Nice location

Apartment was clean and well maintained, equipped with kitchen and washing machine, bathroom updated with hot shower and good pressure, great wifi and air con, host very responsive and quick to respond, excellent location close to train and monorail station, close to malls, restaurants, shopping within walking distance, secure guard gate to apartments and safe area.

This was my second time staying at Casa Mutiara Apartments by Moonlight. First time was last year. It is clean and comfortable. The appliance given were good and clean. The environment is also quiet except the train running sound. The location is well so good. We can walk to the Jalan Alor night market, the shopping centers like Pavilion, Fahrenheit, etc. I wiil stay at Casa Mutiara Apartments by Moonlight again whenever I visit to Malaysia.

Apartment itself, security and the assistance of the owner

Nous étions dans un appartement qui était au pied du passage du train. Un train qui passaient toutes les 10 minutes de 4h45 le matin à 0h30. On avait l’impression de dormir sur le quai de la gare . Si nous avions été prévenu ça aurait quand même tout changer nous étions avec deux enfants . En plus nous avons contacter l’hôte pour savoir s’il y avait une solution pour changer pour un appartement qui donnait moins sur le train et nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse. Résultat: nous avions payé 4 nuits et nous sommes restés que 2 .

たまにクーラーの水漏れや、タバコ臭が残ってたりと不備があるが、伝えるときちんと対応してもらえるのが嬉しいです。

Appartement très propre, spacieux et confortable. La piscine était bien ouverte et l'eau propre. La vue est magnifique sur les gratte-ciel aux alentours. Je conseille.

Perfect location as well as well mantain property. All type of facilities are Available. During my trip, I had 4.rooms in this property; 3 rooms (1BHK) and 1 Family studio. All amenities are excellent.

I like everything about Casa Mutiara apartment. This has been my home in KL, infact this is my third time I am booked here. The restaurant next door is the main attraction and train station Hang Tua is a few minutes walk away.

it was located in walking distance to LRT and from there only 3 stops to KL sentral. and walking distance to jalan alor Night market.. walking distance to KK mart and 7elevan as well. nearby to pudu sentral where people get bus to genting highlands. if you travel from singapore to malaysia by bus, if your bus stops as Lalaport malaysia. then apartment is again in walking distance to lalaport. all these locations are within 1km range. apartment has all amenties mentioned. washing machine was a plus point and saved much time for laundry. you can user roof top swimming pool which has uninterrupted view of new merdeka tower. overall it was a nice small, clean and cozy apartment and would recommend for others.

our agent wasn't much friendly. maybe it's the way he is. anyway cannot expect hotel level welcome. but bit more pleasant and smile when working with customers would have been nice.

place is very noisy due to the railway line outside with trains passing both ways every 5 mins. Kitchen utensils and things could have been better. No coffee maker. very limited pots and plates etc.

The flat was in maintained and dirty. The owners ztaf was making me feel insecure even if they were kind

Unfortunately our experience from start to finish has been terrible.

When I booked this accommodation, I initially experienced issues with the final payment, as additional charges had been added without my knowledge or clear notification. Unfortunately, our experience deteriorated further upon arrival. The apartment we were allocated (17-12-2) had a strong smell of wet paint, dampness, and chemicals throughout. There was visible mould on the ceiling, the bed linen appeared unclean, and there was a wet white substance on one of the pillowcases and as well as another substance on the table and sofa. The room looked as though it had been partially and very recently painted, making it immediately apparent that the property did not match the listing and that we had been misled by false advertising. Please review the attached photographs, all of which were taken within the three minutes we spent inside the apartment before leaving. To make matters worse, I am still awaiting a full refund three weeks later, despite sending almost daily follow-up messages and involving Booking.com agents in the matter.

The best thing about this property was leaving within 12 hrs of arriving.

Dirty, not safe as the door was broken, no safe, the water filter was visibly dirty. Bed and bedding horrendous, slept in full clothes on top of the bed (we didn’t arrive until 23:30 or would have left straight away. The property was full of adult males which resembled a UK asylum seekers refuge.

I had a really bad experience staying here. I developed severe rashes, especially after sitting on their sofa. I’m not sure when it was last cleaned, but it felt very unhygienic. The condition got so bad that even after getting treatment from a doctor, it still didn’t improve quickly. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

The staff working there. Very nice and polite. I forgot my kindle there when I stayed there in february. I told them I would be back in april. They kept thw kindle until I was back.

Close to everything. We walked to all the attractions. Comfortable bed and a washing machine. It even had a roof top pool.

The train was a little noisy but within hours we never heard it.

