My family and I didn’t know it was going to be a $50 hold wasn’t mentioned on website only the parking fees and ice marker didn’t work also sheets had a few little spots asked for new ones housekeeping brought them up but I had to change them myself he just gave them to me

Location….nest to the Rays stadium. There were three games in 3 nights. Stayed kinda noisy late into the night. We would still stay here again. It also might be time to do some updating of the rooms.

Close & convenient to the Trop! Easy to get to from the expressway.

Parking is a bit limited & spaces are tight for large SUVs.

De locatie was vooral geweldig, we konden in 20 minuten naar het dali museum lopen en de gratis trolly trein komt ook in de buurt.

Room was extremely clean, comfortable & spacious. The breakfast was one of the best with many hot choices, fresh cooked & well attended.

Went there for a baseball game at the Tropicana Field, it was perfect, it was only a 5 minutes walk.

Our room was right by the pool, and the bright pool lights stayed on all night. The curtains didn't fully cover the window, so the room never got dark, which made it difficult to sleep. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. It started making loud noises, then began rumbling so badly that we had to turn it off just to get some peace and quiet—even though it was the middle of summer. For the price we paid, this was very disappointing. This room shouldn't be rented to guests until these problems are fixed.

Main bed very large and comfortable. Shower large and powerful.room decent size.Great location for the baseball.

Didn’t get room until 5pm. Check in was 4pm. Receptionists attitude was less than welcoming. Sofa bed not made up as requested. Eventually got bedding, had to make bed up ourselves. Breakfast, had to ask for plates and silverware. Many items on buffet empty.

I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. We felt so special staying here. The staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and attentive to our needs, special requests and millions of questions we had. Bonus, they have a complimentary happy hour we were able to enjoy one of our evenings there! The breakfasts were great and whatever we needed they were on top of. The pool and fitness center are kept well maintained and I was able to enjoy both. They even opened the pool early for me to get my swim time in. Special thank you to the front desk staff during our stay that responded no matter how busy it was or what time it was. We had the best time! And the room was great. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room in all the rooms. And easy to get around the area

Our room had many issues and maintenance personnel was not at the hotel after our arrival. These include: Clogged bath tub, AC unit was making a loud and noisy sound, and TV remote not working

I booked and paid in advance for a room with two double beds, but upon arrival the hotel failed to honor the reservation and provided a room with only one bed. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort for my family. Despite the issue being brought to the attention of the staff, no satisfactory solution was offered, no apology was provided, and no compensation was given during our stay. Most importantly, my son has a health condition and needed a comfortable place to rest. Instead, we were forced to use a sofa that was in poor condition, which made the situation even more difficult and affected our overall experience. I am very disappointed that the accommodations provided did not match what was confirmed and paid for through the reservation.

On-site parking fee was a good value.

One elevator working, the serviceable elevator was dirty, spilled coffee was not cleaned. No towels in the room, we had to call the front desk and then we only received two main towels and two wash clothes.

The pool. Room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and they didn’t have a spare comforter when ours got dirty. Also the blanket upon further inspection was dirty the whole time other than the spot we got on it

The room was wonderful. clean, comfortable and spacious. We were only staying for a short period as part of a Baseball Stadium tour and we were so disappointed that we could not stay longer. The free breakfast in the morning was perfect to fill up before heading for our flight. And the free fountain drinks were great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean, and the staff were very attentive, including the front desk receptionist. The breakfast was different every day and absolutely delicious. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the first one where laundry was free, which was a great bonus. The only thing I would change is the pool—it feels a bit small for such a large hotel. However, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, clean, and a great experience.

No tienen servicio de limpieza a la habitación cuando son 2 noches o menos. 1 semana después estuve en otro Staybridge en Tallahassee y tenían ese servicio con 2 noches.

The a/c in my room wouldn't go past 75. So it was very hot trying to sleep in the room. The room needed some TLC. It had various places of ripped carpet, the nightstand had seen better days. And there was a large layer of dust on the lamp on the nightstand. The pool was small and a little dirty. The breakfast was ok. Yogurt with fresh fruit was the best park. Would I stay here again? Probably not to be honest. The room was uncomfortable sleeping. Even though the thermostat was set to 64. It would get past 75.

We had a situation where we needed to park 2 cars. Front desk that we were not allowed to pay for the extra car. My son did find parking, then had to leave to pick up an item. When he came back he couldn’t find parking. The 2nd shift desk clerk did help us and we paid for the extra car. Was disappointed the the day shift clerk didn’t want to help us.

Good reasonably priced to attend a Rays baseball game. Princess was fantastic at check in. They had a happy hour gathering and a nice breakfast bar. We didn’t use either but seemed nice.

A little tight parking and a bit hard to get to. Restaurants were not close.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Fairly clean hotel. Location was perfect for walking to the ballgame. Had a kitchenette in the room with a full size fridge, which was great to have.

The ice cube maker didn't work, but they gave us ice at the front desk, which they keep in the pantry area... and it's free. There was a nasty sticky spot on our rug in the middle of the room. I don't know how housekeeping could miss it. It wasn't easy to see, but was easy to step in. Cleaned it up ourselves.

Breakfast was good, and being near Tropicana Field was awesome! The complimentary beer was a nice touch

What could have been better: There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that need attention. The carpet is torn and definitely needs to be replaced, and the bathtub was in desperate need of a deep scrub. I also found black mold on the shower vent fan, which is a health concern. Additionally, we weren't told the fridge had an ice maker; however, it didn't end up producing much ice anyway. Overall, the stay was decent because the beds were great and provided a good night's sleep.
