Very comfy bed and communicated very well prior to check in. Very well furnished apartment with a wonderful view.

Drying rack would be good after cleaning clothes.

Der Aufzug war eine Vollkatastrophe. Wir sind regelmäßig in den 10. Stock gelaufen, da dieser immer überfüllt war oder wir eine Ewigkeit auf ihn warten mussten.

L'host é molto disponibile.

La coda per l'ascensore é terribile, nonostante ce ne siano ben 4.. pero potete capire che con 25 piani e non so quante unità per piano.. Inoltre gli spazi comuni non erano tenuti bene.

Ottima posizione Bella vista dalla piscina molto comodi i servizi al piano terreno

Locatie midden in KK en prachtig uitzicht over haven en zee. Mooi groot schoon appartement, 2 airco's, fans. Zelfs een wasmachine mét wasmiddel. Dat was echt top. Contact met de verhuurder was prima en snel, via whatsapp. Keuken, zithoek, prima tv. Verrassing van de vakantie dit appartement.

Eigenlijk was alles prima. De wachttijden bij de liften waren vaak erg lang, maar dat zegt natuurlijk niks over het appartement zelf.

When I contacted the team via WhatsApp about the difficulties at reception they were immediately there to help us and very friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the most beautiful sea view over the harbour. The washing machine and clothes drying rail were a great bonus for us! The location was great. Just a short walk to the jetty to the islands, a few lovely breakfast cafes and some bars in the evening. There is also a shop on the bottom floor of the building that was very useful to get essentials.

The general staff at reception were awful. So unhelpful. They just passed us around and no one took accountability to help us. One man could barely take the time to look up from his phone to register us into the building. The lifts take a very very long time to get anywhere. After staying in apartments all over Malaysia these were by far the worst. They put you off going anywhere as you would have to wait so long for a lift then often have to squeeze in with a lot of people. The pool was filthy, most likely due to lots of people in the pool fully clothed. When you were in it you couldn’t see your feet the water was that dirty. There was only a few beds around the pool so very difficult to get one. Pool towels were not provided. The pool was often very overcrowded whatever time of day you went. The apartment could be improved by having something to get filtered drinking water.

The apartment was clean and spotless. Keep up the good work and services

The view was fantastic! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats. The suite was clean, well-equipped (hairdryer, cutlery, glasses, bean bags to chill on etc). Pool was good and although we sometimes had to wait for a lift, it really wasn’t too bad at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed was extremely hard - which I know some ppl may like, but we found it quite uncomfortable. There also wasn’t a drying rack to dry your clothes despite there being a washing machine.

Ascensori lentissimi; l'attesa era molto lunga. L'odore del mercato appena sotto l'hotel purtroppo si sente. In piscina sono presenti 5 sdraio per molti piani.

Appartamento pulito, moderno, fornito di lavasciuga. Splendida vista sulla baia circostante. Ottima comunicazione con l'host. Self check in facile e veloce. Sotto l'hotel si trovano diversi negozi e ristoranti. Di fronte un cento commerciale. 10 minuti a piedi dal porto turistico

Nonostante fossimo all'ottavo piano, si sentono i rumori della strada trafficata a qualsiasi ora. Ma l'host fornisce tappi per le orecchie

房间很干净，位置相当好，下楼走几分钟就是加雅街，吃东西换钱都相当方便。房间很大，而且视野很好，开窗就是海。并且房间配备洗衣机，住时间长的福音。

房间隔音比较差，晚上有摩托车炸街并且早上五点有伊斯兰的音乐，睡眠质量差的请谨慎考虑。另外，电梯要等好久。

地理位置極佳，海景很美，出發前資料傳送即時詳細，跟房東加wechat問答都很即時，多數評論提到衛浴排水臭氣問題有，但衛浴門關起來後外面聞不到，噪音問題有提供耳塞，耳塞很軟效果很好，連住四晚都睡得很好，大樓一樓有便利商店.漢堡王.按摩.咖啡.茶室.巧克力伴手禮店，大樓對面棟地下室一樓是當地大型超市，採購很方便

希望屋內能提供點垃圾袋，讓住戶可以更換，這樣也方便自行丟垃圾去垃圾間

Camera bellissima con vista bellissima. Posizione molto comoda ovviamente scelta apposta da noi, a me è piaciuta soprattutto perché punto di raccolta per le escursioni, a mio marito meno perché caotica.

