Villa Rumah Isah

The Villa is excellent, very private, beautiful garden. The staff ,in particular Aria, went out of their way at every opportunity... If your looking for the old school Bali experience then this is for you... The locals and friendly and restaurants are close by... We will be coming back..

De villa is prachtig met een aangenaam, groot zwembad, een open living, mooie kamers en alles zeer proper. Het ontbijt was goed, je kon op voorhand je keuze doorgeven en ontbijten in het nabij gelegen hotel. De tuin is omzoomd met prachtige jungle-planten, de jungle is ook echt vlak achter de tuin. De tuim biedt echter genoeg open ruimte.

Er was soms wat lawaai van de naburige boerderij, op zich nog natuurlijke geluiden, dus best ok. De kippen en haan konden op nachtelijke ures soms plotseling even een opstoot geven van lawaai, het duurde nooit echt lang.

- Similar to the pictures, pool and rooms are quite nice - Pool is quite big compared to other villas in big cities

- There is NO private beach despite it being advertised - At the moment (August 2026), the beach access nearby is under renovation and will be for the next months at least : so no direct access to the sea, which is the main attraction there - Note that there is no staff staying nearby the villa at all time - so whenever you need something you have to contact them through WhatsApp and wait for their response which can be quit long. Fortunately we had no emergency but keep that in mind while booking since this villa is in a very quiet and a little remote area

Prachtige tuin en zwembad.

We miste de faciliteiten in de omgeving. Het strand bij het resort was erg wild.

1. Вилла граничит с сараем и территорией для скота. Вид из части окон - на 2 коров, 2 телят, множество кур и петухов. Эта вилла предназначена для тех, кого восхищает амбре навоза. Вонь в спальнях стоит невозможная! Особенно в спальнях основного дома. В этих спальнях постельное белье, одеяла, подушки так воняют, что пользоваться ими просто невозможно 2. Хотя до океана 2 минуты пешком-вы туда можете не дойти-3 огромные собаки будут вас сопровождать, лаять и кидаться друг на друга. 3. Вас никто не предупреждает, что океан есть, но идти туда не стоит-там идет строительство набережной, она вся перекопана, купаться нельзя, там это вообще не предусмотрено, но и ходить и находиться вообще невозможно. Ближайший пляж, куда вас могут отвезти-20 минут на машине в одну сторону!!! 4. На вилле грохот от стройки набережной стоит до часу ночи!!!! Работает мощная строительная техника, грохот просто нереальный. 5. Если вы вдруг решите поспать хотя бы после часа, когда перестанет грохотать-нет, будут орать петухи и лаять собаки. Причем, за закрытыми дверями, с шумным кондиционером, укрыв уши одеялом-вы не спасетесь. Громко. Очень. 6. Если вдруг вы решите, закрывшись на ночь на задвижку и ключ, что вы там одни-нееет, утром вы запросто можете увидеть на территории снятой Вами за деньги виллы мужчина-сотрудника. Что он там делает, как и зачем туда пришел-он не скажет. 7. Как и писали многие, за день и ночь нашего пребывания очень много раз заходили без всякого стука, извинения и предупреждения как-то сотрудники. Жуть! Никакой приватности. 8. Ресторан. Еду вам принесут из 1 ресторана-это будет очень так себе. В большинстве своем не вкусно или вообще не сьедобно.

Es war einfach perfekt - wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte, ruhige, großzügige Anlage und sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück - wurde uns direkt in der Unterkunft gebracht. Das Meer nur ein paar Meter entfernt - leider aktuell noch eine Baustelle - es wird eine neue Promenade gebaut - aber für uns ok.

Absolutely everything. This was our second stay and definitely will come back again. The entire villa is well thought out, high quality finishings. The pool is divine. Perfect place to share with &amity or friends and walking distance to local cafes and spa salon. Short motorbike or car trip to Candidasa and surrounds. The staff are so attentive, professional and assist with any guest’s needs. We were her for Nyepi so not allowed out of the villa. The staff organised all our meals and delivered to us. Cannot speak more highly of their help and cleaning.

Amazing Villa with the best pool, great staff and beautiful atmosphere. The breakfasts were generous and the Indonesian food was delicious. We highly recommend this property. Just a side note, the roosters on the farm next door are vocal but we slept through it mostly.

Расположение неплохое, но идет строительство набережной. Очень шумно. Завтрак скромный и однообразный по меню. Но можно заказать все на виллу. Персонал виллы замечательный. Незаметный, но очень аккуратный и отзывчивый. Доступная и хорошая прачечная. Даже мангал для барбекю организовали. Огромное спасибо

Очень нужна ванна. Все есть, куча спален, а ванны нет. И конечно нужна зона барбекю. В остальном это отличное место. После постройки набережной всем очень рекомендую

Genialer Pool und tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Restaurant und Bars mit Blick aufs Meer fußläufig zu erreichen. Kleiner Shop direkt vor der Tür und Supermarkt im Ort. Villa ist typisch balinesisch offen gestaltet, sauber und gepflegt.

