Had to change rooms 2 times 1) Checked into the 1st room, the toilet was dirty, hair on the bed, they said they will arrange to get it cleaned, returned to the room 10hours later, still wasn’t cleaned, 2) Checked into to the 2nd room, hot water wasn’t working. 3) 3rd room was ok

Nice hotel the sky musallah was amazing staff were always smiling very polite always willing to help out on our floor cleaner Mr hadyat was extremely helpful always greeting us when he saw us always asking if everything was ok if we needed anything for the room helped out with bringing our suitcases down he made our stay very relaxing all the reception staff were very polite and helpful all the time breakfast was amazing really enjoyed everything Definitely will book again with the hotel

It was a beautiful hotel and friendly staff (on arrival at the reception, the bus driver transporting to Kaaba, & especially the concierge on the day I departed). Extremely accommodating and helpful!

Room Service: I ordered practically daily for room service. Each day the fresh juices were unavailable (specifically Watermelon till my last day there - only once! that I managed to have it). Also, orders for Asian food were not available. It is disappointing and unacceptable for a highly rated hotel, such food is not made available? Not just for 1-day, at least 3days. Unsure if they did not have an Asian cook? Because the ingredients are quite simple and generic that most cooks should be able to prepare them. Complimentary Transport: As a suggestion, it would be wonderful that a simple communication or map made available in the room, on the lift or within the hotel to provide simple directions to where guests can take the bus and commute to Kaaba. Whilst the staff are friendly, on my 1st day there, I was not able to find directional signs nor someone close to seek for help till I found the security personnel who showed where the bus was.

The hotel is luxurious and very comfortable. The hanging bridge mosque is a great feature, with a beautiful view of the Kaaba from above. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful, especially in making everything easier for a wheelchair user. I also really appreciated the complimentary accessible van service provided for transportation to and from the Haram. Overall, the accessibility and staff support made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

Everything was excellent - service was exceptional. Quality of cleaning, rooms and the sky musalla was the highlight. Would highly recommend.

To reach the HARAM ether take the bus which runs every 5 minutes to elevator near Regency hotel to reach ground floor then walk across the street to reach the extension of the HARAM near ATWHEED HOTEL (which is a hassle for wheelchair) .

Tout était parfait. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, à proximité immédiate de la Mosquée sacrée. L’hôtel est très confortable, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et professionnel. La chambre était agréable et le séjour a été très reposant. Une excellente expérience que je recommande vivement.

Rien de particulier. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour.

شباك المطل ع الكعبه كنت دافعه مبلغ كبير وكان الشباك القزاز متسخ جدا ولم اتوقع الاطلاله بهذا الشباك الصغير ع اني مختاره مطله على الكعبه فقط اخذو المبلغ وحاولت اغير الغرفه الى غرفه اخرى وشباك اوسع او تغير الاطلاله من الكعبه الى اطلاله على الحرم بشباك اوسع دفعت المبلغ كبير بالنسبه لي على اطلاله لم اريدها ولم اتوقعها بهذا الصغر

Amazing beds. After completing Umrah the thing you love most is coming back to a cloud like bed and I fell asleep super quick. Lovely large rooms. Comfy pillows. Beautiful interiors and there’s so much to explore with the multiple lobbies and fabulous coffee shop. Breakfast was divine. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to partial Haram view room :) Try to go in the low season as hotel is quieter.

If you are traveling with older parents the walk to the Haram is a bit far and it’s uphill. And in the summer it’s hard to walk. The shuttle is regular and quick with little waiting time.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the things that you might need when travelling. The interior design of the rooms and hotel is very nice and provides a feeling of space and cleanliness. The location was superb and provides a nice overview of the Masjid when going down the escalators. There are plenty of coffee shops and pharmacies nearby.

I have nothing negative to say about the property. The staff were very kind and were always welcoming and ready to listen to any questions that I might have.

This was my 5th time staying at Address Jabal Omar, and once again, the experience was amazing. Having stayed here several times now, what really stands out for me is the staff. They genuinely make the stay even better and are always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Raza Jamal, the manager at the breakfast restaurant, who was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure my daughter had hash browns at breakfast. It was a small gesture, but it showed how much attention he gives to guests and their individual needs. Really appreciated his kindness and service. I’d also like to mention Ripon from housekeeping on the 26th floor. He provided great service and looked after us so well during our stay. He was always helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Dania from Guest Services also deserves a special mention for all her help during our stay. She was very helpful and made things much easier for us whenever we needed assistance. Thank you to Raza, Ripon, Dania and the whole Address Jabal Omar team for making our 5th stay another great one. It’s the staff and the level of hospitality that keep bringing us back. Apart from these points, we had no issues at all. Another fantastic stay and we look forward to returning to Address Jabal Omar again, InshaAllah.

There are just a couple of areas I think could be improved. The shuttle service from the Haram back to the hotel can be quite difficult at busy times. I think it would be much better if there was a system where only Address Jabal Omar guests could use the lifts from the Haram, as this would make the return to the hotel much smoother for hotel guests. The breakfast could also have a little more variety, especially for guests staying for several days, as the selection can start to feel repetitive.

Het meest beviel me dat de roomcleaners echt heel behulpzaam waren. Het hotel is schoon en fijn.

