Very clean and quiet yet close to town

Everything at the property is great, amazing customer service, cleanliness, onsite EV charging.

Stayed for the AIMs games and the location was perfect. Walking distance to several eateries, off street parking, clean and friendly service.

Only small thing was that there isn't a good space to work from. Made do though.

This is the second time staying at CitySide Hotel, we love the location, customer service is amazing, facility is light and bright and very clean.

That we had to leave, but we will definitely be back.

I liked that it was close to where I needed to go the parking was great. The location its self was a great place.

The things in the immediate area were dumb. Everything was closed down so alot of e.mpty shops. Im not saying I didnt like it but it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast.

Maybe just that there’s no elevator and I had hurt my back, but that just meant my partner had to carry our bags so a win for me. Everything was lovely though.

Such a nice tidy property, clean facilities. Good sized rooms and a really good location to the cbd. A $3 lime scooter ride away from the strand. And it is really quiet which was nice to come back to.

The hotel was spotless. Beds were really comfortable and rooms had everything you needed. Very quite in and around the hotel

Lots of parking, modern amenities, smart use of space, right down town.

Our front door squeaks every time there's a teeny breeze out in the corridor, which gets annoying.

The facilities are relatively new.

The room is at the end of the corridor. You still need to go through the fire escape. There is a strange sound at night, and the mirror is facing the bed.

We have stayed here a few times now definitely the cleanest hotel , quiet and comfortable. Lovely owner, we really like staying here. Great little coffee machines in each room.

A very lovely hotel with a fantastic location and great facilities. We were allocated a wheelchair-accessible room, which gave us an incredible amount of space, including an additional room. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped with a handy kitchenette. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient.

The only downside was that the electrical distribution board behind our room was quite noisy overnight, and it woke me up a few times each night.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Luxurious toiletries and towels. Location very close to restaurants yet quiet.

Location was good for us close by to an event we attended and the Tauranga shops.

Room had no toaster and reception wasn’t open to ask in the morning, got one later when room service came but was too late. Also no brush/ cloth or detergent to do dishes or clean sink (hygiene wise this is not very good and should be addressed)

I have stayed once before & it was so easy to check in. The rooms are exceptionally clean which I love, it’s also quite affordable too. Parking is such a plus, you have to pay for some hotels.

I was a bit skeptical about the great reviews online and the affordable rate but decided to give it a try. It was as good as the reviews said it was! Spotlessly clean, well designed, 2 comfortable armchairs, a wonderful bed, coffee maker, we loved the lighting in the room, and breakfast - wow! It was free with our booking.com deal and it was delicious and very generous. That's the only place we will stay in Tauranga in future. AND the price was well below many of Tauranga's 'better' hotels/motels.

We would have liked to stay much longer. Maybe next time.

This Hotel was immaculately clean right from walking in. Friendly staff and easy check-in. They had coffee pod machines in the room which was amazing. Beds really comfortable, the air conditioning is better than heatpumps in my opinion, it is quieter and I appreciated that, also as stated room was soundpoof, we could not hear anything from the rooms either side at all during our stay.

The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance, was the led light poles in the parking lot that shine right at the windows, although the curtains are decent you couldn't have a blackout room.

Good parking. Had a little sink to fill kettle. Plenty of coffee and tea. Smelt lovely. Very clean. Quiet.

침대매트리스가 많이 물컹해서 저희부부는 잠을 거의 못잤어요.(개인차가 있을수있습니다.) 샤워기 수압이 약한편입니다.

Staff at counter was a little cold and unfriendly during check in.

The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The chairs were a great comfortable place to rest off the bed. The bed was the best of 5 different hotels we stayed in during our trip. The shower itself was spacious and great water pressure plus bonus face wipes were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was satisfactory - no issues. Ample free parking. Good walking distance to a bunch of restaurants / food outlets.

Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom itself (not the shower which was excellent). The rest of the room was so compact you have to twist over the toilet to reach any of the towels, and of the counter space, and when using the toilet it was a very tight fit (think caravan toilet sizing). I often used the foyer shared toilet as the one in the room was just too cramped.
