Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! ❤️ Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno staff eccezionale: tutti sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, cordiali e sempre pronti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Una sorpresa davvero speciale è stata quando ci hanno offerto gratuitamente per due giorni una camera con piscina privata. È stato un gesto davvero inaspettato e che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo, oltre ogni nostra aspettativa! 🥰 L’ospitalità e l’attenzione che ci hanno dedicato hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e speciale. Si vede che tengono davvero ai loro ospiti e fanno di tutto per farli sentire a casa. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e speriamo di poterci tornare presto! Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per la splendida esperienza! ❤️

The room was very beautiful, big, new, exactly like in the photos, very clean, we asked for an upper floor room and we got one, there is a mini bar and a safe, good toileteries, the pool was nice, comfortable sunbeds, the hotel has a luggage room. The hotel is close to 3 beautiful beaches with sunbeds and bars , our favourite one was Yannis beach with clear water, no waves, sandy, (3-5 min walk through the pine forest), the bus station to Chania was 1 minute walk from the hotel, bus station to Agia Marina, Platanias etc was 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Very close to the hotel there were 2 excellent tavernas and many others in the area, there was a mini market 1 minute from the hotel.

The breakfast was a la carte, which we knew, but there were little choices and some of them of low quality and after 4-5 days you get bored, the whole breakfast seemed cheap, not a 4* breakfast. Also, we really didn't like how some of the staff treated us, there were also too many rules (not the common sense type, just stupid things which can ruin your vacation when you are relaxed and somebody starts lecturing you for no real reason).

We stayed at the Inea Sole Botique Hotel for seven days during August. We were absolutely overwhelmed with how extraordinary the Hotel, especially the staff, was. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary drink on the bar. Our hotel room was equipped with a complimentary bottle of white wine. The room was very stylish, modern and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The small but comparatively well-equipped gym helps with the amount of calories you will consume at the excellent hotel restaurant and the a la carte breakfast that we are already missing. The pool had the perfect temperature and was equipped with very comfortable sun loungers so that it was possible to stay at the pool at all times without the pool area being too crowded. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful and are working very hard to leave to leave no wish unfulfilled. Needless to say, that we will be back to the hotel in the near future. The price is absolutely justified by the experience you will receive at this hotel. Thank you for a perfect holiday!

Inea Sole Hotel was stylish, well thought out and clean. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great with a chilled vibe. We would go back to the bar for a drink in the evening. It was a lovely space and we couldn’t understand why it wasn’t busier.

We have stayed every year for the past 3. Location is near to great beaches, bus into town is very regular and cheap, plenty of local places to eat and supermarkets. We have had a maisonette the last 2 years and it has everything we need and is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is simple but perfect for us.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Andreas at reception deserves special recognition. He made us feel genuinely welcome, ensured every part of our stay was comfortable and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that were perfect for my partner and me. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which exceeded our expectations and made the stay feel even more special. The pool was a great size, and the included breakfast was a welcome surprise as I had not realised it was part of the booking. Overall, the experience felt thoughtful, generous and far above what we expected.

The only minor point was that most of the breakfast meat options were pork, which is common across the island. Turkey was available though, and the staff were happy to add it to my omelette, so it was not an issue.

Tout était parfait pendant ces 6 jours. L’emplacement: à 200m de la plage et à 15 min en voiture de Chania. L’hôtel était vraiment magnifique et à taille humaine.Tout était en bonne état et très moderne.La chambre spacieuse, la piscine magnifique, le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon! Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin avec nous, toujours très gentil, souriant et nous a même recommandé de bonnes adresses (bars, restaurants). Nous remercions toute l’équipe de nous avoir fait passé un si bon moment :) nous pouvons que recommandé Inea Sole !

The staff were really attentive and the facilities were great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure this was an enjoyable holiday, and helped us with restaurant/bar recommendations, local things to do, and booking us taxis when we needed it. The hotel itself was beautiful and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. The other facilities (pool, gym etc), were clean and accessible for everyone. A great stay and would definitely recommend!

Hotel jest bardzo nowoczesny, pięknie urządzony i utrzymany w nienagannej czystości. Ogromnym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem do pięknych plaż, a w okolicy znajduje się wiele klimatycznych tawern serwujących doskonałe greckie jedzenie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje cała obsługa hotelu. Pracownicy recepcji byli niezwykle mili, uśmiechnięci i zawsze gotowi do pomocy. Również personel sprzątający wykonywał swoją pracę z ogromną starannością, dzięki czemu pokoje i cały hotel były zawsze perfekcyjnie czyste. Śniadania à la carte były fantastyczne – świeże, bardzo smaczne i pięknie podane. Każdy dzień można było rozpocząć od pysznego posiłku przygotowanego z wysokiej jakości składników. The breakfast is a la carte. Everything we tried was delicious and made to order. Our room was always spotless. The real gem of Inea Sole is the staff, who were helpful and professional, but also polite, patient and always with a smile.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'hotel est de très bonne qualité, belles prestations, au calme.

