Excellent hotel, in a prime location. Well organized and staffed, with a great aspect to hygiene. Although I was in mid-December when it was not hot in Dubai and days when it was windy and a little rainy, the hotel has an excellent indoor pool, spa and a huge gym. Goose Island is a huge bar, pub and restaurant (all in one) where you can never get bored. Unforgettable breakfast on the beach in Cielo, also Quality Ronin, Tete a Tete and especially Paradiso are a story in themselves....(only water sports are a little expensive)

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was exceedingly disappointing and far below the standards expected of a five-star establishment not even one star!! From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the management team lacked competence and professionalism !! 🫣 Their inability to handle basic guest needs and requests was astonishing, and it seemed as though hospitality was entirely neglected!!! 😅 Housekeeping services were persistently subpar, with rooms not being properly cleaned, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was lackluster.🙃 Room dining was equally disappointing, with slow service and low-quality offerings that failed to meet even basic expectations. What struck me most was the absence of a genuine hospitality environment no warmth, no attentiveness, and no effort to make guests feel welcomed. Instead, it felt like a place that prioritized appearances over service, resulting in an environment that’s nothing but non-hospitable and meaningless Furthermore, trying to get assistance such as payment links or any form of request was an arduous task, fraught with delays and indifference. It’s baffling that such an establishment is permitted to operate as a five-star hotel under Dubai’s authority. Regardless of the new building , I am surprised and disappointed that a hotel of this caliber is allowed to hold a 5 star rating in Dubai as it’s definitely not even 3 stars ⭐️ . It seriously tarnishes the reputation of the hospitality industry in the region. Would not recommend at all even for my butlers to stay there!

I had a great experience at FIVE Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Manager Monica. She is extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Monica made sure everything was smooth and comfortable during our stay, and her attention to detail truly stood out. Her positive attitude and excellent service made our visit even better. FIVE Hotel is lucky to have such a great manager. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at the Japanese restaurant there called ronin. What a professional stuff and the food I can rate it as the best ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Only the hotel security at the lobby is so annoying and keeps watching me as I was waiting for my friend to come to the restaurant. He came to me asking me to leave even I showed him the reservation of the restaurant supper annoying and he looks so desperate in life.

My experience at FIVE was extremely disappointing. I faced a double-booking issue, which I reported immediately during check-in, yet the hotel showed no willingness to help. Despite not using the second room and already staying as a guest in another suite, the management refused to handle the situation professionally or provide any clear guidance. Throughout my stay, I spoke to multiple managers, and none of them were aware of the case or provided a consistent answer. The customer service lacked empathy, urgency, and basic coordination. Instead of assisting a guest facing a genuine mistake, the hotel showed carelessness and kept repeating that the booking was made through a third party—without offering any real solution. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had at a luxury hotel, and it made the stay unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.

Ronin Dubai exceeded every expectation — incredible atmosphere, impeccable service, and beautifully executed dishes with standout flavors. One of the few places in the city that feels both refined and effortlessly cool. Highly recommended.

Brilliant stay at Five Luxe JBR. We spent most of our days at the pacha beach club and had the delight of having Ankit as our host for majority of those days. He made the experience one to remember. Ankit answered all our questions and made our stay unforgettable.

Location is bad for traffic if you have to move around Dubai, newish hotel, I would say service is definitely not up to standard as a five star this is definitely a party hotel not for relaxing. The pool is not always in the Sun. It goes behind buildings.

I stayed at FIVE LUXE Dubai with high expectations, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We booked three rooms and even paid extra to upgrade one to a suite. On the third day, our breakfast order never arrived after 45 minutes of waiting. The staff admitted they forgot to place the order and the kitchen had already closed. We were offered food with no bread options except olive bread, which we don’t eat. We left hungry and had to order food from outside, costing us 1,000 AED. No refund, no compensation, and no real apology. The management’s attitude was dismissive and careless. This is not the level of service you expect from a luxury hotel. I do not recommend staying here.

