with sound insulation in mind. I need quiet to sleep, and so struggled, in this hotel.

Great room. Spacious and good facilities

The room was very expensive. You would expect some complementary drinks from the fridge etc but we were charged for everything- even little bottles of water. The location around the hotel is not the best but with uber it wasn't a huge problem to get somewhere fast.

We was left waiting after requesting early check in it wasn’t possible. But then we went after the 3pm check in and it still wasn’t ready. We wasn’t alerted when it was at all and had to repeatedly ask staff ourself. Also later on that day early evening I requested a taxi via room phone and the staff had agreed to order me one for the requested time however this wasn’t done and we was late for our dinner reservation by 40 mins and that cut our time short due to high demand at our pre booked venue. This was very poor and very frustrating for the money we paid to stay at this hotel. Gutting to say the least as we adore the place but was very poor service over all.

This was my second visit. The hotel is fun, the rooms are spacious & comfortable, it’s in an excellent location, crammed full of modern art, plus there’s a pool and spa. The staff are genuinely friendly, kind and helpful - a shout out to ORI and the team on reception and all the breakfast crew.

It was quite unique and was surprised by the real Banksy art on the building.

Personal super freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Alles da, was man braucht. Richtig gut fanden wir, dass es Frühstück bis 11 Uhr gibt. So fing der Morgen schon entspannt an. Alles ist pieksauber. In den Zimmern eh, aber auch im Hotel selber.

Die Lage ist nicht ganz so optimal, U-Bahn ist nur die Northern Line in der Nähe. Busse fahren aber direkt am Hotel ab. Verbindung zum National Theater super. Halbe Stunde, von Haustür zu Haustür.

Great hotel, great service. Art gallery was just a single room with projector. Sauna, swimming pool and massage rooms were lovely. Restaurant was closed to a private event, can’t speak about food. Overall, a lovely hotel and I will recommend.

I can honestly say we spent a few weeks in London and stayed in some of the best hotels…. From a star rating this would have been the lower end. The service is the best I have received they are welcoming my mother was thoroughly looked after. Everything about this hotel was fantastic and I will be using this for work trips in london moving forward

The mouldy food stuffed in the minibar. Which wasn’t then cleaned and rendered it useless. The half arsed apology and lack of follow up to that issue. The spa doesn’t open when advertised. The window blinds although clever have been poorly installed and break half the time. Good ideas, poorly executed and managed badly. Real shame as has such potential. The price is top end and cannot currently be justified. £80 for a couple of cocktails and some olives.

Situation géographique au top à Shoreditch dans un quartier hypster qui bouge, station de métro Old street à proximité ainsi que de nombreux bus permettent d'aller facilement dans le centre de Londres. Hôtel très high tech avec vue magnifique sur la ville. Chambres confortables et personnel disponible et accueillant. Salle de gym, piscine avec sauna et hammam, parfaits après une longue journée.

Etant restée une semaine, le petit déjeuner en buffet (copieux) offrait la même chose tous les jours, plus de variété aurait été appréciée.

It was a really impressive spetical. The pool and spa were amazing. Room was great slight mechanical issue very minor but amazing.

When you leave the room the air con didn’t stay on so returned to quite a hot room. Curtains wouldn’t open and close fully.

Property felt calm and spacy. Little bit too strong perfumed for my taste but a very loungie feeling so all good.

Strong incent smell and super dark corridors. Was a bit too much. Outlets for charging by bed didn’t work on one side. The toilet didn’t work and didn’t flush down all…. Which made it very unpleasant.

I liked the facilities that where included such as the pool area, roof top gym and the spa too. The location of the hotel was also a very good choice as me and my partner that I came with went out to eat and found amazing near by places for food and drink.

Only thing I would comment on was the prices of the foods on the room service tablet and restaurants inside of the hotel which is what made me and my partner decide to go out for our stay.

Location and that the bar on level 25 was not open 7 days. Also noise from people upstairs and a dog barking in another room half the night.

Amazing space, wonderful staff and a fantastic location. We were greeted on arrival with a choice of wine or juice, which was such a lovely touch. I loved the view from our room, and the gym was a great bonus. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the tube station, making it really easy to get around. The restaurant and lounge areas were both beautiful, spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxing. We didn’t have any children with us, but I thought it was a lovely touch that they had a cinema especially for kids. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
