Beautiful Riad, gorgeously decorated and so clean. Really peaceful and welcoming. Staff so friendly, lovely to be greeted on arrival with mint tea. Very central to the square and major attractions of Marrakech. Room was very comfortable, beds amazing. Lovely shower and all toiletries provided such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Coffee machine and safe provided in room. Breakfast and dinner were traditional Moroccan cuisine. Great rooftop pool and sun beds for relaxing.

Perfect accommodation for an amazing Moroccan experience. Thoroughly enjoyed don’t want to go home! Hasna (manager) was particularly warm and friendly and contributed to our unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to come again!

Palais Tara is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Completely renovated, elegant, bright, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are beautiful and meticulously maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. Breakfast is delicious, served on the terrace. The pool and solarium are quite large and well-equipped with loungers, towels, straw hats, and a comfortable shower. All the staff are very friendly and efficient, always ready to accommodate any request with a smile. The wonderful scent of roses permeates every room. Perfect and safe location, even in the evening, for exploring the city's most interesting areas on foot. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to the square. Absolutely such a beautiful hotel, clean, quiet. Hotel staff were helpful, polite, excellent breakfast on rooftop. Highly recommend to friends, family, anyone coming to Marrakech.

Palais Tara & Spa is truly a hidden gem in Marrakech. Beautiful decor which creates a very serene atmosphere. Beds are really comfy, food is delicious and unbeatable location. The pool terrace is definitely a plus, we expected a smaller pool but it’s a good sizie. The staff is second to none. Simply exceptional in everything. 10 out of ? 10. Thank you to all for making our 2nd visit to Marrakech a memorable one. Will surely return to this Hotel.

Wonderful helpful staff, great breakfast included and overall we felt relaxed and that we’d chosen an amazing place to stay, the shortest of walks from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech yet an oasis of calm!

Firstly- anyone considering visiting in August, think again- it was deathly hot. And this coming from someone who regularly experience 40 degree plus temperatures in India. First the positives: - The staff are super helpful. They will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Abdul was particularly helpful - They have a lovely little pool and terrace area. - The breakfast spread is decent, and they are very accommodating with the options - The rooms were nice and comfortable, cleaned well and regularly. Now some downsides: -The approach to the Riad is shady and it's hard to locate. I felt unsafe sometimes walking back at night. If I were traveling as a solo female, I would definitely think twice before booking. -The riad gate is always locked, and you have to knock to have it opened. This is great for safety, but not so good when you are returning at night, with only one person at the reception, and sometimes you have to wait or knock several times to be let in. -We didn't use the hammam, but my father wanted to use sauna/steam- they aren't complimentary. Overall I would recommend the property- it's nice, conveniently close to the souks and the staff really make up for all the downsides.

At 66 years old, I believed my experience would be daunting. I had many concerns about traveling to Morocco for the first time and staying in a Riyadh. What would I encounter? I had researched and researched and researched over the course of many months. Having many options for hotels or Riyadhs, I considered proximity to the Medina, costs, breakfasts, pools, cleanliness, and walkability to sites. My selection kept returning to this particular Riyadh. I was not disappointed in any regard. My early flight brought me to this Palais hours before check-in. I was greeted by a very warm and friendly staff who welcomed me with an eye-opening traditional pouring of mint tea. I was immediately embraced, and given a tour of my new home for the upcoming week. Every room and seating area throughout the Riyadh is kept immaculate, and given attention to details of comfort and art and architecture! In the crafting of the details, I learned about this historic structure that immediately delivered me into the Morrocan culture! Upon meeting and sitting with the owner, he shared the history and rebuilding of each carefully crafted space. Our conversation was pwithsonable and unhurried. The lovely ladies and gentlemen from the reception area to the restaurant to the cleaning team and lastly, to the Hamon spa exemplified, what are truly wonderful, kind human beings! They offered me water or juice or tea, each time I arrived back from a long days journey. They asked questions about my well-being. Each person was knowledgeable and dedicated to supporting me. I was offered special recommendations for travel that suited my interest and desires. They always welcomed me with questions of interest about my day and even provided opportunities to watch YouTube videos sharing colorful touring of the Medina highlighting nighttime activities with performers and street foods! My only regret is having returned sooner than later! To all of my new family and friends I look forward to our meeting again in this lifetime! Thank you was just not enough! Love and peace always!

