After booking, you are not allowed to make check-in before you pay a deposit. The bigger problem that refund of deposit happens after a week upon check-out (if they judge that everything is fine in the flat). Poor communication and didn't respond to any of my messages that I sent to them

There was only a small problem, some sheets and towels were missing, but with some quick communication with the host, they got it all sorted out. 10/10 experience

We stayed in the top floor penthouse. Fully recommended and perfect for family of 4. Best beds and very quiet and dark room for sleeping. Perfect night sleep. There's kitchen, tv, 4 balconies even. You can even see the metro station outside the window. It's literally the perfect apart hotel I've ever experienced. I'll definitely stay again when visiting vienna. I have been to 40+ cities, And not many places I have ever tried twice, so there you have it.

O prédio é muito bem localizado, basta atravessar a rua para que entre na U1 que leva em poucas estações ao centro.O apto era para 5 pessoas e estavamos em 3 , porém é o unico que tem ar condicionado e tem 2 quartos. Muito bem decorado e equipado. A vista é linda, tem varandas em todos os comodos. Valeu muito a pena, esperamos retornar.

Ottima posizione (a pochi passi c'è una fermata metro) e dimensione della struttura. Inoltre, il monolocale è nuovo, tenuto bene, completo di tutti gli accessori per potersi fermare anche per lunghi periodi. Il plus è, a mio parere, l'ampio balcone. Consigliatissima.

Super hübsches Apartment mit direkter Lage an der U-Bahn Station.

Äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Für meine Bedürfnisse hat wirklich alles gepasst. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, gerne auch für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Probably the best thought through apartment i have ever visited and i do have hundreds in my history due to work. We were totally amazed how this was all planned out so that it is simply super convinient. Loved it.

Malgré un Check-in très difficile, le séjour était agréable et confortable. Appartement spacieux et propre, bien équipé, tout est parfait. Dommage qu’il nous aura fallu rester plus d’une heure devant la porte au moment du Check-in…

Zustand des Appartements schlecht, Eisfach total vereist, Schlafsofa durchgelegen, Wasserhähne und Dusche locker, keine Klimaanlage.

The apartment is clean, new and well maintained. The apartment is right above U bahn, so very convenient although the location is not in city centre. But U1 line takes you to city centre and Hbf in 10-15 minutes. The property is fully automated, so no staff visible and communication happens via WhatsApp or call. The fitted kitchen has all essential equipment. Now the cons: There is no house keeping service even though we stayed for 3 nights. There are instructions to the basement to dispose off waste and a vacuum cleaner is in basement, but I expect these to be bare minimum service to be provided for the cost they’re charging. A basic waste disposal, room vacuuming and bathroom toiletries replacement once every 2 days is desired. The WiFi is public and has no password, so most of my apps on phone didn’t work and I switched to mobile data

It was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet with the U1 just outside our door. Took us everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend it to everyone!!!!

Good location and great views!

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Check in war nur mit Code. War aber super einfach und total praktisch. Schlafcouch war ziemlich weich und unförmig. Das Bett hingegen mir persönlich zu hart. Von der Küche haben wir nicht viel gebraucht. Dürfte aber von allem etwas da sein,wenn auch nicht viel. Esstisch und Stühle haben ziemlich gewackelt,aber das ist Meckern auf höchsten Niveau. Es war alles ordentlich und sauber, das ist die Hauptsache. Parkplätze sind leider zu wenig da, da muss man Glück haben und schnell sein.Kostet 24€/Tag. Hatten leider kein Glück,aber haben an der Straße ein bekommen zum Nulltarif. U- Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür. Das war echt pracktisch.Allem in allen ein super Aufenthalt. Würden wiederkommen.

Ottima struttura a 6 fermate di metro dal centro che si raggiunge in nax 15 munuti di metro. Tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. Unica pecca il materasso del.divano.letto troppo morbido e la mancanza della quarta sedia. Cmq per la comodità della metro linea U1 che si trova proprio fuori dalla struttura e il rapporto qualità / prezzo è una ottima scelta.

