Not great view out of window of our room. No decaf tea in room. Stains on spare pillow. Scrambled egg had strange taste!

I've stayed her a few times and occasionally had a room backing onto the rail line which was somewhat noisy. My room this time was nice and quiet and much better for it (room 104). Being chosen as 'VIP of the day' was a nice touch and I did enjoy my free drink in the bar. Comfortable bed, as always, and a nicely appointed room. Good flow in the shower and absorbent towels. Very good value for money.

The aircon in the room was still emitting low-level noise even when switched off. The safe wasn't large enough to accept even a small laptop. Other than that, nothing to mention. I slept well and was able to freshen up in comfort and that's pretty much all I ask of a hotel.

I initially booked Malden hotel ,but when I got there they took me to their sister hotel Burkingham Hotel ,there was no aircon ,bed was horrible my back was sore I had to book somewhere ,WiFi is not good at all ,outdated .My question is why collect my money only to be told you have no room available .Paid 440 pounds for this

La struttura è posizionata vicino alla stazione della Metropolitana e si raggiunge tutto veramente facilmente e velocemente. Lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità sia nel dolce che nel salato. Comodo il fatto che all interno vi sia un ristorante e un bar . La stanza era ampia e corrispondente alla descrizione. Ottima insonorizzazione. Lo consiglio.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The online check-in and check-out is convenient, with no waiting at reception. It is close to the Tube station.

The bedroom floor was really dirty, especially sticky, when I walked in. I had to ask the cleaner to clean the floor when we saw her in the morning. Everything else was clean. The hot breakfast selection isn't great. The sausages look pale and off-putting.

Be aware that some of the deluxe rooms may be located in the basement. My first room felt very enclosed and had a musty smell, and overall it wasn’t particularly pleasant. I asked to change rooms and the staff arranged this immediately, which I appreciated. The second room was better. That said, the hotel feels somewhat dated, and there was generally a rather stuffy, musty smell in the building. Breakfast was disappointing. Much of the food was very greasy, and the scrambled eggs appeared to be made from powdered egg. The location is close to a tube station, but the surrounding area isn’t particularly pleasant. The streets felt quite dirty, with a lot of litter around. Overall, it’s an OK hotel, and the staff were helpful when I asked to change rooms. However, based on my experience, I definitely wouldn’t consider it a four-star hotel.

Aunque está alejado del centro, la parada dentro está enfrente del hotel y llegas enseguida a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Supermercados al lado, restaurantes familiares... El trata excepcional, suelo de madera, 2 camas grandes para 4 adultos y dos niños cuando en la mayoría de hoteles te ofrecen cama y sofá cama. El desayuno buenísimo. En algunos comentarios antes de ir y que se quejaban de la poca variedad, pero sirven desayuno continental y además reponen enseguida

El wc estaba un poco descascarillado y no barrian el suelo todos los días

Pas loin des transports en communs (métro surtout) et de la gare St Pancras (2 arrêts). Le lit était super confortable, la douche impeccable.

La chambre donnais sur le train donc on l’entendait la nuit. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres donc les odeurs corporelles peuvent devenir gênantes. La Clim fonctionnait très mal, on avait chaud et le ménage n’a pas été fait une journée. Donc nous avons dans des draps sales, une chambre pas aérée et des poubelles non vidées. De plus l’alarme incendie a retentit dans notre chambre. En descendant vers le comptoir, une jeune femme m’a informée que c’était une simulation. Mais nous n’avons pas été prévenues donc nous avons été coupée dans notre sommeil.

Breakfast was not enjoyable warm and not quality produce, mostly too dry under lamps, eggs solid, Bacon too dry can not chew it!! Dirty black marks on Bedding, very obvious!

The annoying pop up ads on booking.com distracted us from noticing important information about the hotel.

Vending machines in the lobby were a nice touch! It looks modern and I like the general décor. Very good proximity to Finsbury Park tube station. Coffee & teas were provided with oat cookies, which was nice! We had a hairdryer and an iron in the room, as well as any other appliance you might want. Room was spacious and well decorated. Lots of places to plug things into, which is always a bonus! Lots of options for lights too. It was quiet, no noise was heard from outside the building or inside the building in the evenings/night. The bed was comfortable. Only issue was the mattress cover exposing the mattress. Fitted covers would probably benefit the beds.

