They tried to frame us for cigarettes to charge RMB 1000 but Luckily we report to them it was not belong to us . They sent warning letter to us . During check out they found strain in linen & they try to charge for it . I feel they try to get some extra income by framing customer . So be careful

The reception and security guard are very friendly. Security guard went out of his way to help me with the luggage and greeted me each morning.

Tv has youtube and netflix. Room was big and comfortable. Helpful staff. Close to malls and train stations.

To open the door you need to enter a pin code which can be scary because someone tried to enter my room at night. I alerted the hotel and they sent security to my room. They told me it might be a mistake from another drunk guest, but as a female solo traveler it was a very scary experience. No laundromat inside the hotel. Neighborhood is very full of people and noisy. Breakfast don't have a variety of food, buffet was small.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. You can tell it’s a renovated building in which the design is nice. The location was great and easy to get around to lots of local eateries and shopping. I loved all the restaurants attached to the building as it was easy to grab a quick bite.

The restaurant on the rooftop was ok but do not recommend getting the breakfast included unless you plan to get there within the first hour of service (7-8am) I arrived at 8:45 to nearly nothing left but cereal, toast and flavorless fruit. They never refilled anything after that and a lot of people who came after me were left with nothing to choose from.

Mooie grote kamer (wij hadden de deluxe room) en de ligging van het hotel was pal in het centrum en de bruisende buurt van Kuala Lumpur.

Er kan veel lawaai zijn van buitenaf. De deuren van de badkamer sloten niet volledig en waren ook deels doorzichtig, wat niet duidelijk was uit de foto's. Housekeeping deed heel erg lang over het schoonmaken van de kamers. Wij lagen om 16u30 nog in de kamer, toen de man van housekeeping zonder te kloppen binnenkwam om de kamer schoon te maken. Dit was zeer onbeleefd en wij (twee vrouwen) voelden ons hier absoluut niet confortabel door. Om 16u30 de kamer nog komen schoonmaken is naar mijn mening ook al zeer laat. De volgende dag vroegen wij of het mogelijk was om een late check out te doen aangezien onze vlucht in de avond was. Ondanks het feit dat onze kamer elke dag pas na 16u werd schoongemaakt, was een latere check-out niet mogelijk (ook niet mits vergoeding), maar mochten wij wel de kamer voor 1 nacht bijboeken (wat betekent dat de kamer wel vrij was). Uiteindelijk mochten wij 1 uur later uitchecken (13u ipv 12u). Echter stond op de dag van de check-out zelf een medewerker om 11u45 al voor onze deur (ondanks de DND sign) om te vragen waarom we niet waren uitgecheckt. De heer was vriendelijk, maar liet mij wel aan de deur wachten om te verifiëren of ik geen onwaarheden aan het vertellen was. Pas na enkele minuten zei hij dat het in orde was en ging hij weg. Ontbijt stelde ook niets voor.

I like that the hotel offer comfortable hotel experience at affordable price. The location is also strategic at the heart of Bukit Bintang & near MRT exit

The hotel is conveniently located the the street food market and about 30 minutes walk from the historic centre.

• I initially booked two nights but only stayed one because I barely got any sleep. My room was located on level 2, and the noise was really loud up until 2am, so I decided to leave early rather than endure another sleepless night. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my stay and was not the experience I expected when I booked the room. Upon checking in, I did ask the receptionist about the noise level and she assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue. • Getting a taxi to and from the hotel is nothing short of an absolute nightmare regardless of the time, the streets leading to it are constantly gridlocked with traffic, making what should be a simple journey unnecessarily stressful and time consuming.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and okay. The facilities and service were satisfactory.

The bed edge side was a little dusty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast selection was also quite limited, and having more choices would improve the overall experience.

Es gab keine zweite Decke. Stattdessen haben wir lediglich eine Flugzeugdecke erhalten. Das Personal war zwar bemüht, dennoch stellt sich die Frage: Gibt es tatsächlich nur eine Decke? Ein Depot von 100 MYR ist hier zwar gang und gäbe, empfinde ich als Europäer jedoch als etwas veraltet. Frühstück sehr mager.

近夜市, 走下樓附近走幾步後就可以到達後街的夜市. 超級方便. 周圍有很多的小吃, 賣場, 小型遊樂園, 如果多住幾天也真的還蠻不錯的. 料理部分很多元, 內部有共用插頭可供電器充電使用 頂樓的餐廳還不錯, 稍稍微菜色少了一點

說真的沒有甚麼不喜歡的, 唯一廁所小了一點, 不然沒有甚麼缺點

- Ohne Zimmerkarte und mit Code ist zwar gut gemeint aber jedes Mal den 8-Stelligen Code eingeben doch ein wenig mühsam - Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, haben unsere Zimmernachbarn gut gehört

Hotel centralissimo. Consigliato per girare a piedi il centro, evitando di prendere troppi grabs. Si ha praticamente tutto ciò che si necessita a pochi metri. Camera accogliente e pulita e confortevole. Staff gentilissimo. Reception al secondo piano.

La colazione rappresenta il vero punto debole e andrebbe decisamente migliorata. In camera, il rubinetto del lavandino ha un getto incontrollabile che fa fuoriuscire l'acqua. Inoltre, la stanza presentava un leggero odore di fumo o di stantio.

All staffs were very nice and its location was perfect.

The basin for washing hand and face was inside the room, not in toilet or bathroom. The door of bathroom wasn't easy to close.