Struttura eccezionale per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e per la comodità. Si trova di fronte alla stazione della metro e con 15 minuti massimo sei al centro di Vienna. L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito e sotto ha anche il parcheggio (che però credo si paghi a parte). Consigliatissimo.

Ottima posizione per Metro, appartamento ampio e pulito con angolo cucina ben dotato di accessori

Posizione eccellente, appartamento di buone dimensioni. Cucina ben attrezzata. Stazione della metro linea 1 di fronte all'ingresso dell'edificio. Pulizia e comunicazione con il cliente da migliorare. Check-in automatico quindi in caso di problemi si telefona oppure usa email o whatsapp. Non c'è una reception.

Appartamento bellissimo e molto accogliente, super fornito di tutto, asciugamani, sapone per le mani, gel doccia, in cucina c'erano anche le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. La fermata della metro Altes Landgut è proprio di fronte al portoncino di casa, in 10 minuti sei in centro. Check in in modalità self, è tutto automatizzato dai codici, non esistono chiavi. Comodo anche la lobby room con macchinette automatiche, laundry room ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Alloggio perfetto per visitare Vienna. Abbiamo avuto solo un problema con il deposito bagagli perchè l'armadietto non si apriva più, ma dopo qualche chiamata e messaggio ci hanno aiutato ed è venuta una signora a sbloccarlo con la chiave.

The location of the property is very good. The underground is just a few minutes walk to reach to the main attraction. Property managment respoding well and check-in details are very clear and easy. The cleanliness level can be improve but it was not bad.

Appartamenti nuovi e ben curati. Si trova tutto il necessario: lenzuola, asciugamani e l'occorrente in cucina. Comunicazione ed informazioni top. A 50 metri c'è la metropolitana e a qualche minuto negozi alimentari

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura comoda se si vuole visitare Vienna (la fermata metro è davanti all’ingresso della struttura). Ottima la pulizia della stanza e la gestione check in e check out. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Occorre lasciare le finestre chiuse per non sentire il traffico (sono perfettamente insonorizzate); in caso di eccesssivo caldo è presente un unico ventilatore (se ci fosse stato un climatizzatore sarebbe stato meglio, soprattutto per il divano letto in salotto dove non si poteva raffrescare in alcun modo).

Appartamento che fa parte di un complesso, carino e pulito situato in periferia. La fermata della metro è letteralmente di fronte, basta attraversare la strada. Non è presente l'aria condizionata e il nostro appartamento affacciava sulla via che è abbastanza rumorosa essendo trafficata. Ottimo il parcheggio a pagamento situato nella struttura.

Bellissimo appartamento moderno e pulito. Molto comoda la posizione di fronte la fermata della metropolitana. Sono stato tre giorni a Vienna e ho fatto l’abbonamento di 72 ore della metro. In 10 minuti si arriva in centro. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e luminoso. Ottimo servizio di luggage storage e parcheggio. Al piano terra ci sono dei distributori di bevande e caffè. a 5 minuti a piedi c’è anche un piccolo supermercato aperto 24h/24. Molto comodo il fatto che non ci sono chiavi per entrare nell’edificio e negli appartamenti ma ci sono codici quindi tutto molto smart e veloce. il check-in viene svolto via telefono ed è intuitivo. C’è la possibilità di ordinare la colazione in camera sempre tramite telefono. Per soggiornare a Vienna è la sistemazione migliore che c’è. Consiglio vivamente! Property was fine, and right next to an underground station. Checkin was easy and safe. But - Do NOT stay there if the weather is going to be warm. There is no AC, and you just get one little fan for a 2 bedroom apartment. Sleeping was unbearable.

Rigtig flot lejlighed i et roligt kvarter lige ved siden af metroen. Super lækkert og ingen problem med support via whatsapp. Vi manglede dog en aircondition da temperaturen var 32 grader udenfor og så kan den eksisterende ventilator ikke magte opgaven. Ellers var vi meget tilfredse.

The good thing is that it was directly across from the train station. However, the apartment was dusty, the patio had cigarette butts on the ground, and the inside hallway wall was very dirty. There is also a coffee machine yet no coffee available. There was only one fan yet there are two rooms. I would highly recommend when booking to choose the option with AC. We over looked this and thought it had AC and were pretty miserable at night.

