Rent sengetøy og gode senger. Sentralt i forhold til sentrum og butikker.

Bildene av leiligheten og fasiliteter som ble vist på booking.com stemte ikke overens med det vi fikk. Det er to leiligheter i boligen og bilder av den nyoppussede var den vi bestilte (trodde vi). Leiligheten vi fikk skal pusses opp (og det trengs). Det var blant annet fukt på badet og en råten terrasse som ikke kunne brukes. Ingen brannvarslere i leiligheten (men dette ble ordnet på dag 2). Oppvaskmaskin manglet, men vi fikk sms ved utsjekk om å sette kopper og tallerkner i den!

De locatie was echt perfect, middenin het centrum. Ook de bedden waren echt heel fijn en er was voldoende ruimte voor 6 personen. De huiskamer en slaapkamers van het appartement zijn ook leuk, sfeervol ingericht. Vlakbij het appartement zijn diverse gezellige bars en restaurants en winkels.

De keuken en badkamer zijn gedateerd en erg basic. Gelukkig deden we alleen ontbijt in het appartement en geen avondeten. We misten een stoel voor de 6e persoon (er waren maar 5 stoelen in het appartement) en een werkende waterkoker. Het toilet lekte water onder. Ook is er geen centrale verwarming in het appartement maar het wordt verwarmd door een aantal electrische kacheltjes die niet allemaal even stabiel stonden.

Unica pecca è la temperatura dell'appartamento al piano superiore perché i due caloriferi non riescono a superare i 14 gradi...

House with a soul. Good location - easy to get to by bus from the airport, close to the city center. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very good contact with the host.

No kettle, we had to use the pot to boil water.

入住体验特别差，当天晚上6点前都没打扫房间，催促多次。平台上展示的图片，是卖家秀，美化过后的，并且是楼上楼下两套公寓叠加在一起的设施和房间，实际上会存在误导顾客，并且房间设施很差，房间昏暗。沙发和地毯都很脏。楼上完全不隔音，半夜楼上还穿着户外的鞋子，多人走来走去，疑似开patty，严重影响休息，甚至楼上手机震动都能听得见…

Posizione perfetta per poter raggiungere punto di incontro dell’Escursioni con facilità ed essere vicino al centro della città.

Poca attenzione al benessere dei clienti: siamo arrivati di sera e la casa era freddissima, impossibile dormirci. 6 ospiti di cui due coppie avrebbero dovuto dormire in un’unica grande camera in quanto il piano superiore inagibile sia per la mancanza di riscaldamento sia per il tetto pericolante. Assurdo! Dopo aver atteso due ore, per non restare digiuni, siamo andati al ristorante con tutti i bagagli. Trascorse 3ore e mezza, ci chiama dicendo che era a casa; ci raggiunge al ristorante dicendo che adesso la casa era caldissima (impossibile in 20 minuti). Prendiamo un terzo taxi per verificare: altre due stufe al piano superiore. La sua unica possibilità era l’aggiunta di stufe e una notte in hotel di sua scelta e conoscenza per una coppia (non avrei osato immaginato come sarebbe stato) per poi darci anche l’appartamento del piano inferiore il giorno successivo ( giorno in cui ci sarebbe stato il check out dei clienti ivi presenti). Stanchi stremati, restiamo, ormai era l’1 di notte. Il giorno successivo, cambia la versione dicendo che dopo una verifica se la casa non fosse stata calda, ci avrebbe concesso l’altro appartamento. Dopo poco sparisce di nuovo. La stufa del salone smette di funzionare: come al solito, arriva tardi e la lascia nel pianerottolo in quanto privo di chiavi dell’appartamento ( mi chiedo… se fosse accaduto qualcosa, se le avessimo perse, cosa avrebbe fatto? Avrebbe atteso la signora delle pulizie, come la sera del nostro arrivo, che non è mai arrivata?). Siamo rimasti per non perdere tutti i soldi e spenderne altri per l’hotel (unica scelta possibile arrivati a quel punto). Doveva essere un viaggio tra amici con cui condividere ogni momento della giornata, per questo la scelta di un appartamento. A causa della perdita di tempo col manager non abbiamo potuto nemmeno effettuare la spesa per il mattino, ma soltanto un paio di bottiglie d’acqua in uno shop.