The hotel is amazing gives a good Moroccan vibes. Amazingly clean and superb maintenance. The staff are so amazing. The go above and beyond to look after their guest. Their friendliness and smiling face🥰. Food is absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back there. Thank you Palais Tara spa for a wonderful experience.

he breakfast served at the Palais Tara was exceptional - at table service w a varying menu of fruit, breads, cakes each day - and eggs made to order - served on the terrace by an exceptionally friendly staff was the perfect start to the day. And, of course, the mint tea and coffee service more than exceeded expectations. The rooms were cool - with or without the air conditioning - and beautifully outfitted, the bathrooms were large and stocked with fabulous towels, the lift silently carried you to your floor, and the location put you within steps of all the markets but without any of the noise. My daughter and I used the spa services on the last day and were quite sad we hadn't taken advantage of them every day we were in residence - the royal hamman sauna treatment alone was worth the trip! All of our wants and needs were met at the Palais Tara - when you decide Saturday at 10AM that you need a private driver to ferry you around on day trip? Palais Tara had one at the medina entrance within an hour. Last minute spa services requests that didn't conflict with a plane departure? Palais Tara made it work. And definitely take advantage of their private drive to/from the airport - on time, cool/nice van, quick delivery. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Palais Tara. The property is beautiful and perfectly located—quiet, yet close to everything. Hanna, the manager, was exceptionally kind and made sure we had everything we needed for a truly memorable vacation. We ended up dining at the restaurant two nights in a row—the food was delicious, and it was such a treat to enjoy great meals without having to leave the property. Everything about our stay felt easy and welcoming. We’d absolutely come back.

I would recommend staying here to everyone.location and attention to detail are faultless. The whole place is immaculate, breakfast plentiful and good, but most of all how amazing, friendly and helpful are the staff. Abdull and the whole team made our stay so fantastic, so a huge thankyou from Mark and Vanessa, and we will definitely be back to this crazy magical city soon.

A nice Riad - well located managed by very friendly and nice people trying to do their best but still young in their experience - cleaning stuff was great - my only remark is about the noise of some families that came in numbers with children - all that giving a more holidays hotel atmosphere rather then a Riad you could expect

Couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The riad is a perfect oasis. Breakfast was perfect to set you up for the day. The room was stunning and the bed very comfortable. I had a foot massage which was very needed after pounding the streets. Highly recommend

We had a lovely 3 nights at Riad Palais Tara. The Riad is extremely clean and the rooms are stunning with authentic Moroccan decor. The customer service is excellent. You truly feel at home. Breakfast is served every morning on the terrace. The pool is very clean and its great if you want to have a slow morning by the pool to cool down in the heat. I highly recommend Riad Palais Tara. You will have an excellent stay here. We hope to come back soon.

We have had the loveliest 3 days at Palais Tara. The bedroom was so luxurious and comfortable. The whole riad smelt of rose and orange blossom. Aesthetics were amazing. Attention to detail, fluffy towels, lovely people. Adapted breakfast for us being vegetarian. Excellent recommendations for food. Spa great. Everyone welcoming and friendly. A perfect calm in a bonkers city.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palais Tara. Our junior suite was large and the bed was very comfy. The public areas are beautiful and the roof top terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. The riad arranged a guided tour for us on our first morning. Our guide was excellent. We learnt so much about the history and culture of Marrakech, and the tour helped us to orientate ourselves so that we had no problems finding our way around and back to the riad. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good holiday. The only disappointment was that I had emailed ahead to inform of my husband’s special birthday and request a cake, but somehow this got missed and nothing was provided. However, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. A beautiful building, excellent & comfortable rooms, great food and spa treatments, however the thing that topped all of that was the amazing service. I had let them know that we were celebrating my wife's 50th and there was a lovely cake waiting for us upon arrival. By the end of just a few nights, the staff felt more like friends than staff and really couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There are many hotels around the world that could learn a thing or two from this team around what truly exceptional customer service looks like. Well done to you all and we hope to see you again.

Nice Riad in center of Medina. Very friendly staff. No alcohol served in the bar.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location (we figured out how to find it again by foot nearly at the end of our stay, which I think is how it goes in the maze of Marrakech!). Although this entire boutique hotel is lovely, it's the rooftop space that really epitomizes relaxation and being immersed in the Medina. I would recommend a stay here without hesitation.

A complete hidden gem. All the staff were amazing and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us lots of helpful advice for surviving Marrakesh. There was always someone in reception. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday, although we only found out you could order eggs on the last morning. The roof top pool and terrace was lovely and quiet. Perfect for cooling off after exploring the city.
