Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, which makes it easy for guests to access the Haram. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good experience with the overall comfort of the room. The hotel has good potential, and its location is definitely one of its strongest advantages.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star Hilton hotel. The carpet was not clean, and there was dirt on the walls, even if some of it was not very noticeable. The sink in our room was also leaking water. Instead of properly fixing the issue or offering us another room, the staff placed a towel behind the sink to absorb the leaking water. This is not an acceptable solution for a five-star hotel. I believe the management needs to pay much more attention to cleanliness, room maintenance, and the quality of solutions offered to guests. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements.

Exceptionally Good. State of the art hotel and there facilities as well. Breakfast is excellent in terms of menu presentation and the way it’s served. Strongly recommended

Only issue is its located on little hight and especially when ur coming back from Haram ur extremely tired and its little problematic if ur accompanied with small kids.

The location, the room size , the staff , the breakfast The in room dining prices, the food we ordered from menu wasn’t that good quality as expected but in reasonable prices, the elevators never late and there are 8 which is so practical

The praying room in the Hotel was small and had no view The food menu was not a high quality in taste but good in presentation High price for urgent laundry

Room, View from my room, and the distance from the Haram. That trip was comfortable for me.

I was actually hoping there would be something available to heat up our meals. Since many people visit for Umrah, meal timings can be quite unpredictable, and sometimes we end up eating very late, even around midnight. Unfortunately, there was no facility available to warm our food, which made things a little difficult. and off course coffee machine.

نظافة المكان و حسن التعامل من الموظفين وقربه من الحرم

The ac was very hot and I talked to them about the ac and also the told me that they will do an upgrade with harm view but it's so bad

Great staff, super clean and great location- 2 mins walk to the haram.

Can't fault anything.

Its nearly from haram ,, all restaurants are in Jabal Omar Mall

It was all amazing! Everyone was friendly, really close to the Haram, spacious, really good!

Some of the sockets in our room didn't work or stopped working, but no other issues

Close to harm Well organized Friendly staff Food is great

Room service , Haram view, location

I wanted my room to be single big bed for me and wifey but they gave us 2 separate beds like the children room

1. Location: walking short distance to Haram, not too high though, it is on the lower side of a small hill. 2. Express Check-in and out. 3. Wide, clean, quite and luxurious room with a fantastic view over Masjid haram. 4. Room cleaned perfectly everyday. 5. The room has everything you need, toothpaste, slippers, kettle, water, iron .. etc.

Nothing, all went good.

Wheelchair accessible issue to HRAM due to high elevation and slope to push a wheelchair was very painful, I am not going to stay in this hotel on my next trip.

The accommodations and the staff were exceptional. I could not have asked for anything better.

Excellent stay at Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah. The location is truly convenient for Umrah, with easy access to Masjidil Haram, which made our daily prayers and Umrah much more comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room provided a relaxing space to rest after a long day of worship. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was also impressive — spacious and well-equipped. The water pressure was good. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The combination of an excellent location, beautiful rooms, helpful staff and clean facilities made this hotel a great choice for our stay in Makkah. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return again.

the location is convenient for those who are fit and able to walk but the route to Masjidil Haram can be quiet challenging for elderly guests and those usimg wheelchairs especially due to the uphill and downhill paths. For families travelling with elderly parents or wheelchair users, this is something to consider.

Overall experience was excellent, from location, staff, cleanliness, facilities and customer service.

The location. The staff. The quietness

The floor I was didn’t smell very nice. I realized there are different towers, probably that particular tower still needs some touch up.

Cleanliness and supportive staff

Hotel is very close to Masjid al Haram and is within walking distance. Hotel staff were very kind and were always helpful. Had a partial view of haram from my room. Clean and very spacious room..there is a great selection of food for breakfast.

I really loved the proximity of the hotel to the masjid Haram, easy to commute between the two places. During our stay, we had dinner in different occasions the food was great. I highly recommand trying the restaurant at least once. Excellent staffs, big shout out to the restaurant Manager who was very welcoming and present at each custommer's table to make sure we got what we needed.

It was decent and clean, I liked the ambiance and all, friendly staff, quick and easy check in/out.

Only the bed was a bit disappointing, honestly I thought it would be soft like one would expect at a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was great. Hotel location is convenient.

I had a great experience at Hilton Hotel & Convention Makkah. The location, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was a comfortable place to stay. Overall, a really pleasant experience and definitely worth the rating I gave it.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was absolutely 10 out of 10 — from the cleanliness and service to the location and overall experience. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hotel is near the Haram. The Hotel Room is so Spacious. View is Amazing. The Food also delicious.

All is perfect.

I like everything pretty much!

The ramp to go to Haram from the hotel is really inconvenient and the hotel can not offer much to solve that issue so a little walk is a must

Everything was perfect Thanks to all the staff

one lady on the reception wasn't professional and kept me waiting for more than 5 hours to let me check-in although i mentioned in my booking that i will arrive at 12pm. moreover, the lady didnt care about my feedback, her name is Bashayer.

the stuff.. keeping waiting for check-in more than 5 hours. i mentioned in my booking that we coming to celebrate our anniversary and requested cake to be in my room but i was disappointed.

Car parking was charged additionally. One having stay in hotel should be provided free parking. I come all the way from Al Qassim and where do I park my car. Parking was also expensive, for 5 days I was charged more that 900 riyals.
