Tout était parfait! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances! Nous mettons un gros point d’honneur sur le personnel, tout particulièrement un grand MERCI à Nasser qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

The bed was huge and VERY comfortable

The hotel was nice and the staff were very good.

The TV didn't work. The man sent up to look at the tv couldn't get it to work. The breakfast was not very good. The coffee machine did not work- someone had to get it going. There was not much left of the food - about 8;45. Little bread , the fruit salad was looked horrible.. I had an egg and a bit of bread and a yogurt. Probably the worst breakffast of my 18 days in Morocco.

Die Spülung des WC s funktionierte nicht gut. Das Licht beim Spiegel im Badzimmer ging nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Keller war sehr enttäuschend.Nicht einmal frische Minzetee.Sehr befremdlich für Marokko. Wir hatten ein Taxi bestellt zum Flughafen;war aber kein Taxi da🤷‍♀️Preis/Leistung stimmte für uns nicht.

Das Frühstück war hübsch als Buffet angerichtet, das Zimmerwar geräumig, mit einem Wasserkocher und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Mit dem Taxi war die Unterkunft vom Flughafen für 200DH zu erreichen (wir hatten es leider nicht vorgebucht). Gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine große Shoppingmall. Da wir später einen Mietwagen gebucht hatten, war die Unterkunft für uns sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und hatte auch kostenlose Parkplätze.

Very spacious room, staff friendly, away from the hustle and bustle,

Breakfast was included, but it was mediocre, I get maybe traditional breakfast, but really didn’t want bread and cakes for breakfast every day, that are left out with no covers on from 7am till 11am. The first day there was fresh fruit but never had any again, asked for some another day and they managed to rustle up 2 past there best peaches, so I’d advise against booking breakfast as part of your deal and just order something in the bar if you want it.

I stayed for 10 nights with my family and would like to really thank Nasser who was super helpful, friendly and kind to us all. His exceptional customer service made our experience even better. The location of the riad is super convenient and thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Marrakesh - we hope to return one day!

Nous avons étés comme deux princesses je ne peux que recommander cet établissement Logement au top , accueil chaleureux et aux petits soins pour nous Piscine plus qu’appréciable Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner ou c’etait toujours la même chose et manque de fromage Et sur la Tv qui sautait Lit excellent et oreiller extras Peignoir et chaussons fournis Terrasse au top Mais sinon c’était vraiment un très agréable séjour passé

I enjoyed my stay the room was very spacious.

Rooms are really big. Staff are exceptionally professional and provide quality service (e.g. getting reasonable taxi rates). This place is better than a hotel and beds are extra comfortable. It’s 2 mins walk from the shopping mall with a huge grocery stall in the basement and multiple restaurants on the top floor.

There’s no gym and the provided breakfast is quite lacking. The downtown city is 15mins away which requires taxi.

The staff were exceptional. There is a mall opposite the riad. The coffee in the bar was very tasty.

The shower handpiece kept falling down and it didn't drain properly.

Super clean and spacious

Great staff and very comfortable, clean rooms. The location is around 4 km from the medina, but it's easy to get there by walking (about 30 minutes) or taking a taxi just in front of the shopping center, which is next door. The riad also offers breakfast and an indoor restaurant with delicious and reasonably priced food. We didn't use it, but there is also a roof jacuzzi and a hammam available within the riad. We stayed there for 5 days and loved it.

L'accueil et excellent, la chambre est décorée avec goût , spacieuse et bien équipée. Le seul point négatif est qu'il faisait très froid dans la salle de bains que je n'ai pas pris de douche, l'eau étant tiède. Autrement, c'est un excellent établissement.

Stayed here with family. Booked a suite. THE GOOD 1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out 3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King 4. No issues finding a taxi near the property. 5. The property was decorated to a very high standard. 6. Convenient and only 5 minutes drive to the big square It does need a few minor improvements 1. Would be nice to have a lift. Even though the property is built like a riad but it is not an old property but a new build and having a lift would be nice especially for people with kids and mobility issues 2. The internet was slightly suspect and you had to move around the room to get a good WiFi signal 3. The breakfast was okay ish. Nothing out of the ordinary but the staff were very curteous and would always refill when asked

Riad Soir de Marrakech was an absolutely beautiful place, rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, and location so convenient.

Discotheque noise, please don’t forget your earplugs. I had an issue about it but the staff managed to solve it by moving me. Overall experience was excellent.

Far from the city center. Breakfast was really mid. They made us pay the jacuzzi 15 euros after use without telling us about it before.

Reasonable price and reasonable facilities. The lady staff was very friendly.

The room was next to the kitchen. I heard they washing the dishes and cooking instruments until late night. Also they lost the cap of my shaver during the room cleaning. What sad is that I heard no single word of apologies.

1- the breakfast was low quality food 2-the room was stuffy-no air flow 3-the owner was not hospitable 4-one night the music played until 2 am we have to asked to stop it . 5- we had an emergency at night and the front disk staff did not have any information on local hospital or clinics

The people were absolutely great and helpful we have been hosted by a group of professionals. The place is very beautiful relaxing and comfortable . The cleaning service tidied up the room daily. The location is not far from a city centre but far enough to get some peace after busy day. Riad had bar and food and there are nice restaurants nearby too, aswell as shops and taxis. Breakfast choice was little but tasty :)

The pool is lovely but it's not heated, which is OK when the weather is hot (its been 24-27 degrees during our stay) we wish we just knew that before booking as we have been really keen on swimming that unfortunately didn't happen as water felt freezing cold

The staff was very nice and kept the room overall clean. The room was very nice and the location was nice next to the mall. Very authentic and pretty. Staff was helpful overall!

There were some of bugs with some in our room and some in the bar area. I also had scheduled a massage around after 6pm on night for the next day at 5pm and then the next day I went to get my massage and they claimed that I had scheduled it for the other day at 4pm which wasn’t even possible. I just wish they did more to help because it felt like they didn’t care. Some of the food wasn’t my favorite but that was probably due to different taste preferences.

A fantastic Riad, with wonderful, helpful, kind staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great discussions with Simo in the bar, who really helped us to understand Moroccan culture.. We stayed in one of the suites, definitely worth the little extra, a huge tastefully decorated room, with a very comfortable bed.

Everything was excellent. Location is good and easy to reach center, taxi are easily available as there is big shopping mall right next to the Riad. Riad is in new area and not in medina. But interiors were really awesome. Lots of attention put in in the interiors. Breakfast was good, we really liked the hot Moroccan crepes. All the staff were always smiling, courteous and ready to help.

We had booked superior double room, they gave us a room next to swimming pool. It did not look like the pictures we had seen while booking, but we were so tired that we didnt bother and just checked-in. At night, we could not sleep as it felt someone was constantly walking above, it turned out there is cafe right above the room. At midnight, we complained so they immediately shifted us to another room(with sleeping son in tow). The new room matched with what we had seen, which they should have given in 1st place, anyways, the beds were comfortable and we could slee and staff(sorry, i didnt remember his name) was really helpful to us.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, thank you Mohamed and Yousra and all the staff in there you guys were amazing also the owner such a lovely person thank you sir for your efforts . They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting marrakech

The sheer hospitality of the staff, great conversations, and being always ready to help with anything. The location is convenient considering having a mall nearby for basic needs. Home cooked authentic food, and smiles everywhere.

AMAZING! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so welcome and taken care of at a hotel. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean/ big, the breakfast was delicious and I absolutely loved it. The location is close to the airport but it was super easy to get to everywhere by taxi (and cheap). I highly recommend staying here and I will be coming back next time I’m in Marrakesh!
