Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Housekeeping’in ilgileri ve alakalarını, vale beyefendinin ilgi alakasını, akşam yemeklerinin çeşitliliğini ve tatlılarını, otelin konumunu, otelin içinden çıkmadan tüm alışverişi yapabilmeyi, asansörlerin çokluğunu, otelin gürültülü olmamasını çok beğendik :)
Odadaki cam açılıyor muydu bilmiyoruz ama biz açamadık, açabilseydik odayı havalandırmak için iyi olabilirdi.

You get charged when there and I was told I did not reserve with breakfast which I did. I feel there is a lot of mis selling. The location is somewhat weird for doing umrah ur close to safa marwa gate which means u have to walk atleast 30 minutes to reach normal entrance of the haram. Room service was poor after reminding housekeeping to clean up the room was still not cleaned up.

Odalar biraz küçük. Çok fazla Türk müşterisi var resepsiyon da Türkçe bilen biri bulundurulması lazım

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026كانت لي تجربة رائعة مع فندق آرائك غزة،اولا الحجز كان قبل وقت الدخول بساعتين، لكن الاخ الاستاذ احمد الهذلي في الاستقبال ماشاء الله عليه،ابتسامة وخدمة سريعةومميزة،أعطاني غرفة في الطابق رقم 1809 في البرج المقابل للحرم،المصاعد لا تعد ولا تحصى،منظر الغرفة كان جد رائع و مميز كثيرا،كل شيء موجود النظافة،المكيف،التلفزيون،الماء الساخن،طاولة وكرسيين،ثلاجة،عازل الصوت للغرف،راحة السرير،المصلى، فطور الصباح vip أكثر من رائع،لكثرة الاختيارات الشهية، اتمنى العودة قريبا،شكرا لكم فندق آرائك غزة

ملاحظه بسيطه فقط وهي عند التنظيف لم يقم العامل بوضع المناديل وكذلك الضيافه من الشاي والقهوه وعند طلبي تم توفيرها . وكذلك الاصوات الغرف التي بجانبي لايوجد خصوصيه اسمع حديثهم ازعاج خاصة الاطفال وجزاكم الله خير

It is more near the King Salman Gate area. Hence have to walk a bit to get to the Mataf but doable walk if u r not very old and unfit.room was very basic. Small fridge with no door racks to hold the bottles. House keeping were not regularly topping up the coffee/ tea. Have to ask to put the towels. Not regularly cleaning the room as well. Shower area .. causes water to splash out . No enough coverage Breakfast options were not good as well. Tea / coffee in paper cups. Even coffee you have to prepare from sachet. No liquid milk. Few Times we did breakfast from outside.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026اعجبني انه منطقه مركزيه قريبه من الحرم او بالاصح قريبه من ساحات الحرم يعني الوصول لصحن الطواف او حتى الساحه الخارجيه ياخذ وقت بالنسبه لنا استأجرنا تاكسي ايضا قريب من المطاعم وتحت الفندق يوجد بقالات واسواق متواضعه تبيع الملابس والطواقي والسبحات وماالى ذلك والبوفيه جميل اعجبني تنوع الاجبان واللبنه ايضا اعجبني تعامل موظفة الاستقبال عند البوفيه الاستاذه دعاء تعاملها راقي ومرن واخلاق عاليه وترحيب جميل جدا حسستنا كأننا ضيوف عندها،، تعرفت على اسمها لأجل اقيمها مع انها فوق التقييم .
والذي لم يعجبني ان الغرفه الرباعيه ضيقه مساحتها جدا بلكاد نستطيع التحرك فيها ولو فكرنا نأكل فيها فلا يوجد مساحه ابدا سرر موزعه هنا وهناك وممر ضيق جدا ودورة المياه تحتاج اهتمام اكبر ايضا المواقف المفروض مجانيه اتمنى ان لاتحذو الفنادق الاخرى حذوكم وان لاتكونوا سبب في الاثقال على الناس يعني قيمة الفندق مع البوفيه مع المواقف مكلفه ولكن عزاءنا هو القرب من بيت الله وتجربه بصراحه لااود تكرارها

Distance to the haram kaba is about 20 to 25min walk. In hot weather I found it difficult.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026I had a wonderful stay! The view from my window was absolutely amazing, with a stunning view of the Clock Tower. It made my stay even more special and unforgettable. The staff were also very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Another thing I really appreciated was the large number of elevators, which made getting to and from the hotel much faster and more convenient, even when it was busy. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The hotel is a little far from the Kaaba entrance, although this may be due to the ongoing expansion and construction around Masjid al-Haram. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide a buggy or shuttle service for Umrah pilgrims going to and from the Haram, especially for elderly guests.

السرير السرير السنقل ياجماعة صغيرة اذا طولك فوق 175 ماينفع تسكن عندهم على سرير ينقل وعرضه سخيف كل شوي اطيح منه فرشة الغرفة قديمة لو تغير راح يعطي نظافة للغرفة.