Notre chambre était au rdc et nous entendions la chasse d'eau de la chambre à l'étage dès qu'elle était tirée.

L accueil la chambre bien aménagée le petit déjeuner délicieux avec du personnel très souriant et réactif. La piscine et les transats toujours disponibles. La proximité de la plage la pinède. Le personnel aux petits soins. La propreté de tout l établissement.

Installer sur les terrasses un petit étendoir discret éviterait a certains clients d étendre leurs serviettes sur la rambarde c est juste une petite suggestion pour l esthétique de l hôtel. Sinon tout est parfait.

מלון חדש , בכל הושקעה מחשבה, מאוד נוח ,יפה ונקי ,צוות המלון חייכן עוזר בכל, במיוחד ANDREA בקבלה %100!!!!! שידרגו לנו חדר על חשבונם בלי שביקשנו לסוויטה נוחה עם נוף לברכה . .ארוחת בוקר מדהימה, הגשה מצוינת, הכל טרי וטעים, מגוון מאוד, צוות המסעדה מאוד חייכני ושירותי בצורה של 100+. ארוחת בוקר וצוות מסעדה חוויה בפני עצמה. מיקום מאוד נוח , קרוב לחוף, היינו בלי רכב, תחנת אוטובוס קרובה מאוד למלון, 10 דקות נסיעה נוחה לחאניה. לסיכום, חוויה מיוחדת , ממליצים מאוד על המלון הזה .

The staff was EXTREMELY lovely and always available for help or advises about the places to visit. The room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Hotel and decoration are amazing, the poolside is well kept and always available for guests. The location is great, very close to numerous beaches and close to a bus stop directly into Chania Old town. Cannot wait to revisit.

The whole ambience of the place was fantastic with suoper friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool was not colrinated and what chemecals that were used were non odorous and didn't hurt my eyes in the slightest.

Sve je bilo savršeno, oduševljeni smo! Hotel je prelep, čist, sve je urađeno sa stilom. Prvi utisak je da vam je lepo za oko :) A onda.. sobe su prostrane, svetle, krevet i jastuci udobni, preškiri kvalitetni, kupka mirišljava.. imate i sobne papuče i bademantile. U sobi smo prilikom dolaska imali dve flaše vode, a sačekala nas je i mala zakuska i boca vina jer smo stigli jako kasno. Posteljinu su nam za 7 noćenja menjali 2 puta, sve pohvale i za to. Peškiri se menjaju svakodnevno. Takođe, ogroman plus je što vam nisu potrebni peškiri za plažu/bazen, hotel ima svoje. Doručak je raznovrstan i baš nam se svidelo što nije švedski sto. Porcije jesu manje, ali možete da naručite koliko god želite puta. Devojke u restoranu su jako ljubazne, kao i doslovno SVI u hotelu. Svaka čast! Velike pohvale i za menadžera, samo tako nastavite! Ah da, da spomenem i savršenu lokaciju. Na manje od 5 minuta hoda su vam dostupne dve plaže, jedna je više za decu, druga je baš mirna i opuštena. Pored hotela je i park pun borića, možete da trčite ili prosto uživate u mirisu i hladu. Dostupno je još par plaža pešaka. Bus koji vodi do Hanje je opet na 3 minuta od hotela. Market je prekoputa, kao i jedan restoran sa lepom hranom. Hotel ima i teretanu, jeste mala, ali ima sve što vam treba i ne smrdi (obično je tako u hotelima). U blizini imate i rent a car, bukvalno sve što vam treba je na dohvat ruke. Nama je ovaj babymoon bio fenomenalan :) Jedva čekam da dođemo ponovo!

Sve je bilo fantastično! Nije me razočarala nijedna recenzija! Tačno je da se ponekad čuju psi koji laju ujutru, ali zatvorite vrata na terasi i rešen problem. Možda jedna preporuka, da doručak kreće od 7h ujutru, jer znači kada se ide na izlete, da se krene što ranije kako bi se izbegle gužve.

This hotel could be one of the best I’ve stayed at (of course you don’t know me but I do have some level of standard). The staff were so friendly, genuinely welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious, we increased ate more each day. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The facilities were great. The pool is lovely, the gym handy (we went once), and the showers in the gym can be used when you have a late flight. Would come back!!

Hotel is beautiful, modern, very stylish, it has a great location between 4 fabulous beaches, nearby restaurants yet quiet and relaxed. Great choice of breakfast. Staff are so friendly and polite. We stayed in the Premium Deluxe Room which is on the roof, and came with a large private terrace, and pool. The terrace offered sun loungers, comfy sofas and table & chairs with a shaded area too. Spacious room with great air con. Although not set on a beach, like some hotels, it meant we had the choice of beaches and each offers something different - sand or rocks, waves or calm water, sunset or sunrise. We chose Sunset beach the most often where you are on sand all the way into the sea, with lots of shallow water perfect for children at one end. Andreas was the perfect host. Close to Chania Old Port, so you can always get a bus / taxi if you wish to visit.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, das aussergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie die ruhige, gepflegte Atmosphäre. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und bot den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt.