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans ce logement, bien situé, proche de plusieurs commerces et de transports. En voiture il faut compter 15 minutes pour être au cœur du centre ville. Nous avons apprécié son calme, sa sensation de sécurité et sa propreté.

Great property, very clean. We did noi like having the restroom in one room and the sink/ shower across the apartment. There should be a sink in the same room. Also, no AC was the biggest downsize, as it was hot outside and we had to leave the windows open at night because of the heat.

L'appartamento è situato all'interno di un condominio amministrato da un unico Host. Il complesso probabilmente è stato ristrutturato da poco ed ha 2 tipi di appartamenti; Una parte si affaccia sulla strada (perciò un po' rumorosi) ed un altra in un atrio privato. Esiste una zona adibita al consumo di pasti che al momento non è utilizzata ma probabilmente in futuro lo sarà. Gli arredi degli appartamenti sono nuovi e curati. L'unica pecca è l'assenza di aria condizionata che nelle giornate più calde si fa sentire. Fronte appartamento è presente la linea U1 della metropolitana perciò per quanto riguarda i trasporti è perfetta. La zona esterna è tranquilla anche se ad un paio di km il quartiere nelle ore più tarde della giornata è sconsigliato.Nel complesso consigliato.

Hieno huoneisto hyvällä varustetasolla. Miinusta siitä, että sänkyjen alla ja hyllyillä oli paljon pölyä. Muuten aivan täysi 10/10.

Dreadful, they charge you extra above what you already pay to the app And then tell you parking is extra. It’s one of these places that think what’s app is an acceptable way of communicating to the guests, it’s not.

Eine gut zu empfehlende Unterkunft in einem bunten Stadtteil mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Mit der U1 (unmittelbar vor der Haustür) in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Haus 2 ist ruhiger, da Innenhoflage. Insgesamt neuer Zustand und alles sauber. Gerne wieder!

Es wurden alle Wünsche und Erwartungen übertroffen . Vielleicht würde ein Infoblatt die Orientierung für den täglichen Bedarf etwas erleichtern. Wir kommen wieder!

La struttura è spaziosa e nuova, proprio come in foto. Ho trovato tutto il necessario che mi serviva per i primi giorni (anche 2 tabs per la lavastoviglie). E' situata di fronte la metro linea rossa. Ottima la posizione per visitare. Nei dintorni non c'è molto. Ho avuto difficoltà con il check-in in quanto non mi arrivavano i loro messaggi tramite expedia. Sono però riuscita a contattarli via Wapp e a risolvere. Comodo anche il deposito bagagli. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna penso che riprendere certamente questo appartamento.

5 min. mit der U1 vom Hauptbahnhof zur Haltestelle Altes Landhaus, Ausgang Favoritenstrasse und das Hotel ist gegenüber. Hat Getränke- und Snackautomaten sowie Waschmaschine und grosse Schliessfächer für Koffer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Check-in einfach per Online. Wir sind sehr zu Frieden mit dem Appartement, sauber und gross genug für uns 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder. Küche ok, hat alles, was man braucht. Nur ein Mangel: die Sauberkeit bei den Geschirren und Kochtöpfen sowie der Kühlschrank. Wenn nur die Kühlschranktür nicht so quietschen würde beim Auf- und Zumachen sowie der Eisfach nicht so vereist wäre, so dass das Türchen gar nicht zu war. Wir würden dieses Appartmenthotel buchen.

Spaziosissima e ben accessoriata. Camere isolate acusticamente, tutto molto confortevole e ben organizzato. La metropolitana é davanti al portone e esiste un parcheggio vicino molto economico. L'unico limite è che si trova in una zona un po' periferica e con poca ricettività

The accommodation is decent placed on the U1 station Altes Landgut. 5 mins walking to Spar supermarket. Sofa bed is not the best. Cramped up space in the lounge. Balcony is cool. Not possible to get new towels in 5 night stay. (I think they replace only after a week..)

Super neu alles sehr modern. Die Schlafcouch am besten für 1 Person ,2 Kinder sind da zu viel. Alles in einem tolle Wohnung.Danke!