Our stay marked the end 16 fantastic days travelling around South Africa as a relaxing treat. What a mistake. We arrived on the Sunday and were welcomed to use the pool while we waited to for our room. We went outside to blasting music around the pool area, were not permitted to sit on particular sun loungers and were not offered any drinks for the full 3 hours. At 3pm we went to reception to get our key. Our room wasn’t ready. We sat in reception for another hour and a half. Not a great start. We rushed to our room to grab a much needed sleep but the music from the pool came into our room even with the doors shut. I had to put the tv on to try and drown it out. We complained and were moved to another room. This one was at the side of the hotel and overlooked building work with constant drilling noises. Awful. We were half board and went to the Japanese restaurant. We were looking forward to the Michelin recommended food. Our options were basic. The starter was pretty good but the main course was very poor (I couldn’t eat it as the teriyaki sauce was burnt and the chicken was dry) and the desert was barely a desert (mochi). We didn’t eat at the hotel’s restaurants again. The hotel itself is very impressive if a little soulless. The staff are very polite and helpful (if a little nervous and inexperienced). It was clean but don’t try and use the bath as the water runs cold. The pool area is loud, brash and tasteless. There were clearly working girls around the pool picking up clients. Which, especially as a woman, was horrendous. At one point an extremely loud alarm was going off (won’t let me attach video) We had to go inside and were shrugged off when we asked about it . This must’ve gone on for about an hour and made the pool area unusable. We escaped to the ‘pub’ where again, prostitution was in progress. This stay ruined the end of our holiday. I felt uncomfortable throughout the stay. This is not luxury, I’m afraid I found it all very trashy.

Not very impressed with the hotel and service this time round. I came last year and had a great time but this year day 1 has been nothing short of a shambles really. We arrived and looked for concierge to help with our bags and nobody was forthcoming. I had to go and find them and ask them to help with our luggage. If this was Jumeirah they would have been out greeting us and helping at the first point. We then tried to check in and as I was speaking to the concierge lady she just ignored every question of mine and was just texting away on her phone as I was trying to speak to her. I mean are they not supposed to be helping and answering queries?? We politely asked if we could get some water and they said ofcourse but nobody has even bought out a glass of water for us. We then try to check in and the guy at the desk was quite difficult to understand. Again every question asked was just being batted away or ignored. We are here for a birthday and did ask for an early check in but obviously not available with no indication when the room would be ready. Shame really as we had such a good time last year. I think it's best to stick to the Jumeirah brand.

Overcharged after staying at the hotel and now being ignored by the manager supposedly dealing with the matter. This hotel charged my card incorrectly a week after I checked out with zero balance owing! We have contacted them numerous times to explain the charges are not correct and yet despite speaking to different ‘managers’ it’s now just being ignored meaning I’ll have to contact my bank instead. Absolutely ridiculous this hotels lack of professionalism and should not be recommended.

The vacation package was for 14 days. There were several negative situations related to the unprofessionalism of the staff. One of the incidents, however, compelled us to write this review. - We had loungers on the beach with our belongings on them. After being away for about 1.5 to 2 hours, we returned to find that our things were missing from our lounger, and other people, not from our hotel, were in our spots. It turned out that they had paid the beach staff for these spots. We started to sort out the situation and look for our belongings; it turned out that our things had been thrown onto someone else's wet towels near the toilets at the far end of the beach. We were outraged. The manager, Stefan, said that we had been gone for 15 minutes and that he had the right to remove our belongings wherever he saw fit and sell those spots... We tried to explain to Stefan that he cannot touch the belongings of people who are staying at the hotel, even if they left their spot for 1.5-2 hours... It was useless to try and prove our point because, apparently, he had taken money from these new people. He didn't care that we would write a review... he told us to go ahead and write it, because he didn't care!!! The owners invested money in the hotel, in the kitchen, and made everything top-notch, but because of people like Stefan, we will not be coming back here, just like other people who have encountered his rudeness and unfair treatment of the hotel's guests!

Amazing hotel, amazing young atmosphere (even for old people like us...), starting from the reception where we were greeted by Aiko who helped us throughout our stay, Clyta who made a quick and easy check-in for us and made sure to upgrade us and Naser who made us check out, and most of all the lovely Jenin who gave me a tour of the hotel's restaurants, made sure to reserve places for us for dinner and seated us at the best tables!!! Thank you Jenin, thanks to you we experienced the Japanese Ronin with Michelin stars, Paradiso the crazy rooftop bar with the most beautiful Dubai view, great music and wonderful food and the highlight for us, the French Tete A Tete which I don't know how it still doesn't have Michelin stars, one of the best meals we've ever had in our lives, yes!!! I'm not exaggerating!!! Friends, if you reserve the hotel, come on a half-board basis and you'll have a crazy culinary experience!!! I must also mention the clean rooms and the cleaning staff who made sure they were tidy without any shortages both in the morning and in the evening, and of course the amazing Playa Pacha pool staff who made us feel like VIPs!!! Without a doubt, when we return to Dubai, Five Luxe is our favorite!!!