Diese Villa ist so schön, dass wir nach der Begrüßung fast eine Stunde nur da saßen und andächtig gestaunt haben! Die Großzügigkeit, der fließende Übergang zwischen drinnen und draußen, der riesige Pool… ein Traum! Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert mit viel Stilgefühl, das Gebäude ist modern mit antiken Elementen im Bali Vintage Boho Stil, aber nichts wirkt überladen. Selbst die Beleuchtung wurde mit Konzept erdacht und macht die Villa auch nachts zur Augenweide. Das zieht sich auch durch den wunderschön gepflegten Garten. Zur Begrüßung stand ein großer Obstkorb auf dem Küchentisch, im Zimmer himmlisch duftende Blumen… und täglich wurden neue Frangipaniblüten dekoriert, was mich vollends begeistert hat. Das Frühstück gab es im Restaurant mit Blick aufs Meer. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und immer präsent! Es war eine Freude sie zu treffen. Es war immer jemand da und man fühlte sich absolut sicher. Dafür auch hier nochmals ein großer Dank🙏

Mir ist völlig klar, dass diese Pracht Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege braucht. Um den guten Zustand zu erhalten sind somit viele Arbeiten erforderlich, allerdings hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Privatsphäre gewünscht. Deshalb buchen wir ja solche Unterkünfte und nicht ein Hotel. Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes rund um die Uhr (!) war es möglich, dass Personal erschien um etwas zu erledigen. Das war für uns etwas irritierend und ein klein wenig fühlte ich mich fast überwacht. Obwohl wir ein wenig jünger sind als die Rolling Stones 😁 hätte schnell klar sein müssen, dass wir weder Gitarren noch Mobiliar zerlegen. Wir hatten dieses Anwesen auch nur als Paar gemietet und deshalb erschloss sich mir nicht so ganz, was abends oder gar nachts noch als „check the villa“ erforderlich ist. Nochmal: Ich glaube das ist eine Geschmacksfrage und wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen!

Our stay at Villa Rumah Isah was exceptional. Stunning property with quality furnishings and beds incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms beautiful with luxurious towels and toiletries. Pool and luscious garden beyond words. We absolutely loved spending quality time there with a group of friends and family. Would love to stay again for longer time. Staff went out of their way to assist us.

The villa was beautiful, big and comfortable. The pool and gardens were wonderful. It’s a lovely quiet location close to the beach where locals come at the end of the day to relax. There are restaurants etc a short walk away. Reception can organise a taxi anytime you want to go into Candidasa or to Virgin Beach etc. The Villa was our own piece of paradise. We made a good decision choosing where to stay! Thank you.

The external staircase to get up to 2 of the bedrooms was tricky with luggage. The roosters were quite loud and they started about 3am… quite a few of them. It didn’t bother me too much but my family weren’t too keen on the noise.

Gorgeous villa, with lovely gardens. The pool was amazing. Its metres from a small beach and the included breakfast was lovely to eat at the restaurant watching the waves! It’s a serene, quiet location which is exactly what we were looking for. Good WiFi and easy to keep the rooms cool with air conditioning. There is a farm next door, but the whole family enjoyed the sounds of the countryside. It was quite reasonable to hire local drivers to get out and about. A great family villa.

The villa was HUGE and it was surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pool was fantastic. It had a smaller pool that was perfect for our 4 year old and us adults were able to swim laps in the bigger pool. the bedrooms were massive. there was so many rooms in the villa we didnt use them all. There is no views of the oceans but the beach is a minutes walk. Next door is a large resort which we ate and drank at.

The Location of the villa was not in the town itself, it was quite secluded which took a little to get used to as we were in seminyak prior to chandiasa. If you want to completely have a break away this place is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the chaos this place is not for you. Also there is a farm next door with cows and roosters.

What an incredible house! Just a few seconds from the beach too. You have to see it to believe it.

Shame breakfast wasn't included in the price. There are cows next door and hence a smell (nothing too bad though). But this place is really amazing, and I 100% recommend it.

Everything, the villa is amazing, better than in the pictures, super clean, the staff is great. Beautiful garden, amazing swimmingpool. The only bad thing is that we stayed too short. Definitely coming back for a much longer period.

Breakfast was amazing. Wayan even had orange juice, Coca-cola and soda water already in the fridge for us. He arranged our transport, day trips and in-villa massages. He was the perfect host

Congratulations on finding this wonderful villa. Book it and don’t tell anyone else, keep this secret paradise to yourself! Beautifully designed home, lush garden and pool, amazing staff. We could not have been looked after better and felt it was fantastic value. Our family of six loved the quiet location and beach at the end of the street. Candi Dasa is the perfect antidote to the busy West. We would rebook again.

We would prefer breakfast in the villa rather than walking to the restaurant. A small consideration based on never wanting to leave!

We were blown away by the quality and facilities of the property. Our girls literally 'lived' in the stunning pool and the staff supplied some inflatables for them to play with. Wayan and all of the staff were so lovely and always made the property impeccable throughout our stay. The included breakfast was generous and perfect for a good morning start - great coffee! Lovely location right near the beach(great for swimming with kids) and plenty of options for eating out or bring your own supplies to cook at the villa. It is super easy to organise activities through Wayan and we would definitely return. Thank-you to all of you!😊🙏🏼
