Housekeeping very slow. I left the Housekeeping button ON around 9 plus in morning. I come back around 2pm but room was not cleaned. Towels look awful. They look like the rugs on the floor. I feel all these is being compromised. Room doors are not soundproof. I I could not sleep as the noise at corridor was too much. little cockroaches running around in bathroom n bedroom as well. Its the first time o m seeing them. Please do some upgrades🙏🏽

La proximité de l’établissement avec la rue centrale, soit les bars et les boîtes de nuit est vraiment excellent L’entrée de l’établissement est juste magnifique Nous avions de la chance, nous étions en hauteur dans notre chambre et avions vu sur les tours, la chambre était très belle, et le nettoyage était fait quotidiennement un gros plus Néanmoins, peut-être un peu de manque de nettoyage sur la façade du mur derrière le lavabo

Le petit déjeuner est absolument immonde, il mériterait d’y avoir plus de choses dans le petit déjeuner continental soit des viennoiseries ou du Nutella ou des pancakes Le fait de faire payer un supplément de serviette dans les chambres je trouve ça inadmissible sachant que du coup au début nous avions seulement un peignoir et j’ai réussi à avoir des serviettes gratuites MDR ça devrait pas être un luxe

Rengøring var ikke tilstrækkelig! Vi havde også problemer med vores kort i elevatoren, og vores toilet stoppede op flere gange…

The elevator can be an issue at times. I was on the topmost floor and many times go e made 6 or 7 stops before getting to the ground floor…

The tv wifi signal didn’t work for the 6 days we stayed there so only local tv service worked no Netflix or YouTube music nothing I mentioned to room service but it was like talking to a brick wall

The way the guard arrange parking. Congested area Parking Check out slow Lift worst And a group of westeners occupied half the pool with alcohol and yet expect us to share the pool. Staff didnt reprimand them. Club attached pool all same way...euww

The inside room condition was ok.

When I entered the hotel at 8 pm, the room was not ready at all. My luggage came 30 minutes after I reached to my room. The behaviour of the staff were improper and unacceptable. I complained to the front desk on the issue on 30 August 26 at 8.30 pm. But it seemed that the authority did not take that into consideration.

Very bad experience….got cockroaches in both of our rooms…very dirty and not hygienic at all…when complain, hotel just sent staff with a spray….what spray can do with all the cockroaches? Hotel does not provide solutions to me…i m not happy with hotel and also why booking.com sell this bad hotel to customers? Booking.com should provide with options of good hotel and not DIRTY hotel….i pay for hotel and what i get is very bad, dirty, and not to a standard….i m demanding refund from booking.com about this matter!!!!!

No stairs available so have to use the lifts - which are slow and always busy. No toilets near breakfast restaurant - again waiting for the lifts. Breakfast was very poor - tasteless and unappealing range of items. Toaster not effective. We chose not to go one day - as didn't feel we were missing anything.

Good location if you want to be in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Plenty of good restaurants, etc nearby.

Cleanliness of the bathroom was poor and the towels needed replacing. I suppose you get what you pay for. Unfortunately there is a "nightclub" (a brothel) operating out of levels 1 and 5. Level 5 is the same level as the pool and gym so you have to navigate past the club entrance and their security guards to get to the pool. The club also takes over the lift with their staff and customers so it takes an extremely long time to catch the lift. It's not ideal to have this kind of establishment operating within a hotel especially if you are a family.

立地がとてもよかった。 Bukit Bintangが最寄りだが、パビリオンなどがある繁華街とは反対方向なので要注意。パビリオンまでは徒歩10分ぐらいだった。

シーツや枕カバーが洗濯はされているものの匂いが染み付いていた。備え付けのケトルは前の宿泊者がインスタントラーメンの調理に使ったのかとても汚かった。毎日清掃をお願いしていたが、タオルは新しいものをもらえないこともあった。

I like the tangerine room, very comfy . Some of the Staff were very good , heti on reception , gharismah from housekeeping and raj from bell services did an excellent job all three of them are a credit to starus hotel.

There was some noisy neighbours , walls are very thin .There was some slow drainage in the shower, this was dealt with quite quickly when we asked reception . There was no phones in the bedroom would be a good idea to have them incase of an emergency.

