There was only 1 wine glass in the kitchenette. Would provide 2 so that we didn't have to share wine glass. Also, it would be good to have a bottle of hand soap in the toilet. Had some issues with wifi password initially but that was sorted.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Extremely uncomfortable stay. The only thing I liked about the property was it was not far from CIQ. For a short stay max two days , it is ok.
The apt was very bare , furniture in a bad shape and tired looking . Apt is only cleaned on day 1, aside from that cleaning comes at a fee. Toilet really smelled . We stayed 8 days so it became uncomfortable. During our 8 days stay there was no changing of sheets or towels . For an apt , what they provided was minimal , so we couldn’t make breakfast , and there wasn’t any breakfast cafe opened nearby.

Toilet dun have water to flush, is just lucky that I only stay for 1 night. The bidet when it is in use, was very noisy and the sound is very annoying. Friend comment got cockroach. The moment I reach, there is no security guard to guide me.

A bit bigger bed please. I booked 1 room with 1 bedroom. We have 2 adults and 1 child of 6 years old. So basically, our child sleep with us. The bed was not that comfortable and really small for 3 of us. Usually all apartment we booked, we able to squeeze 3 in 1 bed. but here, really cannot. My husband have to sleep in the living room. But other than that all is good. Thank you.

they did not provide a remote control for the aircon and it was set to 25 c which is so hot inside the room despite informing me them no remote control they did not follow ip as well , luckily they provide a fan but not suitable for the price and the wifi is very slow even my data connection having a low internet connection as well and the hair dryer is not working , inside the room you can hear noises from outside as well even the opening of door gates of neighbours.

Bad cleanliness. Filthy washing machine, dirty sofa, bedsheet that had a suspicious white stain on it. There is no physical human to serve you in any way, all communications were done thru messaging app. The number provided on the app can't be called.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026We booked a studio room, but unfortunately our stay was affected by several issues. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and disconnected every few minutes. We informed the host, who advised us to restart the router. However, there was no router in our room, and it appeared to be located in another unit. After informing the host of this, we did not receive any further response or assistance. Another issue was that the occupant in the room next door frequently smoked, and the cigarette smoke would drift into our room, making the environment uncomfortable. We also noticed numerous small cockroaches around the kitchen area, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. After sleeping on it, we woke up with back pain and discomfort. Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay and fell short of our expectations.

I don't like musty smells because a vacation at home is about relaxing and calming the mind. When there is a musty smell in the house, it can automatically ruin the vacation.

Saddest kitchen setup I ever seen in an airbnb in JB Zero hangers in the entire apartment No where to hang towel clothes in toilet Got washing machine no place to hang clothes I Asked up upgrade room type and pay top up and they asked for RM100 when booking.com price difference was only SGD5. Very unethical! Will not reccomend and will not book again. Booking.com customer service message system is TERRIBLE! please improve! I rather book from other booking apps. Super disappointed after 5 bookings.