Piscina bruttina perché la parte utilizzabile è quella dietro, sempre all’ombra e meno pulita. Inoltre stava chiusa ore per essere pulita ma non mi sembrava mai particolarmente a posto. Niente di grave, ma sarebbe stato carino poterla usare. Mi sembra anche che non ci siano lettini. E poi la parte ascensori, sono obiettivamente pochi per un palazzo così grande e in orario check out se non ci pensi aspetti anche 15-20 min.

Room - clean, high floor, sea view & overall worth it! (Got slipper & hand soap) - extra point for us. Check in process is smooth and staff helpful. Balcony - for fresh air and enjoying wonderful sea view. Parking - easy Walking distance to Seafood / Durian / Suria Sabah / Centerpoint.

Long que - waiting time for lift to go up and down - please avoid peak hours.

Utrolig meget larm fra gaden. Poolen var ikke hyggelig og ingen sol. Elevatorerne kørte virkelig usikkert og der var altid kø. Ingen rengøring i de dage vi var der.

Sehr sauberes Appartement. Gut gelegen. Für uns war es eine Zwischenetappe. War super da wir auch unsere Wäsche waschen konnten. Betten und Kopfkissen sehr komfortabel.

Alles war ok.

Lokalizacja super. Parking płatny, ale to naprawdę nie jest duży wydatek, 1h- 1myr, jeśli ktoś ma auto.Blisko do wszystkiego. Mnóstwo sklepików, stoisk ze wszystkim i do tego wielką jadłodajnią po drugiej stronie ulicy. Był nawet proszek do prania, ponieważ jest działająca pralka.

Brak minusów, ale to moja subiektywna ocena.

Very modern and comfortable suite apartment on the 22nd floor with sunset views across the sea. Good communication with staff via WhatsApp re check in and out etc.

Great location, close to market, restaurants and shops. Comfortable and well-equipped apartment, we especially appreciated the washing machine.

The lift queues. We realised quite quickly that the higher the floor you were on, the better it was for lifts, as when going down the lifts got full by the time they reached the lower floors. Also, people wouldn't join a relatively full lift, but if you were prepared to say 'excuse me, there's room for me in there' and make it clear that the lift wouldn't be leaving without you, it cut queuing time significantly.

The lift service was very bad. There was a long line and everyone could excess the lift. In terms of safety not good.

Лифты. Это просто трэш..мы с чемоданами на выезд ждали 15 мин..и в итоге не дождались и спускали чемоданы по лестнице..хорошо всего лишь 11 этаж был 😅

Avoid at all cost. There are huge queues to the elevators and it might take you half hour to enter and leave the apartament. We had to cancel the stay after first night, otherwise you are the prisoner of the building.

Fantastic location and the best water views with no buildings in front. Great little deck to relax on as well, nice spot.

Great location near the Friday/Saturday night market and close to the jetty for trips to the islands. The balcony with sea view and the spacious room made the stay. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Staff were constactable via WhatsApp and answered quickly. We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of our trip. Convenient for the airport too.

People have commented that the 3 lifts are not sufficient for the number of guests which is probably true but we didn't experience any issues during our 2 stays there.

The apartment was great. We couldn’t believe how big it was and we’re quite sorry we were only staying for one night. It was very well appointed with everything that we needed. The views were wonderful with the harbour and fishing boats, lovely place to watch the sunset.

The bed was rather firm. The lifts did take a while as it is a huge complex.

