Need to take 2 different lift to the room

The bathroom water pressure was great, the toiletries/soap provided were nice, and I appreciated having a water dispenser available.

I wanted to check in just a couple of hours early, but the only option offered was to pay extra and upgrade to a room with a “better view.” Unfortunately, after upgrading, the view was quite underwhelming and didn’t feel worth the additional cost. I also couldn’t find any room service options or a proper food and drinks menu in the room, which was surprising for a Marriott hotel. The fridge didn’t seem to be working properly as it wasn’t cold, and the TV setup was very basic. It didn’t support AirPlay or screen mirroring, which would have been a useful feature. Overall, there were some nice touches, but for the Marriott brand, I expected a little more in terms of room amenities, technology, and flexibility with early check-in.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr üppig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Wunderschöner Infinitypool. Ein super Service. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Würden wir immer wieder buchen!

Clean and well Maintained

Soundproofing was bad, couldn’t sleep at night 1am due to noise coming from rooms around us.

每年这个时间段我们都会回到这里入住，今年特别感觉得到酒店人手不足，门前的接待以往在我们抵达后都会有接应安排行李，早餐方面还是很喜欢酒店设的印度式早餐真的很好吃。

Große bequeme Betten, wir hatten das Hotel gewählt weil wir hier kein Zustellbett für unser Kind benötigt haben. (das Zimmer verfügte über 2 Queensize-Betten). Das einzige Hotel wo ich ein Federkissen wählen konnte. Pool war schön gelegen und ausreichend groß. Trinkwasserspender direkt am Waschbecken vorhanden. Frühstücksauswahl o.k.- Jedoch hatten wir in einem 4-Sterne Haus ein wesentlich besseres Angebot. Kostenloses Eis für Kinder.

Frühstücksraum sehr laut und eher wie eine Mensa gestaltet. Die Zimmer wirkten, obwohl das Hotel noch nicht sehr alt ist, abgewohnt, die Schränke waren innen sehr staubig. Außerdem fehlten, für ein 5⭐️-Hotel üblich die Bademäntel. Die Lage war nicht optimal, ein Grab war fast immer nötig.

Per ser un hotel de 5 estrelles no està a l'alçada i l'expectativa d'un hotel d'aquestes característiques. Vam demanar fer el Checkout una mica més tard i ens van dir que no que l'hotel estava ple, però per una tarifa ens hi podíem quedar. En cap moment ens van dir que si volíem a la zona de la piscina hi havia un vestidor amb dutxes per si ho necessitàvem. Vam estar durant el matí a la piscina i cap treballador va passar per allà per poder demanar alguna beguda. L'habitació no estava prou neta, el terra estava brut com si no s'hagués fregat bé. En definitiva sempre que puc m'allotjo els marriot però aquesta vegada no puc dit que hagi encertat. No tornaria a triar-lo a Malaca, qualitat preu no està a l'alçada

We had a wonderful stay here, but what we appreciate the most was the exceptional service after we've checked out. Our son accidentally left a pillow in the room. The moment we realised this, contacted the hotel, and the staff went completely above and beyond. They immediately located it, kept it safe, and seamlessly arranged for us to get it back without any hassle. The hotel itself was great - clean, comfortable, and well maintained - but this level of genuine care and honest hospitality is truly cherised. A huge thank you to the management, housekeeping and front desk team for their quick communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be staying here again!

I book 2 double bed for 3 pax. I assume the double bed is queen size but it turnned out to be super single bed. The extra amenities for extra pax was not provided. I have to ask for them. This small details impt.

There's no hand soap in the toilet. Sofa in the room too hard like sitting on wood. No mineral water bottle. Breakfast selection was not value for money.

Hotel was extremely new so it was clean and comfortable. AC was fantastic which gave us good rest. Staff were friendly and professional and really exemplary. Location was close to the tourists parts of town. A short grab or drive away from the tourist spots, but far enough away to get away from the noise as well.

The hotel had an electricity maintenance period on our only full day at the hotel. The electricity including AC was cut off for a solid 6.5 hours. We travelled with two young children that still require a nap during the day. This inconvenienced us tremendously because then it meant our kids had to nap in our car and not the 5 star hotel that we paid for. Aside from that, the hotel was really good. So was it worth the stay if we didn't get the use the room for half of the only full day we had there? Finding it hard to answer that question.

Everything were safe and satisfied. From the reception counter to housekeeping all staffs were best and good service. Good and peaceful location.

The parking route starting point of the building a little narrow. If I’m using Alphard, I have to see each and every move very very closely until I go up. It’s just on starting way only. Once entered up, it’s little spacious and can park well. If u using myvi size of car, its wouldn’t be a problem. One more matter is there is no smart tv here. Also I cannot sit peacefully on my bed while my baby playing in bathtub as there is no glass wall between the bathroom and bed like how the new hotels maintaining now but it’s suitable for those who expecting privacy.

Very noisy in the night. The people in the corridor were loud and also the neighbor was talking loudly at phone in the night. I couldn’t properly rest and sleep.

The Courtyard by Marriott Melaka is a new modern hotel with great helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Staff are really outstanding. When there was an issue in my room, Khairul at reception was quick to organise another room. The Courtyard Cafe has comfortable and spacious seating with a great selection of local delights. Hafiz, Asyraaf, Ain, Emmanuel and others always ready with a smile and super helpful. The fruit punch was light refreshing and colourful! Free parking is very handy for touring. I had an excellent stay and would be happy to stay again.

The hotel has a beautiful, spacious lobby and the room felt extra comfortable with its high ceilings. Loved the bathroom and the city view from the room was a nice bonus. There’s also a convenient food spot right outside, plus the parking area is large and easy to navigate.

A few small downsides — the sink was a bit shallow so water splashed out easily, there wasn’t a convenience store nearby, and it can be quite a walk if you’re travelling by foot. Otherwise, everything else was amazing!

Room was big and the water pressure was good

Booked a king-sized bed but seemed like received a queen-sized one. No in-room dining service and no convenience store within walking distance (extremely hot weather nowadays are not helpful). The lady at the checkout counter could receive more training to be more observant instead of auto-greet 'Sir' to everyone short-haired.

Besticht durch sein modernes Design und eine wirklich beeindruckende Lobby, die sofort beim Eintreten Eindruck macht. Das absolute Highlight ist der Infinity-Pool im 8. Stock – der Ausblick über die Stadt ist spektakulär und das Ambiente dort oben einfach klasse. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und das Frühstück phantastisch; die Auswahl und Qualität lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und verfügen über angenehm große Fenster und Fernseher.

Zwei Punkte trübten das 5-Sterne-Erlebnis jedoch etwas: Zum einen war es im Restaurant beim Frühstück extrem kühl und zugig (die Klimaanlage war sehr ambitioniert eingestellt). Zum anderen enttäuschte die Technik im Zimmer: Die TV-Sender waren schlecht eingestellt und wiesen Bildrauschen auf. (auch nachdem der Techniker komplett neu installiert hatte,da wir vorher gar kein Bild sahen) Zudem fehlten moderne Streaming-Dienste wie Netflix oder Amazon Prime, was man in dieser Hotelkategorie heute eigentlich als Standard erwartet.

Breaking of Fasting session was superb

The breakfast is not good that I expected as a five star hotel. But I really satisfy with the staff friendly attitude and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The only thing I didnt like is that the bathroom sink should be deeper so that the water wouldn't easily get splash out.