Ik heb vaker bij dit hotel geboekt alleen vind ik het jammer dat als ik nu boek extra moet betalen voor een tweepersoons bed. We hebben erom gevraagd bij het inchecken maar helaas werd daar moeilijk over gedaan. Dus mijn man en ik kregen elk een eenpersoons bed voor ons verblijf.

Very close to the haram, amazing sky musallah, overall beautiful hotel, clean with friendly and nice staff.

The fridge wasn’t working properly in our room but aside from that everything was good.

The staff , especially the reception staff They were very racist . I had a problem with my AC , I called the receptionist to help out , after a few hours they call an engineer to check out the AC , he came for 2 days straight without actually fixing it so I decided to just change my room . I was told a room was ready but no one came to show me the room , after about 5 hours of waiting I met another receptionist (male) I explained the whole situation to him , he then looked at me and told me he had costumers to attend to now . I was shocked , was I not a costumer too , so I went to another receptionist who helped me out Then came the problem with the cleaner , the drain in the toilet started to bring out some kind of dirty fluid , the cleaner decided to use a towel to clean the dirty water then used that same dirty water and towel to clean the room . I had to correct the cleaner on how to properly clean and about infection control . I even had to get bleach to disinfect the whole room . And you will always find hair strands on the floor especially the bathrooms and under the sink slab with water . The cleaners need to really improve in the cleaning Same goes with the lobby securities , they need to be much nicer , a taxi was waiting for me outside , as soon as I entered the taxi , the lobby security started pounding the car , both me and the taxi driver got scared , the driver later got out and ask him why he was doing that , and he told him other costumers wanted to leave . The main improvements have to do with the cleaning and staff All the kitchen staff are very lovely and I also met a very nice receptionist ( ms. Aisha ) Let’s also not forget the very rude masjid (female) masjid security I think it all has to do with racism because right in front of me they don’t act like that to other nationalities, it seems they only do that to.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. I stayed in November 2025 and it made my Umrah so memorable. The location was fantastic, I used the Makkah bus to come from the Makkah train station so it dropped us in front and it was easy to find. We had lounge access and free breakfast, the food, and drinks were absolutely amazing. There was a huge variety, I particularly enjoyed their soups, fruits and juices. The staff were super friendly, helpful and so hospitable. The hotel itself, room and the famous prayer room was so beautiful and breathtaking. The hotel and my room was just so luxurious and had an amazing view of the Kabaah. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

There weren't many negatives about it apart from the area where the hotel is situated and had escalators, they stopped operating on my last day when I needed to take my luggage down. There wasn't an operating lift so for someone with mobility issues or who use a wheelchair, that area would be difficult to come in and out unless there was a different way on the other side but I think you need taxis then.

Excellent comfortable stay. Every 5 min shuttle to Haram and than a 7-10 min walk. Very nice. I requested for an extension and due to Zohar prayers they extended immediately to 2:00 PM. Very friendly staff.

My stay at Address Hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far short of five-star standards. In fact, our stay at the 4-star Rotana Hotel in Medina was a wonderful experience that was incomparably better than this one. The location of Address Hotel is inconveniently far from the Haram, and delivery apps do not cover the area, forcing guests to walk long distances to find basic amenities, supermarkets, or restaurants. The hotel lacks proper facilities and feels more like a commercial residential block than a luxury hotel. The room is cluttered with unnecessary items—such as placing the TV remote inside a decorative box—in a superficial attempt to create a fake sense of luxury, while actual essentials are neglected. The minibar was completely empty, offering only a QR code menu with exorbitantly overpriced items. Furthermore, overall service and hospitality were non-existent. Staff members were cold and unwelcoming. Security checks were overly intrusive, demanding room key cards upon entering the hotel and even when accessing the prayer hall, creating an uncomfortable environment. To top it off, the food at the restaurant was mediocre at best and completely overpriced. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I will definitely not be returning.

Très beau Hôtel avec du personnel très satisfaisant.seule remarque est que les vitres dans notre chambre sont Mal nettoyer.Tres mal vue partial du Haram.J'etait au 31etage Tower 1 . Par contre nous avons une chambre spacieuse avec une Décoration simple ET très chic.

J'ai pas apprécié le fait que le personnel n'a pas pue identifier notre pleine réserve à temps. L'arrivée,il nous dit qu'ont à réserver qu'une seule alors que nous avons pris 4 nuits et payé à l'avance.Ils nous demande de contact Booking avant de confirmer la réservation. .

تعامل الموظفين وقت وصولي حيث ان الاسم الموجود في بوكينق لم يتطابق مع اسمي الرباعي وواجهت هذه المشكلة لاول مره رغم وجود الحجر وتركتني الموظفه انتظر الى ان سجلت اسمي الموجود بالهوية كامل ولم تشرح لي كيفية الطلبات اذا احتجت شيء حيث اكتشفتها مؤخراً في جهاز التلفزيون وكذلك احد الموظفين حين سألناه عن منطقة اجياد لاساور القولف اقترح الذهاب من الحهة الاخرى بدون باص مما ادى للجهد لنا واكتشفنا ان الباص كان افضل بكثير ولكن لماذا اقترح لنا ذلك لااعرف هذا يوم الخميس يوم الحجز
