Ashley y Lucas, los recepcionistas, siempre atentos y rápidos en contestar. Hemos tenido un percance pero han estado siempre pendiente. Mil gracias a los dos!

Son consejos que ayudarian a mejorar la estancia (fui yo tb recepcionista de hotel y apartamentos por 10 años): El lavabo se atascaba rápido, hace falta una limpieza de tubería. En el estudio de dos camas, en la entrada falta algun gancho para colgar cosas y no tener que estar molestando la persona del otro cuarto o algún mueblecito. Como último, porfavor arreglar la luz de emergencia que a la noche de verde hacia las 4:30 am pasa a ser luz clara e imposible dormir.

Central location, close to Trinity College. The studios are in an old building which has been renovated well. They are nicely furnished and well equipped.

It didn’t present as well as the pictures; bags of rubbish at the entrance and the apartment hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Central location means traffic noise. Also, beware car parking fees. Parking is expensive street parking, charged from 7am at €3/hour and a maximum 3 hour stay so have to move the car a lot.

I booked this accommodation with some doubts after reading several reviews from other guests mentioning issues with access, communication with the staff, the deposit, cleanliness, etc. However, I decided to book it because, for Dublin, it was one of the more affordable options I found. After staying in the family room with five beds, I can honestly say that everything went perfectly and I would stay here again. The location is excellent, around a 15-minute walk from Trinity College, which made it very convenient for exploring Dublin on foot. The staff were also very kind and, as the room was ready, they kindly allowed us to check in one hour earlier than the official check-in time. It is true that a few days before arrival you receive a link to pay a €100 deposit, which I hadn’t seen clearly specified anywhere when booking. However, everything was straightforward and secure, and the deposit was returned three working days after our stay without any problems. Apart from that, our stay was excellent. The room had a small kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and we had no problems at all with check-in. We also met a member of the cleaning staff who was very friendly, and communication with the staff was quick and easy whenever we needed anything. For two nights, the room was ideal for us and, honestly, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a family room on the fourth floor. The lift only goes up to the third floor, so you have to use the stairs for the last part, which is worth knowing if you have heavy luggage.

Quite expensive for the apartment itself. Was also given an incorrect code for the front door so had to get in contact to get the correct code.

Il fatto di non avere uno staff sul posto ad accoglierti rende tutto un po’ impersonale, forse un po’ ridotto lo spazio per 4 adulti, la zona non offre moltissimo negli isolati circostanti a parte un Tesco, avere delle bottiglie d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo sarebbe stato un benvenuto apprezzato

It was a really lovely stay, clean and all we needed. Deserves higher score rating. Little kitchen was handy. Loved the aircon. Clean and tidy rooms and safe location.

No much to dislike. Didn't get the first email for check in codes so I rang and they sent straight away. Remote for TV need repair.

It is quite small to fit 4 adults. The most it can fit 3 adults comfortably.

The air con worked well.

They required a €100 security deposit to be paid on the day of arrival via a random website ‼️ before they would release any details to access the room. They have virtual check in with no real staff. Luckily I had read about this and asked them to email me rather than send text message. After 3 days the payment had not been reversed, so I emailed again and it was sent through. I lost money, possibly due to the exchange rate changing, but felt unfair. The 5 person stay is reached via a lift and then a flight of stairs, luckily we were able to lift our bags. The lift from the ground floor is the worst thing I’ve ever smelt and my children now refer to it when something smells bad and asks ‘but was it as bad as the lift at the Dublin accomodation?’

Our TV had only one channel of BBC working. No RTE or virgin media channels, so maybe that needs to be looked into. Also we could not figure out how to use the cooker, so we couldn't make any sort of food at the appartment. Maybe post an instruction guideline or step by step on how to use the cooker.

Good location. Everything that we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, bedding & extra toilet rolls. Air conditioning was great & a welcome surprise during the current heatwave.

Except for bathroom, it wasn't the kind of place I would have stayed.

Room was dirty, used floor towel was left on the bed, used socks of previous customer was left by the bin side, the room was full of tobacco smell. My experience wasn't great.

Arrived for no room keys available. I contacted costomer service snd they said they would call me back. When I was waiting we actually went to our room and found people to be in the room. I again contacted customer service snd they sent a cleaner to get our room ready. This was going to take over 1hr. We had arrived at 5pm and had to leave to attend an event. When we came back at midnight our room keys were still not available snd we again had to ring customer service to get access to our room. Very poor service overall snd I would never stay here again or recommend this accommodation. Stay clear

Location was excellent and the interiors were nice, clean and modern.

The shower pressure was very weak. Too many beds in one room and not enough space to get ready.

The location was good, a few nice pubs and a centra shop a few minutes walk away. Short walk to St. Stephens Green. The beds were so comfortable. Staff were helpful on the phone.

The lock box for the keys took a few tries to get open. The kitchenette was good, but could do a few more utensils and possibly an airfryer, we got back quite late with no place open around us and would have liked to be able to make a few chips/chicken nuggets which the airfryer would be great for. Spatula for the frying pan, tongs for frying, they would all be handy if staying for a few days/nights.

We booked an apartment for 5 adults. It was tiny. We had to put the chairs up on the shelf so there was room to put down our luggage. No separate bedrooms just one tiny room for us all to squeeze into making for a very awkward stay

Primero que nos costo mucho encontrar las llaves, tuvimos que llamar varias veces y las explicaciones que nos daban no eran correctas y tampoco nos ayudaron mucho. Finalmente encontramos las llaves por casualidad porque habiamos conseguido entrar en el vestibulo al salir un huespede. El ascensor no llega hasta el apartamento y subir las maletas por las escaleras fue muy engorroso.

The only problem I encountered was that I was not given a clear address. I was said to go to the wooden door on Denzille Lane. Even though Denzille Lane is not that long, it would have been even easier to find the wooden door if it had a street number attached to it.

The space was nice. Location was nice. The bathroom was comfortable.

I stayed on the ground floor and I couldn’t really lift the curtains because then people in the streets can look straight into the room. I thought it would be reasonable to have one clean set of towels in the room upon arrival. Also, I stayed for five nights and the code for the front gate changed without informing me and I had to ask for it and wait for the answer. That was not ideal.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en una escapada con amigas. Las camas son cómodas no tanto las almohadas, la ducha no tiene mucha presión de agua. Está cerca de todo y si no puedes coger un bus cerca.

Alguien se coló en el edificio y nos tocó a la puerta el domingo a las 7:00 de la mañana y decía que esa era su habitación.

Mattress really too soft, we didn't sleep well. Seemed to be clean but the floor wasn't really: our white socks turned black. Air conditionning system went off the second time. About 20/30 minutes by walk to reach the city center, we thought it was less. No real table to lunch, but ok for breakfast.

My booking was cancelled by Merrion Square Studios a few mins before my arrival at night. No reception available. I had to rebook through another link as I was told they didn't use booking.com. 100euro of a deposit was required. I was out in the cold for 45mins trying to rebook through a difficult website. Very frustrating

The hosts were remote, charging us extra risk money because they couldnt be bothered to welcome us or see us off. Very poor host responsibility. If other residents had not helped us by getting us into the building we would have been in a righ pickle. These residents had helped others as well. This is the only property on our whole trip who have treated us like this
