La posizione è fantastica e molto centrale, proprio di fronte al lago e a pochi passi dal Tempio del Dente. L'hotel pulito e la colazione buona.

View from the room was so amazing. I stayed during Kandy Perahara and enjoyed the view of Sri Dalada Maligawa. Perfect location to explore Kandy city.

Well located just in front of the beautiful Kandy lake. Spacious and comfortable rooms. A good restaurant in the hotel.

I Han an issue with my Swiss pocket knife, that disappeared from the room. When I complained, one person brought it back but never explained clearly why it was missing.

The hotel is well located (close proximity to the Temple of the Tooth which is the main site of Kandy) and has amazing, helpful and kind staff. There is a restaurant on site which serves very good food.

ロケーションがいい、今回ペラヘラの祭りに行くのに10分もかからない立地だった、部屋もキレイ、朝食も美味しい スタッフの対応も良かった

View was amazing from our balcony. Room was clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Good size bathroom. Lovely.

Cupboard doors in the bathroom didn’t shut (not a big deal, easy fix).

It was close to the town centre and the lake. Despite the fact that the room was quite old it was comfortable and had a certain charm because of this. The balcony had a nice view overlooking the lake.

The hotel is on a busy road, and crossing it can be a challenge. There's also quite a bit of noise from the traffic but it drops off at night and the despite this the room was still fairly quiet.

The location is excellent, with beautiful views and well-maintained facilities. While the amenities meet all the essential requirements, the overall experience doesn't quite justify the price. It's a comfortable place to stay, but the value for money could be improved.

Great location and beautiful place in the heart of Kandy

The location and the rooms , economic but good quality, big , clean rooms with an excellent balcony facing the lake.

Other than the rooms, infrastructure was moderate to good. There was no hair dryer in the room. Also before checking out they made us wait at the reception to check if the room was okay, and if everything is in place. That is not very nice and this was the first hotel in Sri Lanka where we experienced something like this. Were they expecting we will run away with their towels or furnitures???

Hotel muy céntrico, con vistas a un jardín, silencioso, con TV en la habitación, buenas camas, limpio, con un buen aire acondicionado, el desayuno fue estupendo ( aunque no estaba incluido en el precio). Tenia 3 opciones de desayuno, todos ellos muy variados.

Zentrales Hotel am Kandy Lake. Sehr nobel und hochwertig gestaltet. Frühstück reichhaltig und eine gute Auswahl. Gutes Zimmer mit allem was man für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp braucht.

Das Personal hatte uns etwas komisch angeschaut, als wir mit unseren Backpacks eingecheckt hatten. Dadurch fühlte man sich nicht sehr gut empfangen. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße direkt am Kandy Lake, wodurch es lauter werden kann - die kleine Zufahrt zum Hotel ist sehr eng und steil, somit für Fahrer nur schwer zugänglich. Außerdem fehlte ein Föhn auf dem Zimmer, nach dem wir fragten. Dieser erhielten wir jedoch erst nach der zweiten Nachfrage. Die Zimmertür schließte unten kaum ab, wodurch das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und man alles auf dem Flur mitbekomme hatte.

街の中心地で、湖のほとりにあります。仏歯寺や、いろんなお店などは湖の向こう側で余裕で歩いていけます。 ホテルの前の道路は交通量が多く騒がしいのですが、わたしの泊まった部屋はホテルの裏側の位置がよかったのか、静かに過ごせました。 何気に夜レストランで食べたインドカレーが美味しかったです。他のカフェでランチ食べたんですが、ホテルの食事のほうが満足しました。 朝食は、バイキング形式で、わたしが行ったときは、もうあまりないものもあって、積極的な補充はされないのですが、それでもチキンカレーは美味しかった。

特にないですが、最初ホテルの前の道路をどこで渡ろうか悩みました。横断歩道的なものも見当たらなかったため、タイミングをはかりつつ無理やり渡るしかなかったです。

Boking com was showing half board at booking time but when I checked in its only B&B ? So it should be clear when u are booking, I don't know whether booking. Com, was fooling the customer or not?

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was pretty clean and had everything you could need. Lake view balcony was nice, even tho most of the view was blocked by the trees. Whole city reachable by foot or tuk tuks waiting nearby.

Das Zimmer roch ziemlich muffig und schimmelig

Schönes Stadthotel mit großem und sauberem Zimmer, es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Restaurant war super, Essen sehr lecker und die Portionen waren sehr groß.