Apartament był ładnie urządzony, z pięknym widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko centralnego marketu gdzie można np. kupić świeże owoce oraz nocnego marketu gdzie można zjeść pyszne owoce morza

Karaluchy w kuchni, po zgłoszeniu właściciel bardzo szybko zareagował i od razu przysłał osobę ze środkiem na karaluchy ale niestety na długo to nie pomogło. Widzieliśmy również kilka na korytarzu więc na pewno są w całym budynku. Balkon powinien być dokładniej posprzątany bo nie chce się na niego wychodzić jak dookoła jest pełno pajęczyn i śmieci. Łóżko dla nas nie było za wygodne, materac zbyt miękki, ale to kwestia gustu. Przydałby się drugi stolik nocny.

Det var en skarp og ubehagelige lukt fra rommet de 2 første dagene, men forsvant etter en god del lufting.

Instructions were very clear and using a door code to get in on the first day was very easy. The view from our room was amazing, the pictures were exactly what we had in the room. It was very spacious and well maintained. The location was excellent, right on the waterfront and near a supermarket.

The bed was very firm and a little too uncomfortable for us to sleep well, but we experienced this in quite a few places in Borneo and the view here made up for it. We didn't expect not to be able to cook or use the stovetop in the room which was locked. The fridge, microwave and kettle in the kitchen were all great.

Great location close to all the amenities. The apartment was modern and spacious, with a washing machine and a small kitchen area. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely helpful whenever I had questions. I would thoroughly recommend The Shore as a place to stay.

We were told there was a pump issue with the swimming pool, but based on the condition of the pool, it appeared it hadn’t been in operational use for some time. It was a shame.

The accommodation was well equipped and was a great relief to be somewhere clean and comfortable, the washing machine was very welcome.

One of the rooms down the hall had low battery and so for three days we heard the low battery alert every few minutes.

Great apartment! Comfortable beds and good amenities such as washing machine, kettle, fridge, tv with Netflix etc. Seems newly renovated, wasn’t run down as some of these sort of hotel apartments can be at times.

All good except for the lift.too many people and slow. We have to use stairs from 19th floor.

The apartment was in a central location and had a nice view.

The apartment smelled horrible. There was a permeating smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The air con did not actually cool the apartment.The bed drastically moved with any small adjustment. We had to leave after the first night because the smell was so disgusting. The host refused to refund.

一開始不知道熱水怎麼用 洗了冷水澡後，問了房東才知道 建議一開始就寫上指引放在浴室裡 因為是電熱水器所以水量還是偏小的， 且浴室沒有做乾濕分離水容易淹濕浴室 對面樓下市場 有一個大螢幕很亮 有時會點亮到半夜，且樓下都會有一些人還在半夜聊天

陽台冷氣聲音有點大

地处亚庇市中心，市内主要逛吃地点步行可达；房间宽敞，有大沙发、小厨房、洗衣机；房间内可以看到海景一角，6楼游泳池观景台可以观赏到美丽的海滨日落；大年初一给住客赠送了2个橘子，让远在异乡的我心生感动。

电梯太繁忙！特别是上午11点-12点，平均要等10-15分钟才能下到底楼大堂；游泳池人太多，我在这里只是观赏了海滨日落🌅，没有游泳。

房间阳台直接看海，地理位置很好，楼下就是中央市场，很热闹～去榴莲街、加雅街、曙光广场都是步行可达。

隔音不太好

It was a luxury apartment with a view to die for. The swimming pool was a great size and you could see the ocean while you swim. The location was very central being easy to get Grab cabs wherever you needed to go.

Great view from the window. Staff are helpful and asked us whether we need a cleaning service once in 2 days.

The wait time for the lifts was long. The lobby was full of people who were sitting on sofa. The pool is not the one that we saw from the windows of our rooms. The one we can access was very crowded and so many kids jumped into the pool from the pool side. It’s hard to relax for us.
