We initially experienced issues with the bus schedules, but fortunately, the team resolved them. The delays might not be entirely their responsibility, as Mecca's rapid expansion and ongoing construction make accessing the Kaaba increasingly difficult.

Servis var ama açık söyleyeyim çok uzağa indiriyor yani yaşlı bir kişi mağdur olacaktır. Haram a En az 15 dakika yürümek gerekiyor . Servisten Kabe nin yanına Git gel yaklaşık 2.5- 3 km ye yakın yürümek gerek . Odada pencere yok bu büyük bir sorun . Servis her saat başı var servisçi arkadaşlar çok iyi ve güleryüzlü insanlar. 10 gün konakladık genç olduğum için mesafe sorun olmadı ama yaşlı olsaydım o kadar yürümek hoşuma gitmezdi

Transportation to the sanctuary is every hour, which forces the visitor to wait for the bus while it is parked at the hotel. The location of the hotel is towards the new expansion from us. The visitor is forced to walk around the Grand Mosque.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Am meisten hat mir der Personal an der Rezeption gefallen. Vorallem Abdulwahhab, er hat mir bezüglich Flughafentransfer in der letzten Sekunde sehr geholfen. Rashid, der Shuttle Chauffeur der war äußerst nett, hat mir tesbih geschenkt, werde es mein lebenslang behalten und für ihm beten 😁 Herzlichen Dank nochmals.
Aufgrund Baustelle nebenan und sehr viele Fahrzeuge die hupen und Motor laufenlassen war die Lage m nicht so ganz ruhig, konnte nicht ruhig schlafen. Der Nachbar, ein Hotelgast nebenan war sehr laut, hatten kein Empathie, musste an die Rezeption Beschwerde einlegen..

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026الفندق نظيف و حديث ،موظفى الاستقبال متعاونيين و رائعين ، سائق الباص للحرم راشد قمة الاحترام و مسؤول المطعم مولدي و خدمة الغرف عبدالواحد ممتازين . الفندق قريب من الحرم الباص يوصل إلى شعب عامر ومنه مشى على الأقدام حوالي كيلومتر بالنسبه للشباب و الأصحاء المسافة ليست كبيرة ولكن كبار السن يستحسن أخذ اوبر او تكسي .

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026It was extremely clean and spacious and had a great view of Makkah Clock Tower. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Only one downside is the location and shuttle. The shuttle bus is free but not very useful as it drops you off to a point which is at the Manaret Ghaza hotel where you have to walk past All of the Masjid construction and get to the Sai point to enter the mosque. I recommend taking a taxi to underneath clock tower.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026DO NOT FALL FOR IT. No parking .. parking only for staff!! and only 5 spaces outside for the entire hotel. And if you park in the street “which is a dead end btw “ you will be fined. 3 days in row of begging for house keeping and cleaning my room, I spoke to 2 different receptionist about it and the cleaning team. The only action was taken is when I escalated and called for a manger. I regret for spending … sorry .. for eating my time nd journey in that hotel. The reception worker advices it went to the western hotel because it’s better but that was very disappointing. They claim they re a 4 star hotel , but I would give it 2 and I’m being very generous about it. Again… WORST 4S HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE. Oh you think the deal was good? Wait until traffic police fine you. I’m done!!!

تصميم الغرف. نقص خدمات الغرفة من صابون وشامبو.. عدم تغيير المفارش من العمالة ليست هناك رقابة صارمة. كان هناك لخبطة شديدة عند دخولي للفندق وطلبت تغيير الحجز ليشمل الافطار وتم الرفض مع ان سياسة الفندق والموقع تؤهل وتسمح بذلك. موظفات الاستقبال غير، محترفات في التعامل والادارة ومخاطبة مسؤولي الحجوزات. تجربة سيئة معي لن تتكرر

The transport to Haram is back side and it's like 20 to 25 min to King Fahad Gate 1 it's like you have to walk in hot sun around the Haram boundary. If you can make the transport exactly below the under tunnel of haram where all the taxi and busses go and drop it would really save a lot of walking

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026ممتاز جدا ومريح وأنيق وفيه جميع الخدمات واشكر الموظفين علي تعاملهم هذه ثالث سنة معهم في هذا الموقع بضبط والفطور كل يوم نوع خدمة التوصيل الي الحرم 24 ساعة ما عدا يوم الجمعة إذا صار فيه إشكاليه في الطريق المرور بس متوفر يوم الجمعة بس إذا كان فيه مشاكل فقط المسافة قريبة جدا بالنسبة تاكسي من جيني ب 10 ريال واذا مجاني باص الفندق متوفر
اريد فقط تغيير في نظام اخذ الناس من الحرم وقت إذا نزلت الناس في الحرم قبل المغرب يأخذهم الباص بعد العشاء يعني بعد ما ينتهي صلاة العشاء ب نص ساعة لكي أنا وصلت الي الباص اركض بعد صلاة العشاء لان وقته خلاص بيمشي علي طول انتهت الصلاة 9 حكم الباص يتحرك 9:15 وهناك مسافة طويلة للوصول الي الباص ف ياليت تشوفون هذه الملاحظة وعندي ملاحظة ثانيه طلبت صابون يد في الفندق ما جاني إلا متاخر فقط لا غير وشكرا لهم علي تعاونهم

The location of the Hotel not for the elderly. There is a shuttle but it's not available all the time only hourly. Does not wait long enough at the Haram to collect guests. Most of the had to walk back to the hotel. Could not locate the gym. No Cafe on the premises for necessities.

Breakfast was excellent and I was advised to try one of the Eastern delicacies by one of the restaurant's staff which I enjoyed. Location is top notch and quiet. Fast food joints and shops are few minutes walk away. I will return for another stay In Shaa Allah.

Tissue box in the bedroom has less tissues in it. I could ask for more, however, before someone checks in, it's better to review if everything is enough there. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would also suggest to keep a door mat in front of the toilets which can absorb the water from our legs. I am not sure if it's practical or not. Just a suggestion.
