Room had balcony for smoking.

Value for money is not on the level of a 4* hotel. Horrible smell was in the room first day, the toilet is separated without the faucet, no iron or slippers in the room, breakfast buffet is ok.

How friendly the staff was, the coffee and food was really good.

Wayyyyy too expensive for what it has to offer. I stayed at a 3 start hotel a couple of days before (In Vienna) and it was better value for the price. The room are way too minimalist.

Very new, very nice - room has a space and terrace was wonderful. Breakfast was quite a good - I had even better ones, yet in quite more expensive hotels. Quiet, with not big yet still good fitness. You could also run around a chanel (Donau one) towards centre or from the centre (chanel is 400 meters away from hotel). All together very very good ration of what you pay and what you got. I will be there once more for sure.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, wirklich alles da und es wurde ständig aufgefüllt. TOP!! Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind sehr geräumig und der Balkon sehr groß!

Check in und Check out sollte über einen Monitor erfolgen, obwohl der Rezeptionist vor uns stand. Dann wurde ohne ein Wort zu verlieren, der Monitor gezeigt, keinerlei Nachfrage über unseren Aufenthalt bzw. Zufriedenheit. Das geht eindeutig besser! Zimmer wurde zweimal nicht gereinigt, bei einem Aufenthalt von vier Nächten, Nicht so toll, wenn die feuchten Handtücher wie vom Hotel gewünscht auf den Boden gelegt werden sollen...

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. There was a large balcony as well. Location was perfect: in 15 minutes on tram D, which has a stop in the very same street, you arrive at the Rathaus.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità. La presenza di un supermercato Billa proprio vicino.

Non mi è piaciuto che la pulizia della stanza e il cambio delle asciugamani si effettuasse solo a richiesta. Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di un frigobar nella stanza, con questo caldo le bevande erano torride. La stanza aveva in dotazione una sola sedia e una poltroncina, pur essendo per due. La presenza di un'altra sedia o di un'altra poltroncina avrebbe fatto la differenza. Ho letteralmente odiato la mancanza di un armadio, sostituito con uno stand aperto: veramente odioso che i vestiti dovessero essere a vista. Non mi è piaciuta la posizione, 2 km a piedi per arrivare all'università e di più per il centro. Ho percorso circa 14 km al giorno per evitare di prendere continuamente tram, che, comunque, costano se presi in numero maggiore a uno

The staff was super friendly, from the reception to the bar team. Our room was cozy. The food at both the hotel restaurant and breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the decor in the lounge and dining area .

The open layout means there is a bit less privacy, but at least the toilet was separate.

ATTENZIONE: FURTO IN CAMERA, CASSAFORTE MANOMESSA E TOTALE MANCANZA DI SERVIZI Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel. La stanza ci è stata pulita e, subito dopo, la cassaforte elettronica risultava inspiegabilmente bloccata: all'apertura tramite il tecnico mancavano 500 euro. La cosa più grave è che, parlando con la polizia intervenuta per la denuncia, è emerso che il lunedì precedente era successa esattamente la stessa identica cosa a dei turisti israeliani che soggiornavano qui. A fronte di tutto ciò, la direzione non ci ha offerto alcun tipo di attenzione o rimborso simbolico, come una camera migliore o la colazione gratuita. Per giunta, la stanza era pessima anche nei comfort di base: la doccia era senza porta, azzerando totalmente la privacy nel lavarsi, e mancava persino un frigorifero per poter tenere dell'acqua fresca. Esperienza vergognosa, fate estrema attenzione

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl und Qualität. Leider gab es anfangs keinen Aperol Spritz, aber die sehr nette Dame an der Bar hat diesen besorgt und sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmerkarten und leider hat die ersten 3 Tage jeweils nur eine Karte funktioniert. Irgendwann hat es dann ein Mitarbeiter geschafft, die 2 Karten kombiniert zu aktivieren. Im weiteren Zimmer der Freunde hat der Tresor die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert.

Prezzi e standard degli extra al bar (snack e bevande) deludenti rispetto alla media. Da rivedere la politica di offerta.

The hotel was very quiet and modern with a well sized room. The bathroom was fancy and the facilities were also great. Very close to the city center as well and the tram stop is just outside the hotel.

For our preferences the beds and pillows could've been a bit more comfortable, but overall they were still okay.