Čisté pokoje v dobré lokalitě. Příjemný personál. Bonus je střešní rooftop restaurace, kde dobře vaří - ceny jsou proti restauracím venku o něco vyšší (ale stále levnější než většina turistických na Jalan Alor). Na rooftop prodávají i pivo a vodní dýmku. Snídaně jsou průměrné, ale zcela dostačující.

Některé vybavení už působí starším dojmem. Na rooftop baru by mohli mít víc velkých piv (klasická piva jsou ve velikosti 300ml, jediný půl litr je Red Horse, který má 8% alkoholu). Vodní dýmka by mohla mít lepší tabák. Vzhledem k tomu, že je to v rušné oblasti jde v noci slyšet hluk z ulice - ale okna jsou tlumená, takže jen nepatrně a zejm. při usínání, ale rozhodně je to lepší než ve většině hotelů co jsme byli.

The room was well equipped with a TV, fridge, bottled water, kettle and tea and coffee, safe, slippers and bathrobes. Very close to the MRT, good shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the view from the sky bar, particularly at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was terrible. The selection was poor, and the coffee looked and tasted like mud. At one point, they needed more chicken sausage, went to the freezer outside, and came back with a bag of Biiffi ones, which are so cheap and of poor quality. The juice was again just very cheap cordial. It was so bad we didn't go again and found places out in the street. This is not the hotel's fault but we were scammed just outside the hotel and also witnessed a very violent fight.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno barrio de Bukit Bintang y muy cerca de Jalan Alor donde puedes disfrutar de puestos callejeros de comida. La habitación es amplia y limpia. El desayuno está bien, aunque no tiene muchas opciones occidentales. El wifi funciona muy bien. Es una opción 100% recomendable para alojarse en KL

La stanza era bella, il letto molto comodo e pur essendo in zona centrale non si sentiva il caos della strada in stanza.

-La porta del bagno non si chiudeva completamente; - il lavandino era accanto al letto (che era ok) ma non aveva un porta asciugamano e lo specchio non aveva una luce adatta per noi persone che ci trucchiamo 🥲; -Una mattina siamo usciti alle 7 e quando siamo rientrati alle 12 la stanza ancora non era stata pulita ergo non ho gradito, anche perché eravamo stanchissimi e dovevamo riposarci

This Hotel was in a busy, yet excellent location. It was close to Jalan Alor and the Pavillion Mall. Berjaya Times Square was also within walking distance. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the rooms were nice and spacious. The bottled water was really a huge help in the hot weather of Malaysia. I will stay here again if I ever visit Malaysia again.

Perfect Location in Bukit Bintang! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location! It’s right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, close to shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, and many attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made getting around Kuala Lumpur so easy and convenient. The hotel was also clean and comfortable. A great choice, especially if you want to stay in a lively and central area. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇲🇾

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very little variety to choose from. Most of the staff were not welcoming, and the dining area was often poorly maintained. Tables were not cleaned promptly, and cutlery was not set out on the tables. The room itself was average, as were the toiletries. I would like to acknowledge Weslin and Lina at the front desk, who were friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Room service was very poor. When I first checked into the room, I noticed a stain on the bedspread that looked like a light lipstick mark. Despite reporting it, it was only changed on the third night of my stay. The biggest issue occurred during checkout when I went to collect my RM100 security deposit. The hotel claimed there were invisible stain when showed in a photo on a pillowcase and a towel and deducted RM50 from my deposit. The stains appeared to be from makeup, such as lipstick or eyeliner. Makeup stains on towels and pillowcases are common in hotels and are typically removed through the normal laundering process. I did not notice any stains on the pillowcase when I checked out, and I have never been charged by any other hotel for this reason. I found the deduction to be unfair, unreasonable, and very disappointing. On a positive note, I would like to thank the security officer, Poshkel. He was always attentive, professional, and did his best to keep the property secure. Despite having limited English, he always greeted guests with a smile and genuinely tried to help whenever possible.

Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great location at Bukit Bintang with a lot of restaurants and entertainment around.

Window without soundproofing so can heard noise from outside when they are playing music on the street until 2am.

We stayed for a week at this hotel and found the accommodation clean and good order. The staff were always on hand. Overall it is on the main thoroughfare with lots of restaurants and eating places. It was in walking distance of the Pavilion shopping centre.

However I was surprised the hotel had security desk at the side and not the front of the entrance given it was on a very busy street. It also concerned me that at night time the side street was a red light area. So not ideal for a family stay. In addition there were beggars at the front entrance harassing for money on my first night with one even grabbing my hand and walking into reception.

Location was amazing, right next to Jalan Alor Food Street. Room was clean, had a great sleep, no noise at all as we booked a room with no windows. We also kept our luggage there after checking out and before our flight

Most things were great, the check in machine didn't work with Apple Pay so there was a bit of a delay but the reception helped out. Rooms required a code instead of a card, so you have to remember or save it somewhere

We received a warm welcome from the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is strategically located near Bukit Bintang MRT Station, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Alor Food Street, and Panda Eyes. All these tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are also convenience stores, banks, and a Guardian pharmacy nearby. The hotel facilities are modern and well maintained. The price is slightly higher than other nearby hotels, but the stay is worth it.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were well maintained, and everything else met our expectations.

The only downside was the traffic around the hotel. The area can get quite congested, so be prepared for longer travel times if you’re taking a taxi or ride-hailing service. If possible, it’s easier to walk to nearby attractions or use public transportation. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
