Perfect location for games at Tropicana Great neighbourhood, especially with Mercado and Green Bench across the street As smooth a checkin process you can imagine. I used the all online version, where you also can "apply" for an early checkin and get notified, if it gets granted Since I got my early checkin time, just as I landed in Tampa, I could speed up the process of heading over I'll likely never return to St. Pete again, though I really like the place. But if I did, I would definitely look at Mint House first

Very clean & convenient to everything

The neighbor above was having a loud argument 3:30-4 am , throwing things around, moving the table & chairs outside around too. I didn't have the number to front desk to let them know, had to wait for the couple to settle down so we could get back to sleep.

The property was clean, modern, and in a great location. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and the check-in process was simple. The building amenities were also very nice.

The beds and mattresses were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep during our stay. Additionally, the pet policy was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. After booking, I was informed of restrictions regarding the number of pets and leaving pets unattended, which created confusion and frustration. These policies should be communicated more clearly before guests make a reservation.

Parking! Your parking accommodations are terrible. I have a handicap permit because of my wife medical condition, but the hotel website or the hotel personnel doesn't explain any type of other parking option. Is likes they make you use only the valet parking for the exaggeration amount of $40.00. I am a disabled veteran with an 89-year-old wife I feel that we deserved better. They charged me $40.00 without never offer any other option.

The parking situation. Everything is valet and it took 30 minutes for the one guy to run over 2 blocks to retrieve your vehicle. There should be 2-3 guys doing this. Also the pool area gets closed too early, not for the pool but for outside visiting area.

Loved Everything Staff Were Amazing

It had a perfect size for us and we loved the mini kitchen.

This was my first time time in St. Pete's and I couldn't have asked for a better location as someone without a car. Easy walk to a number of restaurants, bars, grocery/liquor stores, transportation to the pier and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen had everything you could need if you want to save a little money on eating out. Enjoyed sitting out my balcony at night when it cooled down. Nice sized, warm pool for the days I didn't feel like venturing too far.

My only suggestion would be that more attention needs to be paid to the kitchen area in between guests. Some of the utensils had clearly been used and just put back in the drawer. While I put that largely on the previous, inconsiderate guest, I've seen another comment with the same issue so this is clearly something the hotel needs to be checking. My only issue and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely location , beautiful views

Water pressure was low in that shower and bathroom sink and, parking issue . I understand the valet but the limited hours was not reasonable. Parking on the street sometimes block away extremely inconvenience along side the parking tickets. Also a full size bed was too small for 2 adults . Should have been a queen size or king size bed instead.

Perfect location. Walking distance to great restaurants. Spotless clean, nice decor. The rooms are very comfortable. The pool and BBQ area are small but very nice.

There is no gym or fitness center available. The check-in area lacks privacy for guests who are checking in or asking questions. While the location is very walkable, it would be helpful to have a guide that lists nearby restaurants and grocery stores, as it was too hot to wander around trying to figure it out on my own :).

Very clean property with excellent facilities really modern layout of the apartment, small but has everything you would need. The bed was so comfy, really good mattress on it.

I’m a light sleeper so this wouldn’t effect every guest but I found the street around hotel loud til around 1am and as room was on small size the fridge from kitchenette is right beside bed so three times during night the humming from the fridge was quite loud, even woke my husband who is heavy sleeper. If I had ear plugs with me wouldn’t have been an issue. We were staying for a baseball game, great location for Tropicana field.

Location was perfect. Walkability was perfect. Enjoyed the balcony view of the pool. Lots of good restaurants around and close to the Tampa Bay Rays stadium.

Accidental fee is $250. Room was so-so clean, shower head was crusted with lime and there’s dirt smudges over the doors/side tables by the bed. Every parking option cost money. The dollar value per room cannot be justified.

Nothing not to like! Excellent location, very nice, clean and insanely affordable units! And the best part is they were super dog friendly! There was even a welcome bag for my dogs! The unit was perfect and we will likely never stay anywhere else in St. Pete!

The pool bathroom was disgusting. When valet retrieved my vehicle, I ran back to my room. My car was there but the valet didn’t leave the keys with anybody which caused me to have to walk to my appointment. I was very frustrated and disappointed

Listing photos much better than reality. Felt cheap and uninviting. Water pressure in shower was poor. No ice in freezer or anywhere in building. Blinds don't block light; had to use an eyepatch to sleep. No parking; but found street parking and moved the car every two hours.

Gate to the pool was confusing and didn’t open early enough

Absolutely loved the location. The hotel and grounds were very clean. Our room was pleasant, we appreciated the full size refrigerator and the balcony.

The only negative was the bed. It seems smaller than a traditional queen and it was soft, and low to the ground. I felt stuck in the middle of the bed. And there was no other comfortable chair to sit in the room. Choices were a high top stool or sit on the balcony, or sink into the bed and get stuck.

Contrary to what is advertised, there is no private parking and valet is $40/day. The beds are also full size, not queen, as advertised.

I booked a double bed got a single had to sleep in the bed with my sister. Told customer service about the issue before this happened he told me the room was a 2 bed instead of 1, which clearly said 1 on the reservation bad communication

Valet was understaffed so checking in the car took a long time. Also, the valet directions in the email weren’t accurate. Valet location is on the side of the building and not in front of the main entrance of the hotel like the directions brought us to.
