Everything was great, probably the slight downside is the bathing area. Whenever after someone bathed, the water will seep thru and wet the toilet area.

Attention aux petits détails comme le nettoyage de la salle de bain. Et on a eu un lit cassé mais il a été remplacé 10min après l'alerte...donc efficace

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Great Location & Wonderful Staff I had a lovely stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and professional, and their service really made my stay enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very efficient and did a great job. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around and explore Kuala Lumpur. There are just a couple of areas that I feel could be improved. The buffet breakfast could use some attention, particularly with the variety and overall quality. Also, the toilet floor area in the bathroom needs a more thorough clean, including bleaching, and the drainage needs to be unclogged. These are small things that could easily be addressed. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Lekker zwembad met bedjes. Mooi schoon hotel met prima kamers. Fijne gym met goede voorzieningen. Aziatisch ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie van het hotel iets buiten het centrum maar prima te bereiken met taxi. Aangrenzend winkelcentrum is vrij modern.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The staff are helpful especially Mr Chong at front desk. He's attentive to my requests and questions and cheerful person. The room is comfortable with amenities provided. A nice and quiet place to wind down after a hectic day out. Near to a mall with food options and a supermarket for snacks and drinks. Overall a surprising and wonderful stay.
Maybe a clothe line in bathroom for swimming clothes as there is no place to dry them.

Nos alojamos la noche de llegada a Malasia, y tuvimos un sueño totalmente reparador. personal amable y eficiente. la piscina es súper agradable. muy cerca en grab de la estación de autobuses.

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier déprimant et loin de tout. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, relativement petites et n’ont rien d’un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner n’offre aucune option européenne. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées: réveillé à 5:30 heures par les voisins au téléphone. C’est bruyant.

We chose this property because of its location, which very convenient for my trip. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: The water heater was inconsistent, with the water temperature keep changing during use. The toilet flushing system was weak and often required several flushes after each use. The twin beds were smaller than expected and not very comfortable for two adults. The breakfast was disappointing with limited variety and quality that did not meet expectations.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026床很舒适，地理位置优越，只需下楼就能解决所有。早餐虽然选择不多，但是也很足够了。我看到很多人拿炸鸡，自助餐厅的炸鸡很快被抢光，一添加就有人去拿，可以看得出很受欢迎😂 汤粉的味道很不错，我家长辈说回味小时候的那种味道。
当天的意大利面是臭酸了，不清楚是白酱问题还是面问题，一入口就吐掉了，嘴巴很重的酸味，完全不能入口，所以当时放置一边了。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Breakfast was value for money. View is serene enough yet close to major services and the mall next door has all the necessary amenities. Gym is very comprehensive, although some machines may require servicing.
This is for room 1511. Shower temperature was very sensitive. It started as freezing cold, even with the tap turned all the way up for hot water. And suddenly the water turns scalding hot. It was very hard to gauge whether I was getting the cold or hot water. The shower door was stuck and not able to close fully. The previous stays with Innside were excellent, usually given the rooms with King size beds. This time it is twin bed. and as described, the shower was disappointing. I hope it is just for this room.

早餐虽然是自助的但很普通，价格稍微有点贵，房间是connection room，因此会听到隔壁房的嘈杂声，浴袍等等一些东西都是需要收费的，但很好的一项是都有标明价格。

I only arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. The hotel upgraded my room to a loft, which was spacious and very comfortable! I felt truly grateful. The room was clean, and the atmosphere was so peaceful, it felt like staying in a five-star hotel.
It took me a while to find the hotel lobby.

As the phone in my room was not working, I reached out to their worker who was cleaning the other room. He helped me to inform the room service. I ordered nasi lemak for room service. It was delicious!!
The breakfast buffet was so-so. But the restaurant was beautiful & really comfortable as it was not very busy.

Reviewed May 31, 2026We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Melina Inside Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. We were especially grateful when they allowed us a late check-out after we missed our flight. Their understanding and flexibility turned a very stressful situation into a much easier one for us. The manager was an amazing woman who went above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and cared for. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The room was always spotless. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, who did a fantastic job every day. Our room was consistently clean and tidy, the beds were beautifully made, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. We also loved being able to borrow bicycles and explore Kuala Lumpur that way. It was one of the highlights of our trip and such a fun experience. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunshine and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—honestly, almost too good! We looked forward to every meal and enjoyed everything we tried. Overall, this was one of the best stays of our trip. Clean rooms, amazing food, wonderful staff, great facilities, and genuine hospitality. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