We were given an accessible room for some reason, so we had a shower seat, very clinical looking curtains & flooring as well as assistance handles everywhere and an emergency pully. As well as the sink being very low, not very optimal for those with back problems. The bathroom also had yellow mildew riding up the floor/walls around the shower. I rested my head on the display cushions on the bed & I could definitely smell the scent of another person, so they clearly were not washed. The window could not be opened at all, I personally like some fresh air in the room. There were also small, sticky splashes on the bed's headboard, which I assume to be someone opening a can of soda, but they were not cleaned off. The TV had a poor selection of channels & it would have even been nice to have had Airplay or something. Our room (206) was right opposite the cleaners' area, so in the morning/early afternoon all you can hear is that door opening and closing, it drove us mad!! There was also always a strange smell around the lifts. A refrigerator in the room would have also been nice.

The room felt comfortable, and the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Service felt a little slow and there needed some improvements. No sleepers and bathrobe as a 4 star hotel that should be included.

La habitación era magnifica, nueva y bien amueblado. Desayuno excelente, variado y riquisimo. El personal mas allá que excelente. La situación excelente, a pocos metros de la parada de metro de Finsbury Park, que conecta con el centro de Londres en muy poco tiempo. Un paseo al estadio del Arsenal. A pocos metros hay unos cuantos pubs y restaurantes.

El espacio para el almacenamiento de equipaje y la caja fuerte son algo pequeños.

Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade, numa próxima irei somente marcar alojamento sem pequeno almoço.

Buona la colazione continentale con varietà di prodotti. Le camere sono pulite e quelle da noi accupate (n° 5 ) non presentavano la moquette come da nostra richiesta. Molto comada la vicinanza alla stazione della metro, bus e treno di Finsbury

Avevo chiesto il cambio della camera in quanto presentava un problema con la doccia (la tenda non era sufficientemente lunga da contenere l'acqua) ma la richiesta non è stata accolta in quanto mi hanno detto che non c'erano altre stanze disponibili e avrebbe risolto in altro modo. Putroppo la soluzione non è stata delle migliori in quanto mi hanno dato degli asciugamani da mettere a terra.

The bedroom was clean, and the bathroom was clean and well made. The beds were very comfortable, and it was safe.

There wasn't anything; it was to be picky, just having no parking facilities, it is hard to find it locally.

I stayed with two friends for a concert and everything about the hotel was perfect for us. The price was pretty cheap to say it was an exceptionally good hotel. Finsbury Park tube station is just around the corner, so really convenient when staying out late. The bedroom was clean and presentable (the beds are incredibly comfy!) the shower was nice and warm and overall it was just an incredibly stay and I will definitely stay here again. Really happy I went for this one.

The rooms where very clean . They made my stay enjoyable and comfortable for me and my family especially with a 8month old baby

The facilities in the room were good - everything you need for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It was clean, modern and staff were friendly. The room also had good amenities.

I think all rooms should have some type of mini fridge, especially as some people have medications requiring refrigeration. I know they hotel says arrangements can be made to put medications in a shared staff fridge however the value and need for use of some medications means that having to wait can cause medical complications and basically travellers should never be in the position whereby they are separated from their medications or medications should never be expected to be stored in unsecure places.

Good location for what we needed, very comfortable bed, lovely pizza. Helpful and friendly manager. Maintenance team were quick to resolve a blocked sink. Handy lit mirror with hair dryer and sensible socket in the room. Loads of power sockets! Tall large mirror.

Unfortunately when we arrived for early check in which we booked, the room wasn’t ready so we were provided an accessible room instead, it made showering a bit awkward with the chair and rails in there and the low sink wasn’t appreciated by my 6ft 3” husband. There was not much furniture in the room and for a few days stay it was a bit awkward that we didn’t have anywhere to unpack clothes into except a small open sided ‘wardrobe’ which had a low rail so you can’t hang dresses or other long clothing. No drawers or shelves (bar one really tall shelf which wasn’t really usable in the ‘wardrobe’). The sink was blocked and slow draining on arrival (but the maintenance team got it sorted swiftly once we made reception aware). However, we raised issues with the room cleanliness several times throughout our 4 night stay, even after being promised the room would have a deep clean, although slightly better the floors were still so dirty it left my feet black after just 10 mins walking around barefoot getting ready. I made a formal complaint on the last day to management and she was very apologetic and did provide suitable compensation but unfortunately it did affect the overall experience of our stay.

