organized check in although not so responsive to whatsapp message. basic things are fulfilled with good quality like cooking utensils, washing machine (minus dryer), 3 in 1 shower gel, comfortable bed, only 2 towels which should have face towels(not provided at all) and 3 more sets of towels (also not provided) for my 4 days stay. news.com is below building and grab can pick up all the way in. parking are provided altho you have to park super high up. location is next door to mall so easily can walk and get food.

there was a lingering smell as soon as I open the door. stayed for 4 days but the smell is always there. there were no complimentary water or coffee sugar or anythg. only 2 towels for my 4 day stay. the lift door was faulty one time. also the ac drips one time at night. there was a previous customer shirt in the washing machine. gym downstairs was very incomplete with only about 6 machines and a dumbell set.

Comfy place to stay, a workable TV, Aircon and bathroom.

Too small space, not much activities around or within the amenities and vicinities. Travelling can be a problem though it's quite near to CIQ.

Toilet bowl got shit stain. Toilet floor slippery. Overall floor oily. Fridge got smell. Previous guest left food inside. Bad smell .

The location of the place is good as below have many shop nearby that open till late morning. The view is amazing as it is at high floor.

The sofa needs to be change as when we sit at it will go down to the bottom soo it not confortable to sit on

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Basen, sauna, widok z dachu. Wszystko super!

Lokalizacja jest niby blisko, ale przez brak chodników bardzo ciężko dostać się tam na pieszo z dworca. Aplikacja Grab uratowała nas 😀

The pool is large and was quiet. Good location not too far away from centre but not on a busy road so not too loud. Easy to find and access. Good booking instructions.

The wallpaper was completely ripped behind the bed, shower wasn’t totally clean and it might have been helpful to have a bedside table lamp. The pool was lovely but some of the tiles are coming off and it isn’t in the best condition.

Its Clean & Suitable for Short Stay if U r Not FUSSY bcos the Unit don't have a Washing Machine but OverAll Everything is GD. I might consider coming Bck Again & will Book an Aprtmnt tht have a WM instead if I m Staying more thn 2days.

Early ChckOut at 11am bcos Most of other Aprtmnts ChckOut Time is 12pm ... I didn't Read the Listing tht the Unit don't have a Washing Machine but its 👌 bcos I only stayed for 1 Nite so No Issues at ALL

I have always like to stay at SKS coz it is so convenient to go anywhere...

The condo is quiet close to the border checkpoint and the malls, taking the grab takes only 5-10 minutes.The Gym awas sufficiently equipped, and the sky pool was actually really great for swimming.

When arriving, first thing I see is a huge waterspot on the floor. Everywhere dirty, and the bathroom literally had mold stains everywhere. The closet and accessoires in the room are bare minimum. And the worst part of all, for me obviously, was the wrong information about the room sizes. So overal not recommended. Far better and. cheaper options in Johor Bahru

On the plus side, the apartment was very clean and spacious with a good view. On the downside,there was no toaster for European travellers, also the small hotplate provided did not work.

Unfortunately, there is no shampoo and shower gel supply, have to go outside to buy, downstair convenient store also out of stock. Other than that every thing is perfect.

Overall comfortable and the bed and pillows with the bedsheets are clean and new. My apartment is only good for one person. Facilities were great, swimming pool was clean.

Apartment is a studio. There was no sofa, no dinning table and chairs. Just a bed, one folding chair, one vanity top and the kitchen. Should at least provide a dinning table and 2 chairs. No living area. The public washing machine is shared with workers washing their attires and the washers are filthy.

I did not check in. hey asked my to pay a deposit of RM 200 before arrival which I promptly transferred. When I arrived at 1 pm, the room wasn't ready. I was told the room will be ready by 3pm. At 3 pm, no one contacted me, thus I contacted them. I was told will take another 1-2 hours to be ready. I was so tired, I cancelled the check in and booked another facility nearby. Its now more then 2 days, my deposit has not been refunded despite reminder. I'm planning to make a police report. Looks like a scammers running a business to fleece people

As above. management is a scam. Deposit not refunded. Room not ready as promised. Previous guest checked out at 11 am but room is not cleaned even till 4 pm.

It was wheelchair friendly, the excellent view and text responsive staff

1. Aircon was leaking at the living room 2. Mini cockroach at the sink area 3. Bidget in one of the room was broken 4. Bulb cover fell off from chandelier 5. One of the toilet was not clean properly and had mould 6. Rack in bathroom was broken

Due to construction site outside, the direction and signage are poor especially at night and our car got directed to enter the multistory carpark of komtar when we actually want to go out of the premise. One enter wrongly no way out but to enter the car park and got charged for entry..

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff response on the WhatsApp was excellent and would usually reply within seconds. The location was convenient, close to dining options. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Sometimes, the internet would get disconnected or slow. Also, the doors of the rooms were closer to each other and if the other room guests would slam the door, you could easily hear it. Sometimes if there are many guests, the doors would be slammed multiple times.

The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the property is a bit lacking. I did not receive my check-in details way before my stay date, on day of check-in, lucky managed to contact and finally do the check-in, if not won't be able to stay.

Thank you for the awesome place. The unit is very nicely done, it's clean, bedding is clean and comfortable. Love the high floor and the view. It was a very cosy stay and my kids love it too! We look forward to staying here again! 5 stars!!

Loved the apartment - had everything we needed . The pool was fantastic and Grabs were easy to get to and from the city centre

Easy to collect keys, clear instructions, friendly staff.

A lot of constructions around as the city seems to grow rapidly, so moving around, please use Grab. Especially to the center, as there aren't many restaurants around.

Property not very well looked after. Very grubby,, damaged walls, dusty, towels old, kitchen not clean. Generally needs an overhaul.

The first impression of the exterior was great, smooth check in. inside the room clean and bed was comfortable. Value for money.

One of the things is the car park lots of construction items and dusty. Looks unorganized.

Easy access to all parts of Johor Bahru via GRAB. Comfortable apartment. Good restaurant down stairs.

Pool was only 1.2m deep everywhere. WIFI was not very good. Signal kept dropping out

Aircond is dirty , my iron board is not fix and unable to use . Toilet having bad smell and can hear corridor noise outside the room clearly all the times especially night time