This hotel was a lovely hotel. There are a few points to note. There is no mirror in the room only in the bathroom. I found this very strange considering if you are trying to get ready and you don’t have a mirror for hair tools etc outside of the bathroom. At the weekends I felt that outside guests were given priority. In other words guests who were paying for day beds. A small section was for hotel guests on the busy weekend days but if these beds were already occupied then this was your own problem, and yes this is a problem considering there were works going on in the beach so the beach was not an option to sit out at either. In the end we booked a beach club in another location on the Friday considering the beds were already taken and a fee would be charged to rent other beds in the hotel. This hotel is not cheap to stay at so to have to pay to sit on a day bed in my eyes is obsurd. The pool staff were also more attentive to day rate paying guests as opposed to hotel guests and slow to bring the bill when requested etc. One day we were going up to our room to change and leaving items on our day bed and a member of staff asked me where I was going and that my bed would be given to someone else if not back in 45 mins. I was actually going using the gym before getting my lunch by the pool but I was so thrown by the personal question from the staff member that I didn’t elaborate. This is not ok, if I want to do an hour workout before having my lunch by the pool this should be ok! We were not informed prior to arrival that the beach was not accessible in front of the hotel due to works going on. We were told we could use the beach on five the palm but that is a 20 minute taxi ride away. The hotel was nice and the majority of staff were nice however I would be slow to return.

We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with friends and family . Every couple had a fantastic stay at the hotel with great rooms but the highlight for us was the amazing birthday room upgrade we received with balloons , champagne and cake , not to mention the lovely Robes we were gifted. Truly lovely stay with great service and cleanliness not to be faulted . We will all be rebooking soon. We will be recommending the hotel 5star hotel for sure . Regards. Fairfield family. Stellar! Everything from the design, rooms, restaurants and the attention to detail and discipline with staff giving a true five star experience. I didn’t realise until late that this was pacha resort with party people with the usual stereotypes but nevertheless it didn’t compromise my experience. Even the DJ making every effort to make me leave my room, I wasn’t disturbed, gladly sitting in pool on the terrace with an astonishing view sipping on a drink. Five luxe jar is not a hotel or a resort…is an experience. Lastly the food. I have travelled all over the world and been to some of the best restaurants in the world and I must say that quality of the food is astonishing and quite price worthy. Yes expensive but worth every penny. I would especially recommend Ronin. They should get a macaron I think. Thank and au revoir!

This hotel is not value or the cost! Liar hotel! Always making problem while check in process! Provides room under category and tells that tour agency and tour operator not booked the true room category! Is it difficult providing booked category room type??? Or it is your favourite work checking in to the under category and asking for additional money!!!

Our stay at Five Luxe JBR was amazing. From the modern amenities to the amazing location, we could not be happier with our stay. Reading some of the reviews from others, it almost seems as though they stayed at a completely different resort. It was clear to us before we booked and traveled (from the US) that this resort has a party vibe. Even if you visit their website you could only come away with that impression. Yet, a lot of the reviews complain about the music and the volume. For anyone who cares to read this review...this is an upscale, PARTY VIBE resort. If you are looking for a milquetoast experience with soothing elevator music this is not the place for you. The resort is always buzzing with activity. The security team on site was always visible and present, but in a low key type of way. We always felt safe. It should be mentioned that the resort is located on a busy strip at the base of the Palm Jumeirah and the traffic in this area can be super congested. If you are traveling off site, especially for an evening appointment or reservation you should allow yourself plenty of extra time. Having said that, it is an excellent location in that you are not confined to the resort, unlike the resorts on the Palm proper. There are any number of restaurants, shops, and coffee houses within a 5-10 min walk including "the walk at JBR". I should also add that if you are a huge fan of the beach, at the time of our stay it was barricaded with sand bags, perhaps to prevent beach erosion. Loungers were available, but you just couldn't walk straight into the water from the resort. Top recommendations: Sunday brunch at the Atlantis (5 stars...must make reservations in advance) Aura Sky Pool (5 stars...must make reservations in advance) The Food Square Restaurant quickly became our "go-to" for affordable and quality meals. A grilled seafood platter for 2 (lobster, shrimp, and fish) costs about $75 US

