طبعا فنادق جميرا ماعليها كلام تم عمل ترقيت لغرفتي وهذا الشي اشكركم عليه جدا طاقم العمل جدا خدومين وبشوشين ومرحبين وتعاملهم جدا راقي النظافه لايعلا عليها وكل الاحتياجات متوفره بالغرفه وزياده بعد والاطلاله على ساحات الحرم

لا شي فقط الاضاء بالغرفه جدا خفيفه معتمدين عالابجورات فقط

تعامل الموظفين كان جداً راقى وبالذات رزان واصيل الثقفى

في المره السابقه كان بوفيه العشاء جداً متنوع ولذيذ ولكن هذى المره كان اسيوى بحت او اندنوسي

A special thank you to Maqsood and his dinner team for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Another thing I really appreciated is how well the hotel takes your personal requests into account. Before our arrival, I requested that two baby cots be prepared in the room for my two young children. To my pleasant surprise, both baby cots were already in the room when we arrived. I found this remarkable, especially because I have stayed in many hotels and, in my experience, baby cots are rarely prepared in advance. In most hotels, you have to request them again after arrival and then wait for them to be brought to your room. I also requested that our room be cleaned at a specific time each day, as this worked best with the daily routine and schedule of my young children. The hotel took this request seriously and consistently made every effort to clean the room at the requested time. These may seem like small details, but when you are travelling with young children, they make a huge difference and show how attentive the hotel is to the individual needs of its guests. I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights, and although nothing can ever be perfect, the staff consistently strive to provide the best possible experience.

Le petit déjeuner toujours aussi excellent. Une belle salle de prière. Des espaces de réception exceptionnels

Malheureusement l'hôtel s'est ouvert aux groupes ce qui fait perdre du caractère luxueux des hôtels Jumeirah : cris dans les couloirs, détritus abandonnés dans les espaces communs, aliments touchés avec les mains puis remis sur les présentoirs au petit déjeuner... La moquette de la chambre était très sale. Mes demandes faites à la réception ont été partiellement prises en compte ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Une formation au personnel est vraiment nécessaire. Faible éclairage dans les chambres. Les travaux de la phase 2 jabal Omar provoquent des nuisances sonores jours et nuits (tour 4). En conclusion, une regrettable régression depuis mon précédent séjour il y a 2 ans.

The reception staff were very professional, responsive, and helpful. The hotel lobby has a beautiful design, and the overall cleanliness was noticeably better than many other hotels. The beds were very comfortable, and the room size was suitable. I also appreciated the mosque inside the hotel, which was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the Haram. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the Haram and surrounded by many cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Nothing significant to mention. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is my third time staying in the hotel . Every time they shows a high level of hospitality. However, this time they did a really nice gesture by sending a cake to my room since it is my birthday . Plus to that they did upgraded my room to a suite to make the stay more enjoyable. I want to thank the team that are behind this wonderful efforts that we can see in every aspect of the hotel .

I booked two rooms with haram view but what I got there are not the same in pictures with my booking was only partially view so I asked one of the staff to resolve the issue but he didn’t help so I raised it to the manager but couldn’t find any solution with them even the staff uncooperative. In addition, booking.com they never helped me with customer service or solve this issue once you paid before you reach you will not get anything from them or promotion. what a bad experience!

Not too bad, average room, badly structured-engineered tho. Room felt awkward, toilet outdated. Breakfast was a total battlefield. Staff was nice and friendly all the way.

Rooms partial view should be relabled into 'barely a view', breakfast diner area was a battlefield, they should have a firm control or a better sturcture for order. If not then force dine in-your-room rule on all guests. Then they had this basic mad setup of not serving anything at the lobby until late afternoon. Merely water only was presented. I was expecting a basic arabic coffee at all times with few dates for energy. Since all guests are here for the heavy duty of going for the Umrah, serving arabic coffee wirh dates should be second nature. Inconsiderate, unprofessional management. First and last stay with Jumeirah hotels.

Sve je bilo vise nego uredno od lokacije komocije cistoce usluge prijatnog osoblja. Sve zahtjeve koje smo imali su bili ispunjeni. Preporucujem bivanje u ovom objektu. Cijena odgovarajuca. Bogat dorucak sa veoma dobrom uslugom.

Their hospitality is exceptional. We have been greeted with flowers for my wife and also in our room with special decorations to celebrate our start of our honeymoon. All was a surprise and complementary without doing any special arrangements. In addition, i have requested a different room which they have accommodated with exceptional views of the haram.

3 kişilik oda sakın almayın. 2 kişilik odaya ek yatak sığdırmaya çalışıyorlar. İki saat resepsiyondaki anlayış çalışanlar bunun tartışmasını yaşadım. Yemekler çeşitli ama lezzetti değil. Kesinlikle akşam yemeği parasını hak etmiyor. Kahvaltısı güzel.

Service by the team was exceptional, above and beyond typical for Jumeirah. Food was great more seafood and fish on the buffet would have been better but other than that everything was great.

Personelin ilgi alakası çok iyiydi özellikle restaurant girişndeki sorumlu Bigim Hanım çok güleryüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi.

Konaklamamızdaki tek problem ilk verdikleri oda temiz değildi ama hemen çözüm ürettiler odayı değiştirdiler.

I stayed at this hotel, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. This has easily been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and without hesitation, I will be recommending this hotel to my friends, family, and anyone planning to visit Makkah. In fact, after this experience, I have already decided that this will be my permanent hotel of choice whenever I return to Makkah, In Sha Allah. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt exceptional. Let me start with the ambience because it immediately sets the tone for the entire experience. As soon as you walk through the entrance, you can immediately tell that this is a hotel that pays attention to detail. Everything feels beautiful, elegant, clean, peaceful, and welcoming. There is a sense of calm as soon as you enter, which is particularly appreciated after travelling a long way and visiting Makkah for such an important and spiritual journey. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, and willing to help. From the concierge to reception, everyone made us feel valued and looked after. The concierge and reception team deserves a special mention. They were so welcoming and helpful and made everything much easier for us from the moment we arrived. We arrived early in the morning, well before the official check-in time of 4pm. They safely kept our luggage for us while we went to perform our Umrah, allowing us to focus on our worship without having to worry about our belongings or what we were going to do with our luggage. We completed our Umrah at around 9am and returned to the hotel exhausted. Even though the official check-in time was 4pm, the reception team went out of their way to make sure that a room was available for us. To our surprise, we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite at no added cost. I genuinely cannot express how much this meant to us.

The cleanliness overall was average — they can do better. There are stains on the carpet and the couches, and the smell isn't great. Maybe a special scent in the rooms could help. There's a lot of room for improvement. I’m really disappointed

Jumeirah Jabal Omar was a wonderful choice for our Umrah stay. The biggest advantage is its very close walking distance to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient for going to prayers and performing Umrah, especially during the busy times. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. The location made our stay in Makkah much easier and more peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel for their Umrah journey. We would definitely stay here again.