На балконе примерно с 14:00-15:00 и до захода солнца невозможно было сидеть, не было никакой защиты от него, а были мы в Вене в самую жару, конечно хоть и заявлено что мини бара нет, все равно это не удобно. В один день когда мы возвращались в отель, хотели посидеть на балконе на территории бара, ибо там есть тенек в упомянутое время, нам сказали что только если мы что-то купим можем там сидеть и мы пошли в номер сидеть на нашем балконе под солнцем, опять же в самую жару в Вене, 38 градусов, ну такое себею

Buona posizione, le camere erano pulite e c’era tutto il necessario.

Le pulizie erano in ritardo e non hanno rispettato la fascia oraria costringendoci a rinunciare al servizio per un giorno

Wir wurden nett empfangen und nahmen zuerst noch -zu fairen Preisen- einen Drink und einen Kaffe an der Hotelbar. Unser Zimmer war groß, ansprechend eingerichtet und mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett ausgestattet. Das WC war vom Bad getrennt.

Staff with wide smiles. Everything were good. Splited toilet and shower room is actually very good decision to do in the room. Choosing your cleaning days by scanning QR code is very modern and never seen before by me. By using underground available to get to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. BILLA that is the next to hotel works all days of week 6am-10pm. McDonald’s is there too

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, die Betten sehr bequem. Auf dem Frühstücksbüffet war alles was man sich wünscht, man kann sich auch noch eine Eierauswahl dazubestellen. Die Anbindung an Strassenbahn und U-Bahn war perfekt.

Everything. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. With lots of hot and cold options for everyone. And it was only a few min walk away from the nearest tram stop which also has a supermarket.

Un buon albergo con camere nuove, ben arredate e molto silenziose. Non si trova in pieno centro, ma la posizione è in un bel quartiere tranquillo. Molto comoda anche la presenza di un supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze, sempre utile. Un plauso all'aria condizionata, perfettamente funzionante e fondamentale per affrontare il grande caldo di agosto a Vienna! Consigliato!

The hotel is pretty nicely decorated, new and super clean. Our room was big enough, mattress was comfortable, breakfast was good and had plenty of choices, the location is pretty convenient, as it is not in the inner city but not too far from it, with public transport options and a lot of good restaurants closeby. There is also a 9euro x day/parking nearby.

The only thing I really missed was a fridge in the room, there no fridge or minibar either, which is needed to at least have some fresh water in the room. Also, I would suggest to put only bedsheets and not a full duvet on the beds, or at least to leave both, I understand in colder countries they are used to use a duvet even in summer, but when temperatures are so high as in 2026 a simple bedsheets is enough to cover, plus the duvet implies using the AC at night.

Very nice modern hotel, the bed was very comfy and breakfast was amazing. Definitely reccomend it!

L’hotel è davvero bello, pulito, in una posizione molto comoda e arredato con gusto. Aveva anche una palestra molto attrezzata che purtroppo non ho avuto tempo di provare. Lo star davvero gentile e disponibile. Sceglierei ancora questo hotel dovessi tornare a Vienna! Super consigliato

Η απουσία ψυγείου στο δωμάτιο καθώς και η αστοχία στην καθαριότητα αφού παρέλειπαν ποτήρια από καφέ που είχα παραλάβει από το μπαρ. Τέλος, ζητήσαμε από τη ρεσεψιόν σίδερο για να σιδερώσουμε ένα φόρεμα. Το σίδερο που μας δόθηκε βρισκόταν σε κακή κατάσταση, με εμφανή κατάλοιπα καψίματος από προηγούμενη χρήση, με αποτέλεσμα να καταστρέψει το φόρεμα κατά τη χρήση του. Η απάντηση ήταν μόνο ένα συγνώμη και το σίδερο παρέμεινε εκεί μέχρι τέλους χωρίς να κάποια απάντηση ….

The hotel looks very new and well equipped. It is very well connected to public transport. The AC is great which is important for the warm summer.

It was a bit complicated to find the hotel in the beginning when I solely relied on the GPS as the hotel is located in a building complex. The hotel lobby and restaurant looked nice but the super long corridors of rooms looked a bit creepy.

I liked the location and design of the room.

The very long walk to the room, the temperature of 28 degrees in the room and no ability to change it, because as the reception lady said, it is automatic for all the rooms.

Super schönes und großes Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern zum Öffnen. Lage außergewöhnlich gut und mit allen Öffis gut zu erreichen.