Im zugehörigen Restaurant gibt es keinen Alkohol, aber ausgezeichnete alkoholfreie Cocktail - daher war mir das egal, aber für einige ist es vllt. wichtig. Leider ist direkt vor dem Hotel eine Hauptstraße, die je nach Tageszeit manchmal nicht so einfach zu überqueren ist, da dort zum Teil viel Verkehr herrscht und es keine Ampel oder so gibt.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Didn’t get to stay they cancelled our booking the in the middle of the night with one saying it was my card and a message saying they were fully booked after booking was made 3 months prior. They said it was a glitch in the system but the reasoning didn’t make sense. I was then offered my original booked room as good will? Not sure how when they were fully booked!

Close to centre, attentive staff, excellent breakfast

The room was spacious,clean and well maintained.The breakfast spread had varieties and was good.

The aircond was not working when we checked in and we had to make multiple calls and wait a long time for the technician to come and check the aircond. Though they eventually moved us into a new room, it wasn't a great experience and we didn't appreciate the long wait.

Awesome location right next to the lake and short walk to the city and temple of the tooth.

Carpets and couch are stained, can definitely use a deep clean. Bathroom is rusty and ran down. The soap holder is falling apart.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Kandy, nur einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang vom Zahntempel entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein Einkaufszentrum und viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Personal ist freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe, im Badezimmer könnte man vielleicht die eine oder andere Fuge erneuern, aber ansonsten war alles gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl, auch an lokale Speisen, das Abendessen (4-Gänge-Menü mit Salat, Suppe, Fisch und Obstteller) war ebenfalls großartig. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den leckeren (und sehr preiswerten) Mocktails - wir haben gleich einen zweiten bestellt :-)

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, durch den Lärm und die Abgase war der Balkon daher nicht nutzbar. Das wussten wir aber bereits im vorhinein, für uns war es kein Problem.

Very modern comfortable hotel. The room we had was very nice. Extra large bed, Lakeview. short walk into town. Flat.

The restaurant looks good but they did not serve any alcohol. we like to have a wine or beer with our meal. Breakfast was good but not great. The pastries pretty old and dry. The other stuff was ok.

Good location, close to the lake and the temple but still a quiet area. Friendly staff and a pleasant, spacious well-appointed room. A buffet breakfast was included.

Staff were very friendly and keen to help. Location very easy walk into town and across the road from lake. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

You can tell the property is a bit old and shabby in some places but didn’t really impact other than aesthetics.

The location was lakeside and a 3 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The room and hotel was very charming. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend

It is on a very busy road (the lake view) so you can not open the door / window and profit from the view as you’ll be having a lot of noise and traffic pollution.

Posizione molto bella sul lago di Kandy, accuratezza della mise en place del ristorante, nonchè la cena e la colazione ottime (varietà di piatti e selezione super), camera ampia, letti comodi, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, perfetto wi-fi.

Dettagli costruttivi leggermente datati, ma sono cose da poco.

Szép helyen, közvetlenül a tó partján található a szállás. Viszonylag közel van a központhoz, gyalogosan is könnyen elérhető. A reggeli változatos és finom volt.

A szállás a főút mellett helyezkedik el, ezért időnként kissé zajos.

Doskonała lokalizacja, naprzeciw jeziora, standard hotelowy, więc to miła odmiana po wszystkich poprzednich miejscach na Sri Lance, pomocna sympatyczna obsługa, elegancka restauracja.

Hotel jest już trochę zużyty i w niektórych miejscach przydałby się remont, ale to szczegół. Najbardziej przeszkadzała nam hałasująca klimatyzacja - to stary, zużyty sprzęt, który wymaga profesjonalnego serwisu. Sprawiało to wrażenie, jakby wiatrak ocierał o obudowę. O ile w dzień nie miało to aż takiego znaczenia, o tyle w nocy nie mogliśmy spać. Musieliśmy ją wyłączać, a wtedy robiło się gorąco. Zgłosiliśmy to zaraz po pierwszej nocy, ale obsługa była bezradna, nie udało się wyeliminować tego dźwięku. Zaproponowano nam zmianę pokoju, ale od drugiej strony budynku (przy czym dopłaciliśmy za widok na jezioro) - nie skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji.
