Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah

location was wonderful staff are amazing

when you check in they don't explain everything clearly

Muhteşem herşey harikaydı fevkalade özellikle kardeşim Abdulkerim yemekhane şefi muhteşem ötesi bir insan biz Türkler için Türkçe konuşmayı biliyor herşeyimizle ilgilendi herzaman tercih ediyoruz cevap edicez

Herşeyi harikaydı olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem

The location is perfect. The Staff was very welcoming and friendly

How clean it was , and proximity to masjid al haram

I didn’t like the dinner restaurant, there were no varieties. And also the food was not really tasty .

Everything was very nice. 👌

All very good 👍🏻

Everything at the Conrad Hotel is wonderful, from the cleanliness to the world-class service.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well suited for a family stay. I booked two rooms for my family, and we were very pleased with the amount of space and overall comfort. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is superbly situated close to King Fahd Gate, which makes access to the Haram and the Mataf area very convenient, especially when travelling with family and children. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and very efficient whenever we needed assistance. Overall, the combination of spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, a very convenient location, and good service made our family stay very enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.

For a five-star hotel, I expected the towels to be much whiter and fresher in appearance. They were clean, but they did not have the bright, crisp white look I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. Improving the quality and presentation of the towels would make the overall experience feel more in keeping with a five-star property.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the warm and attentive staff to the delicious food and the excellent facilities. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality.

Proximity to the Haram and easy access before and after prayers.. Amazingly diverse breakfast buffet. Large clean rooms with spacious bathrooms.

Exceptional service at reception by Mohammed Ali. It's always a pleasure to stay at the Conrad

Great stay at Conrad. Excellent location, comfortable hotel, and a wonderful experience.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

Foods so delicious and so many options.

On friday otel front road will close cause of than you walk over 40 minıtes. No suitable for families. They provide extra bed with money.

Service was excellent and everyone was very helpful and courteous. Mention must be made of Mohammed Adnan and Abdur Rahman who were very warm and welcoming during our breakfast time.

Simply one of the best hotels in Makkah Mukarramah! The location is excellent- just a short walk to King Fahd gate. Rooms are incredibly spacious and very suitable for families. The staff are fantastic, from the Manager Muhammad Ali, Tariq bhai at breakfast and room service staff. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Conrad Makkah I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire team at Conrad Makkah for the outstanding service we received during our stay. A special thank you to Muhammad Ali, Duty Manager, who was incredibly professional, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His leadership and willingness to assist made such a difference, especially while accommodating our large family and group. I would also like to give a special mention to Yousef and Amar, who truly went above and beyond. They went out of their way to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and that our family and group were comfortable and well looked after. Their kindness, patience and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is staff like Muhammad Ali, Yousef and Amar who make a hotel experience truly special. They made us feel valued and welcomed, and we are extremely grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you to the whole Conrad Makkah team for the exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah during Umrah and the experience exceeded expectations, largely thanks to Muhammad Ali, the Manager. He was genuinely kind and hands-on throughout, checking in personally and making sure our family had everything we needed. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was upgraded to two suites, which gave us the space and comfort that makes a difference on a trip like this. The hotel itself is excellent — spotless rooms, a short walk to the Haram, and a front office team that is quick, polite and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping and in-room dining were both reliable. Muhammad Ali and his team represent Conrad at its best, and we look forward to returning in shaa Allah.

Mohammed Adnan is a wonderful employee and cooperative his morals are beautiful

Alhamdulillah every year we've been to Makkah, we always stayed at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah. Brother Muhammad Ali (Hilton Honors Manager) never fell short of providing exceptional service starting from before check-in to after check-out. This time around we had more families joining us, we had seven rooms and brother Ali made sure that every single room was setup according to our need. He has done everything possible to make sure all of us had a pleasant stay. Conrad is very conveniently located just across the street from gate 79, very easy access to mataf area if you want to pray in front of Kaaba. Elevators are never a problem even during prayer times. Hotel itself has a prayer area where prayer is done in congregation with Masjid al-Haram. If you're a diamond member, with access to executive lounge, your lunch and dinner could be covered, which is a plus and could be life saver when you're not sure what to eat or don't have enough time to grab something from outside. Breakfast had varieties of selection, no short of choices. Every server at the restaurant, executive lounge and cleaning crews assigned to our floor always asked and made sure to provide what we needed. At our departure time, Imam Hussain, made sure all our luggages were loaded to the car properly, didn't have to worry about if something was missing or not. Year after year I've returned to this hotel with a peace of mind knowing brother Ali is there and will take care of any issues/concerns we may have.

AC in the room was very weak, and this is my second experience with it. Housekeeping need to include topping up tissues. Buffet was elaborate, personalized services by Mohammed Adnan and Sarah were a delight.

Everything, staff at reception , house keeping , breakfast. Room was cleaned every day .

Although location is good , the police block up the road . Makes it very difficult to go through and you have to go all the way round . Especially with elderly people with wheel chair . Breakfast gets busy ,

We were upgraded to a more comfortable room on the 19th floor with Haram View. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was amazing. Everything was nearby. The haram was right across the entrance of the hotel. I couldn't have made a better choice. Conrad was perfect!

Customer service and Breakfast was amazing, Hotel was clean and modern and with it being close to the Haram it was a massive plus. With food places located in the same tower and adjoining towers, everything was in close proximity of the Hotel.

After cleaning the room freshner was intense....although a nice smell...it was very strong for my nose.