Very disappointing stay. The hygiene was extremely poor: the room was dirty, the floor was so sticky that we couldn’t walk barefoot, the bedding was not clean, and there was a lot of dirt under the bed. The single bed didn’t even have a proper single duvet; they used one large double duvet folded in half, which felt extremely thick and uncomfortable. The menu had food remains on it, the remote control was broken, and the drinks machine didn’t work. My friend paid but received neither her drink nor a refund, and staff blamed her instead of helping. We paid a lot of money for a very poor experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 6am on one of our mornings. I get this can’t be helped but kids woken up and couldn’t get back to sleep. Staff were quick at getting it sorted and making sure hotel guests were ok and reassured it was a false alarm.

There was a pedal bin in the bathroom that was broken and needed replacing (room 006);. Id say the breakfasts were adequate but not exceptional.

The front desk confirmed with me that the rooms were next to each other, but turns out they weren't. I understand that if the hotel wasn't able to fulfill my request but at least please don't promise me that verbally upon checking in.

Everything the room, hotel, and Staffing were amazing. We have stayed before and would stay again.

One little issue was that there was a bed sider on one side but not on the other would have been nice but its not a major issue.

Schönes, modernes Hotel.Tee und Cookies auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Personal freundlich. Da wir sehr früh abreisten, haben wir nach einem Frühstückspäckchen gefragt und auch bekommen.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Fußboden war klebrig, die Dusche und das Waschbecken musste ich nach putzen, damit wir es nutzen konnten und unter dem Bett lag noch Abfall vom Vorgänger .

The cups… handles too small for fingers to hold properly, and the cast to TV didn’t work - minor things that did not ruin our stay, but would’ve made it perfect - also maybe offer decaf teabags and hot chocolate as alternative drinks?

Location very close to the tube and buses and streets with restaurants. But no noise in the hotel!

It was a lovely modern and clean hotel, the rooms were spacious with really comfy beds. Very clean, great amenities in the rooms, bottles of water, coffee/tea, biscuits. It was my mums 50th birthday and they went above and beyond leaving her some Prosecco, chocolates and a sweet card. Great value for money, much better than other competitors price and just as nice if not nicer! Wish there were more around London.

Everything was great. Online checking did not send me my QR code to use the pods to get my key however wasn’t an issue as the staff checked me in and were lovely.

Instead, we were extremely disappointed by the condition of the accommodation. The property was filthy, dusty, and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The bathroom floor was dirty, the towels were stained and unclean, and the overall cleanliness was far below what anyone would expect. The bed headboard was broken, and there were exposed wires creating a trip hazard, which is a serious safety concern, particularly for families. The property is also in desperate need of refurbishment. It feels tired, neglected, and does not reflect the standard advertised. Considering the price we paid, we feel the accommodation was significantly overpriced for its condition and offered very poor value for money. Had we known the property was in this state, we would never have stayed. Unfortunately, arriving so late in the evening with my family meant we had no realistic option to find alternative accommodation. Overall, the experience fell well below an acceptable standard and left us feeling extremely disappointed. I would therefore like to request appropriate compensation, including a partial refund, to reflect the poor condition of the accommodation, the safety concerns, and the inconvenience caused. Liked if was convient for location

There was a bad drain smell in my room on the basement floor. I spoke to reception and the night staff guy was very helpful and moved me to a new room which was an improvement.

Struttura moderna e ordinata ma ha lo standard di un 4 stelle europeo. Il bagno veniva pulito tutti i giorni ma i letti non sono mai stati rifatti. Mancava il set accessori doccia (cuffia, ciabatte, ecc.). Non c'è il frigo in camera ma il distributore automatico di bevande nella hall. Colazione basica dolce e più ricca nel salato. Vasta area bar e ristorante aperto anche per la cena.

We booked this in order to go to the Emirates Stadium before we left London, just for one night. It was perfect, from the nice comfy bed to lots of beverages and snacks in the room to easy check in. The best part was how quiet it was. We didn’t hear a sound, not a door slam or footstep, and even as trains went by all night outside our window, we couldn’t hear them. A great way to sleep off jet lag. It was directly across the street from the tube station, too, and a nice walk to the stadium. Enjoyed the free breakfast with friendly staff making sure we had what we needed.

The room was spacious enough, chocolates, cookies teamaking facilities, body wash, bed was comfy, TV had enough channels. Great location near to public transport and the park.

The shampoo dispenser in our room 102 wasn't working. Also housekeeping knocked on our door about 9:50am when checkout wasn't until 11am. We hadn't put the do not disturb sign on the door handle but would expect housekeeping to try other doors they knew had definitely left
