Velmi příjemné účelově zařízené malé apartmá. Kuchyňský kout: lednička, mikrovlnka, elektrická dvojplotýnka. Filtrace vody. Sprchový prostor s pračkou a sušičkou. Ložnicové a část odpovídala standardům minimálně 3 hvězdiček.

Chyběla mi stolní lampička. Jinak není co vytknout. Přístroj promítající na zeď Netflix YouTube aj by vypotřeboval vyčistit optiku. Jinak není co vytknout.

一切都挺好的，房间觉得舒服，干净，漂亮，离地铁站要走一小段距离，楼下有便利店。我没见过世面，所以不明白为什么花洒会在浴缸上面 😭 就是竟然要站在浴缸上面洗澡，浴缸变成排水孔 （？） 然后因为排水有点慢，所以浴缸会积水，变成你站在自己的污水上面洗澡 😭 就因为想到大家都站在浴缸里面洗澡，所以我根本不敢躺在这个浴缸里面泡澡。。。除了这点，其他一切都很好，以后还会考虑再来的。

明明有五个电梯，但是每次都要等很久，等到很烦躁，而且等电梯的地方不通风，等个10秒就已经开始冒汗，就更烦躁了。

The apartment has a great location, close to a mall, Chow Kit area, and public transport. It is nicely designed in a simple Muji style. beautiful yet practical. Amenities like the washing machine, iron, and water dispenser made the stay much easier. The host was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and replied quickly, which I truly appreciated.

However, the bed made creaking noises, which made me a bit nervous about whether it might break. I also liked the idea of using a projector as a TV, but it was difficult to watch properly since it only works well in complete darkness. Watching movies, especially horror, was challenging as the screen visibility wasn’t clear, even with the marked projector spot.

The main room was well decorated, the bed was really comfortable, close to public transportation.

The kitchen and bathroom weren't fully equipped

A quiet place, really good location. The furniture was new and good. Room was very clean, there were no insects. There is a trade center nearby and also a lot of inexpensive diners for all tastes. Not far from KLCC too. Swimming pool and gym were really good too. A manager is really nice and responsive.

The bed was making creaking noises.

It was a nice room at the 23A floor. It had everything we needed, water filtration system, fridge, microwave, washer&dryer, a dining table and a little sofa. The building has a gym and a pool. They had a group chat on whatsapp that responded to our requests rapidly.

You get the occasional roach crawling out of the drains. Slow drainage, you risk flooding the bathroom if you stay in the shower longer. They asked for a cash deposit 50e or 200rm that they refunded after inspecting the room when we left.

A very beautiful apartment not too far from the city center for a good price. The company’s staff was always available on WhatsApp and helped solve issues, for example, they changed my door password at 2 a.m. because I couldn’t get into the room after New Year’s celebrations. I was very confused when they asked for a security deposit before check-in; my wife convinced me that it was a scam. But it turned out not to be a scam—the apartment was real and is one of the best you can rent for this price in Kuala Lumpur. The Petronas Towers were visible from the window.

The studio was as what was pictured and promised! There's a water filter in the unit itself, so you don't have to worry about drinking any water straight out of the tap. Also, the room is very clean, with a good view. There's a washing machine and dryer in the toilet, so it really saves a lot of my time. Staffs were really responsive to my queries and was very helpful.

Downside is, booking stated there will be a TV in the unit. However, upon arriving, there was only a projector screen, with an android tv installed. However, there were no channels to watch, and the netflix log-in doesn't work!

The location is very good, near the metro station and you can find out many places to eat.

Is little bit different the way the rooms are hidden, buuut fortunately, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, very good value for money, very good communication: I got added to a WhatsApp Group with 6 numbers of Unimax employees designed specifically for my stay. I think this is a great way of communication because everytime I got a question, it was answered within 5 minutes. Special thanks to Jason and Theresa!

Everything was nice NICE! 10/10 would recommend.The room, which looked exactly from the picture.The checkin process was smooth,clear instructions via WhatsApp, and fast responses from the team.The area is near sunway mall and lrt so it's easy to go around KL.I dont know about others, but this place is totally worth the buck!

The smell of the bathroom

Bathroom had weird smell sometimes.

This comment will be on the second apartment we stayed at (which we booked, the first one is described under negatives). The apartment had a good space, and it was comfortable. The gym and pool area were nice, there are some restaurants and a mall walking distance and is fairly easy to reach a couple of metro stations.

This is a tricky one, as we contacted Unimax months prior to our arrival to guarantee we had a specific room, which we confirmed 2 days before, and to our surprise that was not the room we got. When confronted they said the other had and AC problem and we could not move until 3 days after, this could have been addressed before with an apology to avoid disapointment. The room had no working space, or any of the facilities why we had asked for the other room, and the toilet smelled terribly bad (which they said it was a building problem, but our second room didn't had such smell). That being said, when we told them we needed a work space, they sent someone with two tables and chairs so we could sit on our laptops, which we appreciate it. The communication with the customer care team was sometimes confusing. And, they reinforce the message of not being a hotel, so no cleaning and they extra charge everything, but for a rental apartment the tools they provide for cooking are very limited, not even knifes are available (only a big knife to cut large fruit or meat). We had to buy certain utensils to be able to cook, we left them, so hopefully the next people staying there get to use them and have a more easy going experience.

i love their room deco. it was so comfy and peaceful. The thing i like the most is their have dryer machine. So, i didn't have to go to dobi to wash my clothes. They also provide so many things to us. all i can say is everything completed.