Sehr nettes Personal und für meine beiden Hunde gab es decken und drei Schüsseln samt Unterlage bereits im Zimmer, was ich unglaublich nett fand! Auch dass Toilette und Bad getrennte Räume waren gefiel mir gut Und die Lage war natürlich super.

Es war leider nicht so sauber.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine zentrale Lage, ideal für Erkennungstouren in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sehr sauber und angenehm geräumig, wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abends lädt die schöne Bar mit dem sehr netten Personal zu einem gemütlichen Ausklang ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einziger Knackpunkt ist die Parksituation, da das Hotel keine eigenen Parkmöglichkeiten besitzt (nahegelegene Plätze liegen bei 45 €/Tag). Die Rezeption hat uns jedoch das WIPARK Parkhaus Unizentrum Althanstraße empfohlen. Für 9 € pro Tag steht das Auto dort sicher – der Fußweg von 650 m zum Hotel ist absolut machbar. Alternativ kann man auch mit der Tram fahren.

Es kam jemand rein ohne klopfen etc…fühlte mich sehr in meiner Privatsphäre verletzt. Angeblich von Instandhaltung! Egal, soll wenigstens vorher klopfen. Ich habe nichts beanstandet gehabt und deshalb so erschrocken!!!! Ausser ein trockenes Entschuldigung nichts weiteres bekommen.

Es war alles perfekt und ich würde dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen - die Vielfältigkeit am Essen, das Personal & die Ausstattung waren hervorragend!

Ich hatte eine gute Erfahrung und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, aus diesem Grund gibt es nichts negatives.

Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla oli hyvä. Lähellä Billa market sekä niin metro- kuin juna-asemakin. Parvekkeellinen Hotellihuoneemme oli siisti, sänky mukava nukkua, aamupala oli riittävän laadukas.

Miinusta tulee suihkutilasta sijaitsi makuutilan yhteydessä peilin takana. Kaipaisi lasiseinää eteen. Minijääkaappi olisi hyvä lisä myös huoneessa säilyisi juomat kylmänä.

Вообще не было уборки ни разу, один раз попросили новые полотенца, но их не принесли спустя 40 минут, пошли просить ещё раз, дали, но за три ночи ни разу не было уборки. На завтрак пришли в 9:30, оплатили его на месте, 38€, спросили будут ли класть новую еду, так как уже было пусто, даже не было яиц, сказали, что будут, в итоге не положили, неизвестно за что 38€ заплатили.

Nossa estadia foi absolutamente incrível. Fomos para Viena durante a nossa lua de mel e a acomodação tornou tudo ainda mais especial. Cada detalhe foi pensado com muito cuidado, carinho e atenção, o que fez com que nos sentíssemos muito bem recebidos do início ao fim. O espaço era lindo, confortável, bem cuidado e cheio de detalhes que fizeram diferença. Amamos tanto que, sinceramente, queríamos ter ficado mais tempo. Foi uma experiência perfeita e uma das melhores partes da nossa viagem. Recomendo muito!

Schöne und große Zimmer

Sehr nettes und modernes Hotel. Alles tipp-top sauber und schick. Bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade - das freute uns natürlich. :) Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich. Für uns war die Lage top. Nachts konnte man auch bei offener Balkontür gut schlafen (ruhig genug).

Am zweiten Morgen unseres Aufenthalts war das Frühstücksbuffet schon ziemlich 'geplündert'. Vor allem das Gebäck fehlte. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage dauerte es ca. 20 min bis Nachschub eintraf. Das sollte nicht passieren.

Für unseren Aufenthalt war die Lage perfekt. Die Nähe zur U4 aber auch dass das Hotel quasi direkt am Franz-Josef-Bahnhof liegt (Billa, Bäcker, weitere Öffis usw.) ist eine super Ergänzung. Wir haben das Zimmer und das Hotel super gefunden und kommen beim nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt gern wieder. Wer mit dem Auto kommt ist gut beraten in der Rossau Garage zu parken (15,-/Tag) die nur ein U-Bahnstation entfernt liegt.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Wenn man unnötig übertrieben etwas zu meckern sucht, würd ich sagen, die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht kühl genug und der kostenlose (!) Instant-Kaffee schmeckt nicht. Nur wie gesagt, das ist so marginal, dass es eigentlich fast nicht zu erwähnen ist. Super Hotel!