The room is very clear. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and value for money

L’accueil était médiocre. J’ai à peine reçu un bonjour lors du check-in, et aucune présentation de l’hôtel ne m’a été faite pour expliquer, par exemple, à quel étage se trouvait la salle du petit-déjeuner (ce qui n’est d’ailleurs indiqué nulle part dans les ascenseurs). En revanche, on n’oublie pas de vous informer qu’une caution de 100 MYR est exigée. L’hôtel est censé être non-fumeur, mais tous les couloirs sentaient la cigarette. À ma grande surprise, il y avait même un cendrier à l’étage de la piscine, juste à côté d’une affiche indiquant l’interdiction de fumer. La chambre familiale était spacieuse, mais totalement dépourvue de rangements. Heureusement, je n’y suis restée que deux nuits. À mon arrivée, aucune serviette n’était disponible dans la chambre et la boîte de mouchoirs était complètement vide.Les lits simples sont également très étroits pour un adulte. Il est également à noter qu’un établissement de type night-club se trouve dans l’hôtel, sans que cela soit précisé sur Booking. Il y avait donc des agents de sécurité à certains étages, notamment à celui de la piscine. Leur présence ne m’a cependant pas mise en confiance et je n’ai eu aucune envie de me promener seule dans l’hôtel pour aller me baigner. L’hôtel est situé dans une rue où la prostitution est très visible et j’ai eu l’impression que certaines personnes fréquentant l’établissement étaient liées à cette activité. Le petit-déjeuner était particulièrement décevant. Je n’avais jamais vu cela dans aucun hôtel. La salle se situe dans un espace sans fenêtres et seuls deux ascenseurs sur quatre permettent d’y accéder ; prévoyez donc au moins dix minutes pour vous y rendre aux heures d’affluence. Le choix proposé est extrêmement limité et la qualité des produits laisse à désirer. Enfin, le mobilier et la décoration contrastent fortement avec le reste de l’hôtel, au point de donner l’impression d’avoir quitté l’établissement.

Front office staff. Only one guy (the Malaysian guy) knew what he was doing. The rest of the front office staff was speaking some strange English. Tell the hotel to hire fluent English speaking staff ! Malaysia speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia. These people can't even speak Bahasa Malaysia. How did they even get a Work Permit ?

这次住的客房，问题还是一样，冲凉房的下水管阻塞了，还要自己下手挖阻塞在洞口的头发，然后水才开始慢慢的流下。

Location is excellant. It's a very busy Hotel. The staff might be overwhelmed. At such price-point and location. it's definately a steal.

There was a constant boom boom noise all day and night. It definitely was not the clubs in the area.

Facilities were less than mediocre, Private club at starus was only for some kind of members only, no one staying at hotel was allowed, No room service, no phone facilities, no intercom, Kinda disappointed, everything you have to bring from outside, no restaurant after five o'clock,

I have stayed in Starus many times but the condition of the rooms is getting bad. Many tourists come and go. Its the responsibility of the Starus housekeeping staff to maintain the rooms in excellent condition. The rooms carpets are not vacuumed. I get a foul smell from the corridor carpet as well. There is a foul smell in the air along the corridor n lift lobby. Though its a non smoking hotel, there is definitely smoke smell along the corridor. Please also look into installing phones in every room so that guests can get in touch with reception if they need anything. Its inconvenient to keep going down to reception and clarifying doubts, asking questions etc.

They really do need parasols/umbrellas or some shade at the swimming pool. Impossible to relax there in the afternoons.

I love the location, near to the train station eventhough u have to walk uphill abit.. 😁 was expecting a bigger single bed.. a super single bed wud be better.

The location was the only thing satisfactory.

1. The breakfast was very poor. 2. The room had no intercoms for communication with reception. 3. The Matress was fully wet when we checked-in. 4. The Colour inside the room was faded and needed painting. 5. We had to repeatedly request the staff to ensure proper cleaning of the room. 6. The Staffs needs to be more familiar with English speaking as English language is highly practiced all over the world.

Śniadanie to porażka. Po zapłaceniu zastaliśmy absolutnie puste stoły. Jedzenia po prostu nie było. Oprócz tego obsługa w ogóle nic z tym nie robiła, a kierownik byl opryskliwy w stosunku do gosci którzy zapytali co sie dzieje ze śniadaniem za które zaplacili. Za te pieniądze bez problemu zjecie poza hotelem pyszne rzeczy