The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places .

The area

I lost my lift card and they charged €30 for a new one ,but that was ok. They let me wait one day to bring a new one so I had to beg the security to use his card and he was annoyed after asking him a several times .

We stayed here for 1 month and loved it. It had everything we would need to live somewhere comfortably. The building is lovely, pool and gym are great, supermarket in the Mall down the road. The projector is also such a bonus. We absolutely loved it, I would stay again and would absolutely recommend it.

Interior design is minimalist, things in the room such as dryer, filtered water, cutleries, amenities and etc are all well prepared. Not far away of driving distance from city center and nearby convenience stores such as 7-11 and KK mart. Even downstair lobby has a small store too. Bathtoom water pressure and temperature is big and perfect. Beddings are white, clean, and soft too.

1. Please do not book this for your stay if you’re a light sleeper and looking for privacy. This room do not provide room attached with bathroom. There is only 2 bedroom with 1 public bathroom which is sharing. 2. The noise from the road can be hear clearly including children screaming sound, kids playing running around, car and motor honking, ambulance or police car sound. Unfortunately the stay place walkway is super quiet, but the noise is 99% from the road. We stay at 21st floor but still able to hear it clearly. (We’re light sleeper and not aware the road beside can be that noisy, if your sleep will not affect by any noises, you may choose this stay for your trip.) 3. Bathroom slightly dirty on toilet bowl, as you can see some stain on the toilet bowl seater. 4. Password given for letterbox to take room scan key was incorrect, and we need to guess the password ourselves. The correct passcode did not send immediately from the staff, but they did respond in quick on taking note only in whatsapp. 5. The scan card for lift is not sensitive as well, and we need to take off the card cover in rush mode as we’re stuck in the lift with other strangers. 6. No complimentary early check-in available for this room, which you will need to pay additional MYR20 per hour if you need to check in before 3PM, although the room is ready. For check out is strictly at 11am and they will send 2-3 reminders to you a day before and an hour before. Late checkout will be charge MYR40 per hour. 7. Deposit of MYR200 will need to be tranferred to their bank account without any official receipt of guranteed, except a whatsapp text telling you that they will refund you. And for refund you will need to wait for another 3-5 working days to return back to your account, and this is a big no for traveller which is not aware of this before the stay. They will not inform you anything unless you bank in them the deposit.

- The number on the security lock box too small. I fight it difficult to open the safety box for those who are short sighted - Since the room is only provided with lcd projector, watching during the day is not very comfortable

Basically a studio with all amenities including a kitchen and projector. It is tastefully decorated and functional, set in a nice new building with a nice swimming pool and gym. Wifi connectivity is excellent. Great value for money.

Everything was good. The studio was nicely decorated, clean, had cleaning supplies and all what you need during the stay. The team provided with detailed information and was always helpful. The location is good, Monorail and LRT metro lines are very close. Shopping mall is close. Few shops in front of the residence are open 24h. We enjoyed and extended our stay with this company. Nothing except for a sock I found in the bathroom when I first came in. A bit gross but hopefully it was a one off mistake of the cleaning staff.

Convenient self check-in and check-out process. The host promptly addressed all inquiries. The toiletries, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies were fully stocked. I feel secure with 24/7 security measures in place. There are plenty of options for Sahur meals nearby. Quiet area.

The pillow was not comfortable - too high. Have to find parking - paid parking. Please check your microwave. TV was abit difficult to use.

Really love the interior, love the KL city view that i can see from the room. For me the location is good. Nearby Park rate is ok. Check in steps is easy to follow.

Very Nice n cozy room

No parking provided. Have to park outside at parking area (illegal parking-no license) n have to pay rm7 per entry (Rm7x3 days= rm21). I feel so worry about my car's safety all through the holiday. So bad because i want to spend my holiday happily but need to worry all the time about my car. The area of Chambers also not good during nite. Travellers need much more carefull. Dont like the lift too because not feel safe with the condition of lift.

Good location, very clean, spacious apt

Bait and switch, pictures don't look anything like the actual place. The building seems like it ran out of money during finishing construction. Hot water runs out 1/2 through showering. Check in process involves a code for mailbox, a code for box inside mailbox, a elevator scan card (which sometimes doesn't work), a door key for outer door and finally a 10 digit code for the room itself.

Beautiful and comfy place.

The room is 100% the same as picture shown. Clear to see KLCC and KL tower through window. The floor, bed, table, bathroom is tidy and clean. No any complaints and unsatisfactory from me during the stay. It was pleasant to stay here.

It was amazing we loved the flat a lot and really felt like home. The view was amazing the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size! Highly recommend this place!

Nice KLCC view. Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave equipped which is good for entertainment and grocery shoppers. Self check in procedure is easy. Quiet neighbourhood and locate conveniently near metro.

Not located very near to shopping centre

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean place. I really enjoyed staying there. There are everything for comfortable living, even washer and dryer for clothes. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommend to stay!

Clear check in details and easy into room , all the furniture is new , the tv is big and working well, recommend couple to stay here, luckily we get KLCC view room very nice 😍
