Schönes Hotel in guter und sicherer Lage. Sehr zuvorkommendes Sicherheits- und Hotelpersonal, besonders Fara. Schöner Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit guter Aussicht in alle Richtungen. Freie Wasserspender auf dem Flur.

Unser Zimmer wurde bei zwei Nächten leider nicht gereinigt, vielleicht haben wir aber auch einfach zu lange geschlafen ;)

We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, easiness of check in, and kindness of the locals. There is an inside restaurant, and a pool and social gathering area up top which is quite nice in the evenings.

It can be quite busy outside, and can be a bit noisy with local bikes, but is to be expected in the city! Overall with the hotel itself, there was nothing we didnt enjoy. The staff were very acommodating

I didn't like anything about this property at all

I specifically booked this hotel as the photos looked great and I wanted a balcony as I need to work here for a few days and wanted to be able to get some fresh air. I checked in and was given a room on the 1st floor with the world tiniest balcony opening directly onto the busiest main road ever with a massive petrol station directly across the road. The street noise was unbearable. I opened the balcony and there was a 24hr KFC literally right next to me and the smoke from the cooking exhaust was discharging right under my bedroom window and the entire unit smelt of cooking grease. I went down to ask if they had another room and as they didn't I immediately checked out. The hotel said that as I booked through booking.com they could not give me a refund. I left within maybe 30min of checking in and went and stayed somewhere else.

Great option for an overnight stay reasonably close to the airport. Staff were attentive and helpful.

1. Is too close to one of the main roads and the windows are not properly sealed. You won’t be able to sleep. 2. 5F has a terrible odor as sinked water, rotten. 3. The price is too high for what you get, the hotel had really nice reviews and of course is my first time in Manila, so I thought would be worth it. Totally the opposite, is not a safe area, is full of brothels and it seems this is a popular hotel for elderly people to pick up girls. At least is what I saw entering one after another. 4. When I mentioned about the noise they just say, there are quiet rooms. You wanted views, jajaja the views is a gas station. And besides that, What’s a quiet room? I mean how you possibly don’t announce this or adjust the price.

El hotel muy bien porque no esta alejado del aeropuerto y queda en una zona de bastante oferta gastronómica en Manila. Nos alojamos dos veces a la llegada como punto de partida del viaje y luego al final para coger nuestro vuelo a casa, en ambas oportunidades el personal de la recepción super amable y cercano.

Las ofertas de desayuno están bien, pero particularmente no lo cogeria de no ser necesario ya que cerca hay varias opciones que estan mejor.

The reception staff were very efficient, helpful, and warm. The rooms we booked were compact but well-designed, very clean, and well-kept. The swimming pool-lounge area was nice in the evening. Good location!

We switched our room 3× times 1st time air-conditioning didn’t work second time— Literally water was dripping from the ceiling and the third time air-conditioning was not working. Whenever I call to get assistance with my room the fastest time was ONE HOUR. Service was awful, ITS GOOD QUALITY BUT TAKES HOURS TO GET TWO BOTTLE OF WATER

The location is close to everything, you can walk to just about everything. The room was spacious, the bed was good and I had enough room to work a bit on my laptop. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

The reception was one floor down so we had to take the escalator to go down and the stairs to go up each time. The light in the room was a bit dim, they could make it a bit brighter.

The location is great,around the corner from Burgos street. Just a 4 minute walk will get you there. The whole place is really clean and Jason in Housekeeping always did a nice job cleaning as did everyone else. A water dispenser in the hall. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. The gym and pool are my favorite. Can get a complete workout. Good restaurants and Salon in the building. Walking distance to malls and greenbelt. The staff throughout are fantastic,always responsive. Checking in was easy and pleasant. Room has a Safe,cold fridge,coffee pot and good blackout curtains for a good sleep.🛌 I’ll always stay here!

Love the smell of the reception area and the hallways in the rooms. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Bit of a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water goes through the toilet area making it really wet. Always have to ask for extra bath mats. Breakfast-simple. Not much choices. Same menu for both restaurants we went to. We can only avail one cup of coffee. My guest ended up requesting for another cup. One of them we were told eggs not included. But I think it ended up free coz I wasn’t charged extra upon check out. Breakfast needs improvement. I understand if price is increased as long as the food is good.

What stands out the is the price with respect to the location.

The breakfast, although you can choose from one of the 3 restaurants around wasn't to remember. In addition in the room assigned one could hear the traffic noise.

The staff was impeccable. It looks like nothing from the outside but once you get inside..the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the facility is well kept.

Ich lebe mittlerweile seit rund 20 Jahren auf den Philippinen und kehre seit mehreren Jahren immer wieder super gerne in dieses Hotel zurück. Für mich ist es inzwischen eine feste Anlaufstelle geworden. Das Hotel versprüht einen Hauch von Luxus, bleibt dabei aber in einer absolut fairen und günstigen Preisklasse. Schon beim Betreten fällt auf, wie angenehm und ausgezeichnet es im gesamten Gebäude riecht – ein kleines, aber feines Detail, das sofort für Wohlbefinden sorgt. Das gesamte Personal ist durchweg extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Das absolute Highlight: Die Dachterrasse Mein persönlicher Lieblingsort ist das Rooftop mit Bar und Pool. Ich gehe dort abends oder nachts regelrecht leidenschaftlich gerne hoch, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen oder einfach den Blick über die Skyline schweifen zu lassen (dort habe ich auch die Fotos gemacht). Die Atmosphäre dort oben, mitten zwischen den Wolkenkratzern, ist einfach jedes Mal aufs Neue beeindruckend. Die Lage – Mittendrin statt nur dabei Für alle, die das Nachtleben schätzen, ist die Lage unschlagbar. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Geschehen, aber man braucht nicht einmal ein Taxi, um zu den besten Spots zu kommen. In gerade einmal drei Gehminuten ist man mitten im Nachtleben. Schneller und bequemer geht es kaum!

Für mich hat bei meinen Aufenthalten einfach alles perfekt gepasst. Ich bin ehrlich: Selbst wenn ich penibel suchen würde, könnte ich beim besten Willen nichts beimängeln. Es gab schlichtweg nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

El personal es muy amable. La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y con todo lo necesario. La cama era muy cómoda.

فندق جميل ونظيف وموقع ممتاز وجميع الخدمات موجوده والمطاعم مثل كنتاكي وبرجر كينج وماكدونالدز والمطاعم العربية ودانكن وستار بكس وغيرها الكثير . كان حجزي اول 3 ايام من Booking وبعد كذا من نفس الفندق وارخص من Booking . يوجد شطاف في الحمام . نصيحة لا احد يسكن في الدور الخامس لأنه رايحة المسبح كريهة وتصل الرائحة للغرف والدور الخامس جدا مكتوم . أنا سكنت في الدور الخامس غرفة 511 وماقدرت اجلس نصف ساعة فيه ولذلك تم تغير الغرفة وسكنت في الدور الثالث نفس حجزي في المرة السابقة لكن الغرفة غير وأصغر . في النهاية اشكر لطف وتعامل طاقم العمل كانوا رائعين وخدومين .

Its a hidden gem! I would definitely recommend The Belamy House to my friends and family! Its very clean, staff are great and very helpful.

The first night I can hear some loud cars and horns but that's just the norm in this part of the world plus its only a few times.

Le personnel était super accueillant, franchement je me suis senti super bien là-bas. Hâte d’y retourner!

Second time staying and enjoyed it both times. Rooms aren’t huge but well designed and big enough. Bed very comfy, shower good. Staff are very friendly, the reception staff and the girl in the breakfast restaurant!! Would recommend and would stay again if in Manila!!
