Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the city centre. A generous international breakfast was included, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Paying parking.
The cost of the parking was quite high, less than in the street, but in my opinion should be more convenient for customers. The parking was not in our hotel, but in another one close by, 8 minutes walking distance.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt extrem zentral. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten inkl. Der Eismeerkathedrale sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Nachmittags gibt es sogar gratis Waffeln mit Tee und Kaffee. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem gebuchten Apartment, konnten aber nach einiger Zeit ins Hotel in ein Zimmer wechseln. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, welches sich im Nachbargebäude befand. Das Apartment befand sich im ersten Stock, direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenstern verliefen dick Lüftungschächte. Die Fenster waren nicht funktionsfähig und konnten nicht geschlossen werden. Nach Beschwerde und Kontakt mit Booking COM konnten wir ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude beziehen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind mittelmäßig. Meine Empfehlung immer ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten zu nehmen. Durch die zentrale Lage bedingt war es nicht leise, aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen.

Az apartman kicsit lepukkant volt, nagyon kényelmetlen ágyakkal, széteső bútorokkal, letört kilincsű, nem záródó ablakkal. A kilátás a szomszéd épület tűzlépcsőjére volt.

Accès à l'appartement pas adapté pour des personnes âgées, à mobilité réduite ou avec de jeunes enfants, pas de parking inclus, nécessité de trouver un stationnement payant, lave-linge présent mais très bruyant.

Wir waren Anfang August da und entsprechend ist es nachts kaum dunkel geworden. Im Wohnzimmer, wo unsere dritte Schlafmöflichkeit stand, gab es keine Verdunklungsrolles. Da war schlafen kaum möglich. Die Möwen sind dort eine Plage und schreien die ganze Nacht. Wenn man zu einer ungünstigen Zeit zum Frühstück kam, musste man warten, bis ein passender Tisch frei geworden ist. Das war nicht gut geregelt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch sehr um uns bemüht. Das war toll.

Il garage non era vicino e abbiamo lasciato le moto davanti all'hotel. Per arrivare all'alloggio 2 rampe di scale belle ripide, una volta entrati altre scale ancora più ripide. Non agevolissimo per tutti.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, śniadania urozmaicone oraz możliwość samodzielnego przygotowania gofrów, dostępność ciepłych napojów. Nie ma problemu z przechowaniem bagażu, jeśli wyjazd jest po godzinach wymeldowania. W hotelu panuje kameralna, rodzinna atmosfera. Gorąco polecam. Same plusy 🙂.

The bed was too soft for me, the one from my son was better - so people might select ;-)

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted by a super happy, smiley receptionist who couldn't have been more friendly. She explained that complimentary tea, coffee and freshly made waffles were available each day in the restaurant, then personally showed us to our apartment – a lovely start to our stay. Our two-bedroom apartment was much larger than we expected. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was thoughtfully presented, with cleaning cloths and supplies neatly provided. The only small improvements I would suggest would be an extra oven shelf and a couple more oven dishes for anyone planning to cook. The bathroom was also excellent, with the bonus of a washing machine and washing tablets provided. The apartment was warm and cosy throughout our stay. The double bedroom was a good size, while the twin room was a little more compact, although there was plenty of extra space in the hallway for luggage and belongings. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of both hot and cold options to suit everyone. A special mention goes to the manager, who greeted me by name every morning. It was such a personal touch and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The warmth and friendliness of all the staff really stood out. Finally, a perfect location for the town, restaurants, the floating sauna, cable car and port. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time we're in Tromsø.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026We had a family room upstairs. Slept four people very nicely in two separate bedrooms. Spacious common/living room with wiev from top floor to two directions. Fully equipped kitchen. Surprise was having time between 5-7pm for making waffles at the breakfast area. Complimentary with coffee/tea/biscuits. That’s a nice touch and was seemingly an attraction for many quests. One waffle-iron, so there’ll be a waiting line, but it makes a perfect wafflen in two minutes :) Car parking just outside (payable for max 2hours between 08-20), free from 20-08. Great breakfast with bacon/beans/scrambled eggs and cold meats. Will definitely seek this place again on next trip.

Very central location close to all amenities, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets a few steps away. The bus stop to catch the bus to the airport is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful with an assorted selection that also includes gluten free options. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and happy to help with anything we may need. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

Vielleicht noch ein paar Nüsse und Körner beim Müsli, Brötchen ab und an, es sind aber genug alternativen da, gutes Brot, Pancakes uvm.

1. Troche uszkodzona słuchawka prysznicowa, ale bez problemu dalo sie korzystac. 2. Ciemne rolety tylko w sypialniach, w części salonowej bylo fosc jasno, opaski na oczy się przydały

Niezwykle życzliwy i pomocny personel. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Niezwykła niespodzianka w postaci możliwości przyrządzania sobie popołudniowych gofrów. Kawa i ciasteczka dostępne non stop.
Zapach w łazience i przeciekająca słuchawka prysznicowa. Sypialnia wąska, z tylko jednym stolikiem nocnym i słabymi zasłonami. Problem z telewizorem.

It had all the facilities, including a big fridge and a washing machine which was perfect while traveling with kids. The beds were soft and comfortable. Quite a few things were wrong: - the internet hardly worked - there was a stench in the bathroom - the property doesn’t tell you that their (extra paid) underground parking is almost impossible go get out of (very narrow) - the curtains in bedrooms do not provide complete darkness
