Location is perfect. Right next to Glorietta 5. We were allowed to check-in early. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful experience.

I like the big and spacious room

I did not like it that when you leave items in the room, in my case my laptop, i was not notified but the staff. Good thing i remembered before we left for the airport.

Updated modern amenities in a really good location next to a wonderful mall. Great places to eat. The best part was the gym and pool. They have a full size gym with TR expands and Pilates. They even had a wonderful gym trainer on staff his name was Melvin. I scheduled a couple of sessions with him and he even did a stretch session at the end of one workout ! I noticed that international airlines also use this for their flight attendant

The mall next-door is under Goin major construction, but the property provided earplugs and also made the rates even better for the time that I was needing to be there

Incredible breakfast and hospitality

Getting the water filter to work over the sink is a bit of a head scratcher between valves but the drinking water is clean

I liked the staff, they are very nice, friendly and supporting and I have to make a special thanks to the two bartenders, 1- Joseph Alfred and Arise. They were very helpful and respectful.

The ambiance, the high ceiling lobby,elegance, hotel staff are kind and accomodating. room is excellent as well.

The chairs in the reception are. the couch are not comfortable, it causes back pain.

I had specifically requested twin beds and they organized as requested ----- this was particularly important to me. Staff were great as usual and the whole experience was effortless. Location is brilliant

It is a pity the design does not allow a proper dedicated cosy bar on the ground floor (there is a bar but it is more a pass through to the restaurant)

Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. It’s the kind of place that leaves you planning your next visit before you’ve even left.

One area for improvement would be the check-out process. Receipts were not proactively provided upon departure, and unfortunately, I only realized after leaving the hotel.

Cozy and homey

The operator, we called multiple times asking for a bath bomb. They told us that they are going to call back once it’s available however, after almost an hour we got nothing. So, we just had to call them and cancel our request.

The property was very well maintained and clean. Located in an ideal location and easy access to the Greenbelt mall and surrounding area. The best of staying there are the staff. Very friendly and exceptional customer service

I enjoyed the location of the hotel since it is next door to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. The staff are very welcoming and friendly which we appreciated.

I didn't feel as if the rooms were clean enough for me, I felt as if it felt dusty in the rooms and maybe air purifiers should be used to clear the air. I also just felt like the rooms didn't seem '5-Star' rated rooms and just felt like it wasn't the quality for how we thought it would be.

Excellent service and quality. The concierge helped us with organizing a trip outside of Manila, securing a hotel car and driver for a very good price. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety. Despite there being construction work nearby, and the hotel thoughtfully providing earplugs, our room was very silent due to the soundproofing.

Everything. The staff are incredible and it's just a very well run hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and it's a great location in the Greenbelt area of Makati.

I have zero complaints about this property. I probably would rather stay closer to MOA, but from a property perspective, Diamond Residences is better run than Conrad or Okada, the two other places we also really like in Metro Manila.

الفندق حميل لكن يحتاج الى تجديد حيث انه من الواضح عدم تجديده من وقت طويل واعمال الاصلاحات والحفريات المقابله للفندق

The extra care of the hotel staff: from reception to F&B to room attendant. The live band and pianist during breakfast were a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotel.

Very accommodating staff, spacious and clean rooms, good food at the buffet.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed linens were likewise clean. Friendly and hospitable staff. Location of the hotel is just perfect - close to the airport and Makati CBD amenities.

I hardly use hotel wi-fi as due to lack of secure access of public network.

I had multiple bookings at the same time for me and the family, and that was more than enough to show how much I love staying at the hotel. It's not my first time, nor will it be the last.
