No labels 🏷️ on the breakfast or dinner buffet tables or anything to make sure people don’t eat the wrong food. I’m GF gluten free so when you ask all you get is a strange look. Not a good place if you’re one of the 10 percent of the population.

Een ruime, rustige en comfortabele kamer centraal in Makati. Het hotel is onderdeel van de Glorietta Shopping Mall, tijdens de openingstijden van deze mall heb je alle faciliteiten onder handbereik.

Je komt binnen na een lange reis en wordt bij check-in gelijk voor het blok gezet: "Meneer, u heeft geen ontbijt geboekt, wilt u dat alsnog toevoegen?" "Sorry, mijn hoofd staat niet naar het beantwoorden van lastige vragen, mag ik alsjeblieft mijn kamer opzoeken?" Het is meer een zakenhotel dan een relax-hotel. Er is wel een zwembad maar daar heb ik uiteindelijk weinig gebruik van gemaakt.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff from the time we arrived until (who took our bags with the trolley until we reached our room were very nice. Always greeting and smiling. Accommodating when I request for something from my room. Staff was responspive and nice and accomodating. That made our stay great.

Staff at the reception. We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 am. It was going okay when I was checking in and reminded that we had requested for an early check-in a month ago from the time we reserved our room; by 12 noon. They said they will prioritize us and inform us as soon as the room is available. I told them to call us once okay. They will request housekeeping to clean urgently once the room is vacated. We decided to go around the mall while waiting. 12 noon. No call. 1 pm no call. We went back to the hotel followed it up. The staff said she will follow it up. We waited at the lobby. After 30 minutes, we approached the front desk again to follow it up. The person we followed it up the first time didnt even approach us to update us on what's happening and we were waiting seated right in front, at the front desk. We always had to go to the front desk to keep following it up. This staff didnt do anything to not make us agitated. Even though the check in is at 3 pm, you know your guest were there since 10: 30 am, if you had good service, they would do most anything to not make you agitated. They didnt even try to apologize for our long wait! It was not very nice and I didnt like it. The other hotels we stayed never treated us this way. My rate for the Staff above is low because of the staff at the front desk. Mainly because of them. Not the others.They didnt make me feel like we were guests or welcome or feel at home. And I paid almost 14k for an overnight stay for a standard room only! I did not like we were treated. I feel more at home with New World Makati. And they accommodated most immediately. The staff in the front desk made our stay not nice overall. We availed of the Buffet breakfast. Food was not good. Eggs were bland and watery. Bangers and chicken sausages were bland. Bacon was not good and crispy. Pancakes were hard. Food was terrible. Not worth it for a buffet. Other hotels have better buffet breakfast.

Location is great, service is great. April the cleaning lady even saved me being locked outside my room. I will return to this hotel as soon as I can afford it.

Food selection is good! Everything is cooked and prepared well. Staff are always on their toes and ready to help with whatever you need. Super worth it!

One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location, it’s just steps away from the malls, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. We stayed here for my wife's birthday with our toddler, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Let me start with Michael, the front office manager. Best FOM we have ever encountered, hands down. He made our stay personal. He anticipated what we needed before we asked and treated our family like we were the only guests in the building. That kind of leadership shows in the whole team. Michael, thank you. You are the reason this stay became a memory instead of a booking. The executive lounge was another highlight. Big thanks to Loyd, Clarisse, and Stef for taking such good care of us. The team set up banners and a cake in our room to greet my wife a happy birthday. Walking in and seeing that was unforgettable. The service was consistent from start to finish. Parking staff, room service, waiting staff, everyone treated us well. For families, the setup is close to perfect. The hotel connects straight to Glorietta, so everything is walkable. There are parks nearby, a nice pool, and a kids play area. The staff are patient and accommodating with children. We have stayed in many hotels. This one is our favorite. We plan to keep coming back for family celebrations, and we already have our eye on the next one before the year ends. The executive lounge team were warm, attentive, and proactive during our stay. They would regularly check on you if there’s something you need and would work on your requests right away. Stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati as we celebrated our daughter's birthday. Our experience was seemless and relaxing. The room was always cozy and room service was responsive. On our last night we visited the lounge around dinner time. Loyd, Jean and Clarisse were great. My go to hotel whenever I visit the Philippines for vacation or with family. Been staying here for probably over a decade. It has always been a Great Hotel. The renovations make it even better. It's rare for me to write reviews but I do want to recognize how excellent I feel this hotel is. First of all, they have a wonderful staff, but that's mainly because they have an awesome leadership team. Led by Mr. Belmonte, I am not surprised as to how popular the hotel has become. He surely knows how to make it a great hotel. I see a lot of commendations for the Executive Lounge, but in my humble opinion, the other departments such as the Concierge, Reservations, and Restaurant are what shines! Led by Mr. Quilatan, the Concierge Team is the best in all the hotels I've stayed at. Whenever I need assistance, I can email the team 24 hours a day or weeks before my arrival at the hotel and someone will reply back. Try getting an answer back this quickly at the bigger hotels - you won't! I am also impressed by the Reservations team over the years - they are quick to respond back to my questions. I recall years ago when a typhoon made it impossible for me to travel to their property due to flooding and how they allowed me to cancel my reservation. The Flavors Restaurant has such great food and I commend the chefs as it keeps getting better over the years - I also want to mention the service team led by Ms. Gen there which is top notch and always results in an enjoyable restaurant experience. Thank you! It's hard to beat the location of this hotel being directly attached to Glorietta Mall and near to super markets, currency exchange locations, laundry shops, and other restaurants. Everything my family needs while traveling is all here. Even the Security Guards make you feel welcome with a smile! The rooftop pool is refreshing and a decent size for my family to enjoy. Very quiet and relaxing to be away from the hussle and bussle of the surroundings. They even now serve food from the bar - another improvement from the remodeling. I thank everyone at the Holiday Inn Suites Makati and can't wait to get back!

The food is consistently good, but what truly makes the experience special is the warm and attentive service from the staff. I stayed at Holiday Inn with my family. Loved our stay. Convenient location in Glorietta mall and the hotel has great amenities. The people who work here are very friendly. Especially, Princess who works at the Restaurant during breakfast and in housekeeping Audrey. The rooms are very clean. The spa is fantastic. After a long flight, getting a good massage is the best way to start your holidays. The masseuse Zarrah was great! And the receptionist Joann was so nice and accommodating. I would stay here again in my next trip to the Philippines.

The lounge is comfortable, serene and the food tonight was very fresh and tasty. Our group was served by Matteo, Jean, Lloyd and Neo. Very polite and helpful. The rooms and service overall was good as per usual so keep being consistent! The well equipped gym being 24/7 is really good too.

They say, how you start your day affects how your whole day will go, specially coming from a tiring business meeting the night before. I would say that we start ours right. During our stay, Ara and Clarisse took care of us every time we eat at the loung. From making our coffee and treating us to some delicious fruits, it was really a good start!

Location is best. I love that this hotel is connected to the Mall, easy to shop & dine.

I felt that the hotel was of a very high standard, and that everyone there was friendly and polite. It is perhaps a bit more pricy than other hotels in the area, though as I said, I can't really fault the service or facilities, I would reccommend.

I don't have any complaints. The only issue that occurred was a deposit for the room of PHP 2,000 per night. I was only stay there 3 nights (PHP 6,000) before flying home. Though I feel the deposit could have been made a lot clearer upon booking.
