Bookingの写真通りのお部屋でした。清掃担当の方も親切で、毎回足りないものはないか声をかけてくれました。 朝食もAsian中心に充実していました。パンの種類も豊富です。 立地は申し分ないです。

おそらくホテル内のパーティーか何かだと思うのですが、夜遅くまで音楽が爆音で流れていました。3泊しましたが、毎日でした。

The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location, with numerous shopping malls and food streets just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel also offers very affordable parking rates. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in process was simple and efficient, and the breakfast selection was also very extensive and satisfying.

However, what was particularly disappointing and significantly affected my overall experience was the air-conditioning issue. I stayed in Room 1214, and the direction of the air flow appeared to have a serious problem. The cool air seemed to be directed mainly towards the bathroom, while the bedroom area did not cool down properly at all. Given the hot and humid weather in Kuala Lumpur, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, which greatly affected my sleep quality and made it very difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. I sincerely hope the hotel can look into this issue and ensure that the air-conditioning system in the room is properly inspected and repaired.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from, and the location was ideal. Overall, a great property with excellent service, convenient facilities, and a good location. I would definitely stay here again!

No sound proof could hear next door like they were I our room, wasnt warned about building work outside and no double glazing so could hear lots of road noise and building work.

Muy buena ubicación a dos pasos de la calle de los puestos para cenar de noche. A medio camino entre chinatown y las Torres Petronas. La cama muy cómoda. Desayuno aceptable no extraordinario como esperas en un 5 estrellas.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Concierge team was also very helpful, especially Matthew, who helped arrange a trip for us to Kuala Selangor and our airport taxies. Rooms are neat, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection and variety.

There is no spa in the hotel! Although there are many around the hotel, you are not always sure of what you get there! The pool could stay open till 8pm, going an extra hour for those who want to swim.

I had a great stay! Parking was easy to gind,the lift was easily accessible and check in was fast and smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. The room was lively and comfortable

The hospitality is one of the best you can imagine, every staff member greets you with a hand on their heart and that is something we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quite large with very good beds and shower. The vicinity there is a bit of a mixed bag of properties and shops that you see in the main street, but that is part of the experience. It is close to quite a decent amount of shopping centres, food and bar street. The area is safe, the pool area (although small) is nice. But the staff was the highlight of our stay!

The hotel was well located, clean and the overall stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and the facilities were generally good. The staff were also professional and helpful.

The soundproofing was by far the biggest issue. We could clearly hear noise from the street as well as from the room next door. Our room had a connecting door with the neighbouring room, and unfortunately our neighbours were extremely loud, talking loudly late into the night. This made it difficult to sleep and was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Overall, we have stayed in 4-star hotels that offered better soundproofing, equipment and comfort.

De locatie is top als je de stad wil verkennen. Het hotel bevindt zich aan de hoofdweg van Kuala Lumpur en de levendige stad ligt aan je voeten.

Het is geen 5* hotel. Het hotel heeft bijna 500 kamers en bij het zwembad staan exact 7 ligbedjes. Je komt er niet boor het zwembad maar toch wel fijn om na een dag door de stad te hebben gelopen nog even bij het zwembad te kunnen liggen. Verder zijn de gangen en de kamers enigzins verouderd. Onze kamer is in 3 dagen wel soort van schoongemaakt maar gaat in verschillende etappes waarbij ons bed niet een keer is opgemaakt. Koffie wordt weer bijgevuld door iemand anders en moet je om vragen. Allemaal niet heel erg maar van een 5* hotel verwacht je iets anders. Veel grote groepen Aziatische reizigers die erg "aanwezig" zijn. Kortom, ok hotel maar niet meer dan dat.

ハウスキーピングとルームサービスがイマイチ。 タオルが不足していたりアメニティセット計4つ(シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ボディローション)のうちシャンプーが二つでボディソープが無いなどセッティングミスが多い。不足分のタオルを持ってきて欲しいと連絡しても持ってこなかったりフェースタオルをリクエストしたのにバスタオルを持ってきたり後フォローもミスが多い。 氷を持ってきて欲しいと2回リクエストしたが初回は持って来ず。二度目はリクエスト1時間後に督促しやっと持って来た。

The breakfast.. was cold 90% of the time and unless you like spicy or Chinese food, theres not much selection, fruit was basic , only 2 choices of yoghurt.. to the point we stopped going even though it was included in our package .. around the pool was so dangerously slippy

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato due notti in due camere diverse in questo hotel, ed abbiamo usufruito solo della prima colazione. Entrambe le camere erano confortevoli, dotate di tutti i confort che ci si aspetta da una struttura di lusso: letti comodi, ambienti puliti e ben curati, personale molto gentile. La struttura è dotata di una piscina e una palestra aperta 24 ore su 24. La prima colazione ci ha ampiamente soddisfatti, sia per qualità che per assortimento. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, si trova in una zona centrale di Kuala Lumpur, nel cuore della città, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mercato alimentare principale.

In questo hotel, come in molti altri in Malesia, i letti sono dotati solo di coperta/piumino, non c'è il lenzuolo, quindi, a meno che non si imposti il condizionatore molto basso, si soffre facilmente il caldo o il freddo. Probabilmente se avessimo chiesto un lenzuolo ce lo avrebbero fornito ma non lo abbiamo fatto. Il cestino del bagno è semplicemente una scatola aperta sul pavimento, risultando antigienico e poco elegante, una struttura del genere dovrebbe essere attenta anche a queste piccole cose. Nel complesso il Royal Signature è un'ottima struttura in una posizione comoda e centrale.

Buen hotel en general, al lado de la calle principal de una de las muchas zonas de gran bullicio que tiene KL. Desayuno buffet completo aunque la bollería no está al nivel. La habitación es grande. Las Petronas quedan a unos 20-25 minutos a pie.

Las ventanas no aíslan del ruido exterior. Las almohadas, aunque hay dos, ninguna es muy cómoda. La ropa de cama daba la sensación de haber sido lavada hace tiempo y olía un poco mal.

Breakfast was good, however I came a bit late and the staff started packing up before I was able to sample everything I wanted to. Location was good, however there was a bus in the parking bay when I turned up, making it slightly difficult to get out of my grab with traffic.

Personnels de nettoyage de l’hôtel désagréable voir impoli pour certains. Le nettoyage est mal fait car ne remettent jamais les tapis et les serviettes propres. Des fuites d’eau dans la salle de bain qui inondent le sol après une douche. Le personnel ne parle même pas l’anglais. N’est clairement pas un 5 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement !

An unsecured wifi network should be changed soon. If you get a room with a sealed door between neighbours, some noise can travel through. The street noise was very low for me though.

The Staff were exceptionally helpful and offered great advice when asked. The location was also central, walking distance to Jalan Alor and a host of shopping malls (Pavilion & Lot 10 to name a couple). The Room was adequate, comfortable and clean. I would MOST DEFINITELY visit again, this time with my family.

The Breakfast menu was sadly the ONLY thing that let my overall experience down.