Arrived today and very disappointed Hotel room windows filthy and hardly see out of them Pool beds are a joke in shade all morning unless you fork out a fortune to pay for beach club pool beds Managed to finally get a sunbed and then asked for an umbrella due to a health condition to be then told no due to front row !! Asked to move and was told sorry no other beds available !!! Unless we pay mega money for unused beds in middle pool area. Went back room to take medication to then find out our sunbed had been given to someone else by time I returned. Stay away from this disappointing resort. Also to top it off beach closed but was never informed of this

This place it’s the best beach club in Dubai , specially the attention for the waiter Gideon ; excellent attention and service , so we only planned to stay for a quick drink but ended up spending the whole afternoon. First visit to Five Luxe was amazing. Booked again on their website for a six nights stay, and was excited to revisit. In the week up to our stay I tried to communicate with Five, regarding our booking, mail, WhatsApp and phone, and found it really hard to get through to them. However, the day before arrival I managed to get them to arrange Airport transfer for me and my husband, as we were arriving separately. Arrived 2.30 am, to discover they had cancelled my booking without any notice, and the cancellation had been done days prior to arrival. They had no room for me, nor any interest in helping me out. I felt so poorly treated, was tired, frustrated and left alone to find a solution in the middle of the night. Why would they arrange transfer for us if my booking was cancelled? I asked, but they were really not interested in answering me. The day after I received email stating “They were sorry I had to cancel my booking”. For the record “I didn’t cancel, they did!” Not five star worthy! Get your communication in order! Won’t be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Ronin, a Japanese restaurant with a stunning atmosphere and even better food. The cocktails were delicious, the dishes were beautifully prepared, and every bite was full of flavor. ⠀ The view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking — overlooking the iconic Palm, the Ferris wheel, the sparkling sea, and the stunning Dubai Marina. ⠀ The interior was modern yet warm, with elegant Japanese touches and a stylish, cozy vibe that made the whole evening even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to.

I recently stayed at FIVE LUXE Hotel Dubai, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel’s prime location made it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, and the stunning views of the city added to the overall charm. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. A staff member named Ajay went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. He was always available to assist, offering spot‑on recommendations for bars, dining options, and hotel services, which truly enhanced my experience. His friendly and professional approach made me feel like a valued guest. The property itself is modern, vibrant, and impeccably maintained, with plenty of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool, enjoying the nightlife, or exploring the city, FIVE LUXE offers it all in one place. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai, and I would like to give special thanks to Ajay for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning!

We returned to the Five Luxe once again and I can honestly say that this visit topped all our previous and surpassed expectations. The food quality and restaurants are unbelievable, even the food around the pool feels like you’re dining in a restaurant, but the thing that continues to stand out every year is the staff and they are the main reason we choose to return. Bikash the Front Office Manager was the highlight of our stay - I work in the hospitality industry and can honestly say he is one of the best Front Office Managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting - his attention to detail and outstanding service will be something that we will truly remember when we choose to return to this hotel again next year and should be commended. All the team at this hotel are amazing, but there a few others that we would like to mention for all their hard work during our stay: Randesh from the Reception who assisted with our check-in and welcomed us warmly after a long day of travelling. Akshay, Rajesh, Raj and Flower from Cielo at breakfast in the morning; despite the morning rush we were always greeted with a smile and their service was phenomenal. This standard was continued into the evening by the lovely Chaitanya who was such a joy to be around. Nishi by the pool was alert to the point where if you didn’t have any water in your glass he would come over to pour it for you without even asking. His polite and friendly demeanour always found a way to make your day even better. Aakash in the Lobby Cafe was a very frequent face during our visit and made the best coffees every day. Last but not least, the House Keeping Team were superb. Unfortunately I did not manage to get her name, but the lady who cleaned my room each day was so kind and always left the room spotless. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!!!!!!

I went to the Ronin Restaurant in Five Luxe JBR today. It was good vibes, delicious food, exotic serving, great service. Highly recommend!

I visited Ronin at the Five and really enjoyed the experience. The service was quick with our server Carlo been a joy. The Japanese interior was really cool and I enjoyed the fun touch of the gong sounding when new patrons entered, futhermore the food was nice and my mocktail Nika was very delicious. Perfect location for a night out with my friend

I got a chance to visit «Ronin» restaurant that located in Five Luxe and it was an amazing experience with very tasty food, delicious drinks and very polite stuff , especially our server Carlo. Atmosphere here is 10000/10, very stunning !!!😍😍😍
