Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The room was clean and had all the hygiene necessities also had iron with board, drayer, good quality Aircon without any smell or so. Had fridge. Extra pillows and had locker safe also had fridge, hot kettle with some complimentary goodies with it. The washroom had all the necessary stuff aswell with extra clean without any smell good towels, hot and cold water aswell. I liked the stay alot and because i had the breakfast in my booking it was also good with alot of variety and different foods for breakfast. I liked its free shuttle bus service after every one hour to haram shareef. I will Insha’Allah be staying there again. It made me feel good and relaxed.
My time there was less so didn’t get anything bad or unpleasant.

Kabeye 1.30 dk yürüme mesafesinde.servisle gittiğimizde de indikten sonra yarım saat yürüyoruz zaten gitmeden yorulmuş oluyoruz.. odamdaki koltuk kirikti.kapiya okuttugum kart başta calismadi aradım gelip ilgilenmediler ben gittim ikinci kez tekrar oldu aonra duzelttiler. Odami temizlemek için hic gelmediler,kapıya takılacak bir şey de vermediler.her gün suyum bitiyordu arayıp su istiyordum. Resepsiyonu aradığımda ilk günlerde hiç ulaşamadım uyardikran sonra düzeldi.kapidan o kadar ses geliyordu ki karşıdaki kalan ailenin sesinden gece boyu defalarca uyanıyordum,uyarmama rağmen bir şey değişmedi.tek yaptıkları güzel şeyhatalarini telafi etmek için odama meyve tabağı göndermeleri ..

Servisten indikten sonra sonra mescidi harama en yakın giriş kapısı babüsselam ve buraya sakin bir yürüyüş 20 dk sürüyor. Ancak inşaat, tadilat nedeniyle bu kapı kapalı olabiliyor. Bu durumda başka kapıılara yürümek zıorundasınız. Buda yorucu oluyor. Tadilat biterse ve kapıda açık tutulursa sorun biter gözüküyor. Bu fiyata kabeye yürüme yakın ve bu kalitede bir otelde bulmanın pek mümkün olmayacağınıda not edelim. Bu durumda belki servisi daha yakın bir noktaya (varsa tabi) bırakan, daha uzaktaki, düşük maliyetli bir otel düşünülebilir. Anca bu otelin bir marka olduğu ve bir kalite standartını genellikle sağladıığıda unutulmamalı.

One small change that would make the experience better, which is make the transportation to Al Haram every 30 minutes which the bus driver is available most of the time and you can make the 2 buses of west and east hotel connected one at the start of the hour like 1:00 pm and the other bus driver start at 1:30

مكانه سيء وداخل خرابه والمشكله في الموقع مايجيبني مع الطريق السهل يدخلني أماكن ما تنفذ بين الحواري وتكون ماتنفذ وضيقه وصراحه اتعبني لين وصلت الفندق بعد مارحت بارك ان الشرقي سألت حراس الامن وماقصرو ولا الموقع في قوقل ماب خطأ

طريقه التوصيل للحرم صعبه جدا واذا وصلك الباص تجلس تمشي حول 25 دقيقه مشي عالأقدام لين توصل للحرم وايضا تقطع شارعين رئيسيه ومزحومه وخطيره لا تنفع السكن فيها اذا معك اطفال او كبار سن يجب ان تكون لياقتك البدنيه فوق الممتازه لكي تصل للحرم وان فيك حيل تصلي وتتعبد الله توصل للحرم وانت منهلك ومعد فيك حيل تتحرك اول واخر مره نتعامل معه

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026ماشاء الله الفندق رائع ونظيف والغرفة واسعة والسرير مريح جدا هادئ جدا ولا يوجد ازعاج يوجد طابقين لمواقف السيارات الاستقبال شباب سعوديين قمة في الرقي والاخلاق وحسن التعامل مع الضيوف العمال متعاونين بشكل كبير اوصي فيه بشده حجزي كان غرفة بسرير مزدوج
الفندق يقع داخل حي شعبي ولكن جميع الخدمات قريبة جدا ويمكن الوصول لها مشي مثل البقالة والمطاعم والمغاسل وايضا يوجد موقف باص ترددي للحرم قريب من الفندق

Servis saat başı kalkıyordu kaçırdın mıydı 1 saat zamanın boşa gidiyordu yarım saate bir servis konsa çok daha iyi olurdu konum olarak aslında yakın fakat yürümek sıcakta yürümek mesele orada zaman ve güç çok önemli çok kıymetli zamanını ve gücünü yolda harcamak istemeyebilirsin.

1- ضروري جدا تكون فيه أريحية في وقت الخروج فلا يجبر النزيل على الخروج في أصعب وقت وهو الظهر ، والحل هو تطبيق قرار وزارة السياحة في منع إجبار النزيل على الخروج قبل 20 ساعة من وقت دخوله للفندق. 2- وجود صور حيوانات داخل غرفة النوم مخالف شرعا وينبغي تجنبه ووضع صور من معبرة عن طبيعة المدينة وجمالها وقدسيتها.