Close to the main city centre. Spacious and good amenities.

Up the top of a steep hill… not easy to get up/ down with a buggy in the snow. Cold when we arrived, but warmed up quickly with the heaters. Snow was not cleared from the front step, so it was very dangerous getting in and out of the house.

The place has multiple homes for rental.. we took the ground floor unit and we loved it.. absolutely beautiful home right next to everything.. rooms were spacious, simple but wonderfully maintained. There is parking in property (though i am not sure what happens if there are multiple cars given there are multiple units) and there are dozens of restaurants, bars within a few blocks.. the port and piers where you catch your boats for your travels is also walkable few minutes.. The owner was very helpful.. communicated quickly.. even accepted our request to use whatsapp and recommended places to dine at.. We are glad we stayed here.. PS: given this is a historical place,, they have some restrictions (like keeping your shoes outside the door (but inside the building) and extra precautions.. it didn't bother us and we understood why those restrictions were in place.

nothing.. i know i will stay here again if i ever visit Tromso..

Very large and pleasant house, has all the necessary equipment for convenience, everything was clean, very close to the center.

Excellent property great location

Traditional wooden house, very charming from the outside. Location literally 3 minutes walk from everything. The place is clean.

1. We asked for a bed set up for 3 friends, on arrival only 2 beds made. When asked the owner for help, ignored us, and only next day wrote back asking us to make it ourselves, as "sheets are there". 2. Communicating with the owner - several hours later, not picking up the phone, several messages needed to hear back. 3. Cold house - portable heaters, some of them unstable (we feared they may collapse on carpets and wooden floors once we were out), some heaters didn't work. Replaced only after several requests and information we will ask for a partial refund. 4. Fire alarm not installed, laying on the table - as heaters needed to be on all the time, this was a serious hazard. 5. Some photos here are either photoshopped or of another property. 6. Location - although near the city centre, you need to get there going down a steep hill which was frozen and slippery. 7. You can hear people staying upstairs. 8.. The place is done up really on a cheap.

We were 8 guests( 6 adults 2children), hot water and shower bit problematic for last two people , no tea towels in kitchen( paper tissue roll provided), top floor single bedroom one french door opening out - very dangerous and fatal; pls block or lock !!

Location and lovely historic building. Good communication with responsive host. Really appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop our bags off

No tea or coffee provided - for the price I would have thought not a big cost to the host but would have added to the experience. Would be great if there was some washing powder too - didn’t make sense to have to buy a large container of laundry liquid for one load.

Great self contained family in good location just up the hill from main town. Well catered kitchen, comfortable beds and great heating.

No instruction manuals on how to use appliances. Watch the slippery walk down to town.

Location was good. Walking distance from where we needed to be and it is located in a nice peaceful area. Quite spacious.

It was very cold and the heaters provided weren't sufficient enough to keep the apartment warm. Could do with warmer blankets aswell. Electricity didn't work in second bedroom so my children didn't have heat or light - host offered to send someone to have a look but it wasn't convenient for us as we had tours booked - and this should have been checked before we arrived. No power to television so we couldn't watch. Shower is extremely small - a regular sized adult can barely fit or turn around in the shower. Only one mirror in the whole apartment so we all had top take turns using the bathroom mirror. You can hear every single footstep from the guests upstairs - we battled to fall asleep and stay asleep because of the disturbances from upstairs.

The location was excellent, right in the town and near to the port The rooms were large and very comfortable. There was plenty of hanging space for wet snowy clothes and a washing machine which was very helpful. The cupboards were well stocked in not only cooking items but toiletries and some food! There was clean brand new cleaning cloths. Lots of thought has gone into this appartment.

On arrival my daughter's had a double bed each in one very large room. However one bed was unmade. In contacting the owner she sent a man round with a dirty smelly fitted sheet! We wanted the whole bed making up. No spare of anything there. Later in the evening bedding was brought but we had to make it up ourselves! Clearly stated 3 people. We were charged half a nights rate to stay 4 hrs overtime late check out as our flight was in the evening. Felt this could have been less! The bedrooms didn't have low dressers or mirrors. Three of us shared a bathroom mirror for all Also the lights in the master bedroom didn't work correctly. The lamp in the lounge was taken into the girls bedrooms as only one tiny light! Little adjustments would make this a superb accommodation!