I had an amazing stay at Inea Sole as a solo traveler! This was the ultimate vacation experience for me. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, the staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. Several beautiful beaches are within walking distance, and the Old Town is only about 15/20 minutes away by bus. I also witnessed the most breathtaking sunsets from the hill near the Chapel of the Holy Apostles, highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again 😊

O hotel é muito recente e corresponde plenamente à sua categoria de 4 estrelas. As instalações são modernas, tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e muito bem cuidado. O pequeno-almoço era excelente, com uma agradável vista para a piscina. A simpatia e dedicação da Catarina neste serviço tornava a experiência ainda melhor. Gostámos também de destacar a simpatia e disponibilidade do Manus na receção, que nos fez sentir muito bem acolhidos durante a estadia, dando nos sempre as melhores sugestões.

A beautiful, modern hotel with exceptional staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotlessly clean with beautifully furnished rooms and a lovely pool. Breakfast was the best we have ever had in Greece. Everything prepared and cooked to order - we couldn't fault it. Also, stunning coastal walks and sandy beaches very close by. A fantastic hotel all round.

The surrounding area was slightly disappointing and not quite up to the same standard as the hotel itself. We were there in early season which also meant that some bars/restaurants were not yet open which probably had an impact. We would, however, definitely stay at the hotel again as a base for further exploring - there is lots to see in Crete!

We liked everything, the location (we were very close to Nea Chore with excellent restaurants ie. Kaiki and Manos), facilities, staff (especially Katerina and Manos), our room, the bed, the shower, breakfast every morning

Breakfast was delicious, we tried everything on the menu but what we didn’t like: 1) the bread & pastry ‘bag’ - it was difficult to find what you wanted inside and they crumbled when searching something inside. 2) We didn’t feel we were in Greece. We love spanakopita but it wasn’t in the menu even one day. It should be on the main menu because it’s very Greek and delicious.

The hotel was lovely and relaxing. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and made you feel really welcome. We felt like nothing was too much to ask for. The location was brilliant as well surrounded in beaches if you wanted your own space. The bus stop was conveniently located 50m from the hotel to take you into Chania and they run every 15 minutes.

Nothing really apart from the local dogs that start barking in the morning occasionally. Not much you can do about that as but best to bring some earplugs in case.

The staff were extremely friendly. The location was good.

L’hotel est moderne et confortable. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le petit dejeuner est à la carte avec un large choix. La plage est à une rue. Il y a pas mal de restaurants autour de l’hôtel (notamment Golden bay qui est un bon rapport qualité prix). Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place

L’isolation phonique n’est pas la meilleure, on peut entendre les autres chambres (si les personnes sont bruyantes). Et les chiens de la maison proche de l’hôtel aboient assez souvent. En dehors de ca, tout etait parfait!

Świetna i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Głównym atutem są oczywiście rozbudowane śniadania w formie ale carte oraz basen z leżakami. Blisko sklep oraz restauracja dosłownie na przeciwko. Blisko plaży choć najlepsza z okolicznych to spacer w około 12-15 minut od hotelu

Sama okolica nie oferuje zbyt wielu atrakcji oraz dobrych restauracji. Dojazd z lotniska to około 40 minut taxi autokarem/środkami publicznymi ponad godzinę z 2 przesiadkami. Ze względu na odległość i lot około 11 nie byliśmy w stanie dostać się na lotnisko bez zamawiania taxi gdyż, nie kursowały żadne autobusy które mogły by nam pozwolić dostać się o 7-8 rano do centrum Chanii. Można pomyśleć o atrakcjach w hotelu jak wodny aerobik lub innych podobnych rozwiązaniach aby udogodnić pobyt na miejscu.

Charge for breakfast coffee from coffee express. Additionally, no coffee cups in the rooms provided despite of coffee machine availability in the room. Strange approach.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are comfy and new with enough space, the personnel is very friendly and the location is also nice with some nice beaches, restaurants nearby.

As we left very early, we haven't received any breakfast package, which never happened in other hotels. It was our foult that we informed them in the evening, after the kitchen was closed, but a small bottle of water and a coffee would've been nice.

Fantastic staff and wonderful facilities

Super nettes Team, Konzept mit a la carte Frühstück perfekt, da kleine Portionen mit denen man soch durchprobieren kann. Zimmergröße super - eigener kleiner Wohnzimmerbereich, Lage relativ ruhig (Seitenstraße) Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Ende April/Amfang Mai noch sehr leer, was für uns sehr angenehm war.

Leider kein beheizter Pool (Ende April/Anfang Mai noch zu kalt), dieser ist auch relativ klein (aber passend zu Hotelgröße) Nachts, wenn Klimaanlage nicht an war, allerdings sehr warm im Schlafzimmer