Das Security Personal war sehr freundlich und auch der Check in verlief reibungslos. Das Apartement hatte einen grossen Balkon und die Pool Anlage auf dem Dach ist sauber und sieht toll aus. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Das Apartement währe cool wenn es besser geputzt würde..

Die Wohnung war wirklich nicht sehr sauber und wir sind echt nicht pingelig. Es waren Vorratsmotten Larven an den Wänden, Schimmel und Rückstände in der Dusche, der Dunstabzug in der Küche war so dreckig dass Öl davon runtergetropft ist...und wir haben auch die eine oder andere Kakerlake rumflitzen sehen. Deep clean des Apartements das wir hatten währe angebracht.

The location was good and the room was clean

The manager asked us to pay 100 ringgit as a fee for the broken key. However, the key broke because it already had many dents and was in poor condition. Therefore, the rules regarding fines should be more flexible in such situations.

The host was waiting to greet us at the security gate even though our arrival time was very late at night. We handed security our passports, and within seconds we were let into the gate. The host escorted us with our heavy luggage to our unit, and once inside, he took the time to explain in great detail about the appliances, the pool and exercise room, and where to get reasonably priced but delicious food. The views from our unit were awesome, and the location was minutes away from tourist attractions.

So spacious! Two big queen beds, very comfortable with soft sheets. Big shower area with hot water. Kitchen comes with medium sized fridge, cooktop and microwave. Convenience store & tasty Indian restaurant just around the corner. We could walk to China town in under half an hour. Special mention to the lovely care taker we interacted with - quick to respond to WhatsApp messages, accommodated us arriving early, a very kind and helpful person :)

1. Noise from rapid rail 2. No wifi 3. Checkin should have been convenient - make sure you bring cash, they don’t share this in advance that they only accept , bank transfer and No Wallets. They send this when you are gate for checkin. 4. No additional tissue papers or bin bags provided.

السلام عليكم An exceptional view overlooking the skyscrapers. Well-located in Bukit Bintang. It is easily accessible via the KL metro lines (about 800 m away). Jalan Alor’s street food is within walking distance, as are major shopping malls such as Berjaya.The young man was very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.

The check-in process could have been easier , The sofa was far too hard and even broken. The kitchen was missing some basic equipment

Nice big apartment. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and hot shower. Good location for walking into and around city. We were met at check in and shown up to apartment which was nice. 24/7 security. Washing machine and drying area was a bonus

Very spacious and in a great location.

The location was good, close to city center and 20min walk from Chinatown. Pool is good upstairs but needs some cosmetic repairs. Simple gym free to use at any time which is handy. Small supermarket 4 min walk away, with a major shopping centre 10min walk away. Kitchen is very basic so able to reheat food but can’t cook anything because of a lack of everything. Tv has Netflix and some streaming services but no cable tv. Shower is good, good pressure and good hot water.

Terrible communication with the property manger through booking.com, would reply once a day if you were lucky, I had an issue with the wifi and it wasn’t resolved within my 6 night stay because management didn’t respond to messages. The aircon is more like a cold fan, doesn’t get properly cold, and leaks water. The bed is very springy and uncomfortable. Right next to a church with 6am bells and right on top of one of the train lines so expect lots of noise. The curtains are very thin and don’t block out much of the light. Only one toilet roll provided for my 6 night stay, with terrible communication with management I imagine it would be a pain to get more.

1.地點雖在市中心，但交通很不便，往捷運站要步行將近10分鐘且路不好行走。2.在鐵路旁，火車行駛聲音從早上6點到晚上12點多，很吵。3.照片與實際差很大，裡面很陳舊，地板有幾個地方翹起，流理台也破破的。4.床單污漬多，房內多處有灰塵，還有洗熱水澡要自己打開浴室門旁的開關，房東沒說。5.房內沒有wifi，一定要裝Whatapp軟體，否則難與房東聯絡取鑰匙或聯絡事情。6.Booking.com的每晚報價很低，實際訂房後會增加很多其他費用，每晚實際費用大約是網站報價乘上1.4，以上這些狀況來說，很貴。

The apartment is old and needs maintenance and the cleaning is below average The bedding was dirty and there was hair and the most important thing there was mold in wall behind the curtains that we discovered late .... Staff are good and helpful. The location is great

Old appartment, room furniture so old, ironing board so dirty, Aircon temp cannot adjust (can not function)). Sofa damaged. Will not stay there anymore.

Generally the security of apartment was good.

Staff do not clean the room every day. How's it's possible not have cleaned wash rooms, towels every day? The other thing was the too much noise of Metro monorail which passes beside the apartment and untill late night there is too much noise in the room. There is no advice where to go through whichtoot is not available at apartment.