Spacious, clean and all basics in place. We all liked our 2 day stay.

The exhaust in bathrooms could have been better? Not sure but we kept the windows open due to some smell. Second, this is common in residential buildings, but the stairs are circular and if you are not used to it, carrying luggage may not be very easy.

Very spacious and beds were comfortable! Toilet and living room was prepared with heaters so it was so comfortable coming in from the outside snow! Showering was also pleasant because of the heaters. Kitchen was fully equipped and the host provided new dish washing sponge which I really appreciate. WiFi was also excellent and fast.

Superb apartment! Perfect location for our family, you can easily walk everywhere in town. Everything was clean, well equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds.

This is the first review I have ever written. Our family had travelled three countries in 2 weeks and we all agreed that this is THE BEST stay we had. We arrived Tromsø early in the morning and Torje was very nice to arrange the cleaning to finish early and let us check in early at midday so my parents can have a nice shower and a rest after a long flight. And when we walked in the apartment, it was nice and warm with the heater on! Even in the bathroom! All the rooms are so clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the utensils and everything. The living room has a nice big coffee table for us to play board games and for my dad to make Chinese kungfu tea (he was very satisfied with the table😂). And the view from the balcony! Amazing! We could see the mountains across the river. Every morning, we would stand there for a little while (would definitely stay at the balcony longer if it’s not freezing outside)just to enjoy the munificent view. The last night we were there, we got to see the aurora! We could see it from our balcony. It was the highlight of our whole trip. I broke a chair 🪑 in the last evening (just sitting on the chair and it collapsed😂) and I told the housekeeper next day when we were checking out. I felt sorry about breaking a chair but she was so nice just asking if I was alright. Torje was also very kind and said it was not a problem at all. Anyway, we really really enjoyed everything and thanks to Torje who has been super helpful and generous during our stay. We would definitely recommend it to people who are traveling to Tromsø. And we would definitely stay there again if we are visiting.

Not a complaint but it would be nice if the second bedroom has a brighter light. 😉

The location is great, and the apartment is spacious which is really nice. The washing machine in the bathroom is a plus also.

On day 2, new guests for the upstairs apartment were able to enter our apartment with their keys. The locks on both apartments were the same! The guests thought they rented the whole house and were just as surprised when they saw shoes/jackets near the doorway on entering our apartment. They had no idea they were in an upstairs apartment. Luckily we were present when they arrived! The host was notified, but had to be pushed to change the lock quickly. He did so with grace the next day, but still.... how is this even possible? There is a full kitchen but basic items, like a kitchen towel and oven gloves or dish sponge were missing. We had to ask for this to be provided. Day 3 the power went out in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. We had to notify the owner again, who then came to fix it the next day. Some dishes in the kitchen were dirty/greasy, there is no garbage bin in the bathroom, there are no curtains or blinds in the living room so there is no privacy - passers by have full view inside. There was dirty rag and sweater left in the balcony. On one of the days there was garbage all around the front of the house - the other guests didnt seem to know to tie the garbage bag tightly as it could get windy. We had to contact the owner again. All in all , this place was not worth the effort based on the cost. We just wanted to have a good holiday, but instead had to communicate with the owner quite a bit about basic things that should have already been in place. At least new guests will have the benefit of having a new front door lock.

Location, cleanliness

No curtains in family area so people were looking in as they walked by on the street.

The owner modernized the older home to make it comfortable, but he kept the charm of the historical home. I wish I could hear the walls tell of the families who grew up in the house. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit.

Location is great and the apartment is comfortable and clean

There is no sound insulation with the apartment above who unfortunately had very noisy children!

The flat was really spacious and in a good location. The kitchen was well-equipped.

The bathrooms, especially the one upstairs, were quite old. Taking a long shower was not an option because the water did not go down the drain fast enough.

The house was very clean and comfortable and right in the city. A short walk to the waterfront and everything else. Our host was helpfully and responsive before and during our stay.

Roof leaked in one of the upstairs bedrooms but owner got someone in to look at it so hopefully fixed soon

Very beautiful apartment 1 minute from the city center! Cozy and stylish interior, you have everything you need for a few days - washing machine, full kitchen, good towels etc. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you
