The room was big and the have toilet and shower separated.

The AC was directly to my face and I ended up sick 🤒 with flu which ruined my entire trip. I told them there were cockroaches 🪳 and they never fixed it, I found a bunch and that was disgusting. I had to walk every day to another hotel to get my breakfast, breakfast was good, just the eggs were always raw and without any flavor, no salt no nothing. Bed was not comfy. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful sadly that’s not enough to compensate the rest. Oh they picked me up at the bus station! That was great thank you.

The location and the staff were good

They are in the process of moving buildings and the one I stayed in was a bit dated. I also had to walk to the new building to have the included breakfast.

Everyone I met was friendly, respectful, and willing to help. The service felt genuine rather than rushed, and I really appreciated the positive attitude of the team. I had a very enjoyable experience overall.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur. J’étais au 3ème étage et comme je suis asthmatique pas simple cependant on m’a porté ma valise jusqu’à ma chambre ! Le petit déjeuner était dans un hôtel à deux rue à cause de travaux. Ceci dit cela ne m’a pas posé de problème.

One of our favorite days was the trip to Kulen Mountain and its waterfall. We returned to the hotel in the evening and enjoyed a quiet dinner with some Cambodian dishes.

The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The next morning, we had breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, and some local choices before heading out. It was a short stay, but we felt very relaxed here.

It pains me to leave a bad review but my stay was far below my expectations, given that it’s rated 4 stars on Booking. The room was not very clean, the shower didn’t have hot water, in 4 nights no room cleaning was done, the wifi didn’t work well and it’s possible the couch in the room had bed bugs since the one time I laid on it I found myself with tiny bites up my back. All in all I didn’t find the stay very comfortable and was hoping for much higher quality.

The check-in process was handled smoothly, and we were soon taken to our room. The room was comfortable and nicely arranged. We had a large bed, a safety box, drinking water, tea and coffee facilities,

purtroppo, non c’era l’ascensore avevamo la stanza al terzo piano, la posizione e bordo fiume un po’ decentrata dalla spiaggia raggiungibile anche a piedi, ma con una bella camminata. È necessario il motorino che il gentilissimo staff aiuta a noleggiare e far arrivare direttamente in albergo.

Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space for day we were staying. It had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a seating area, work desk, minibar, safety box, tea and coffee facilities, and a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, The room was also quiet, which was important because we had planned an early morning temple tour.

The room with balcony is very good but the ones without balcony not so good.

The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of space, so it never felt crowded. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the river. The service was professional

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Dusit Hotel Siem Reap. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious and included a lovely private terrace, while the large shower area was another highlight. The staff were attentive, genuinely friendly and always happy to help. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although, the room was spacious, it was in need of renovation. There were stains on the ceiling that appeared to indicate a previous or ongoing leak, and similar signs of water damage were visible on the terrace. The rooftop restaurant directly above our room was closed, possibly because of these issues . Breakfast was also served at another hotel, short 3 mins walk. The hotel has plenty of potential thanks to its excellent location, spacious accommodation and wonderful staff, but the property would benefit considerably from renovation and better maintenance.

The air conditioner kept the room cool, and we had complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea, slippers, and toiletries ready to use.

The location was perfect for us because we wanted to be close to the Old Market. We checked in around 2:15 PM and went out again after leaving our bags. We tried many kind of foods there especailly local foods were awesome

We came to Siem Reap for a short weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. We spent the afternoon walking beside the river, then visited the Old Market, Staff very kind and polite every direction they explain with smoothly they also arrange us temples tour with reasonable price

We found plenty of small shops, cafés, and interesting streets to walk around. Back at the hotel, our room was spotless and comfortable. The housekeeping service was good, Everyone at the hotel were very nice and very welcoming

We enjoyed the atmosphere here as a couple. the pool area was a lovely place to sit together in the late afternoon. We had dinner around 7:15 PM and ordered a few drinks afterward. The restaurant staff were attentive, We really love this place and very good location which is near Siem Reap River and Pub Street spend only few minutes.

I had a lovely stay at Dusit Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Near to every shops and Pub Street. A great place to stay in Siem Reap!

I had a great time here. I enjoyed the breakfast, several delicious dinners and of course several times used the swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful green plants. Also my spacious and cool room was very pleasant.

I liked the staff always asking how my day was and is every thing ok with the room. The room was excellent clean and well maintained and a good size. Good bed, sheets and towels smelt fresh. I liked the outdoor pool and my room had a good view of it from the balcony with it's bench seat and table.

It could be noisy in the late evening with all the bars near by and the World Cup being on at the time played a part.

The staff provided excellent service every day. I loved the breakfast, enjoyed spending time by the pool, and appreciated how close the hotel was to the city center and local shopping areas.

Floor of King Suite with Terrace View was flat out covered in dust, being barefoot is a no-no, feet immediately were black. Ok, it's low season and the room hasn't been cleaned in awhile, I guess...door to "terrace" doesn't close/lock, not that you would want to go out there anyway, no view, just some ragged fake grass and a beat up lounger. The "pool" is the size of a small bedroom and the pool area is full of local motodops hanging out with their girlfriend's, so to go for a dip feels like you're invading someone's courtship and intimate moment. The reason I left however was the water heating unit beeps randomly and incessantly, and there was no way I was going to listen to that all night. For $50 a night in low season it's just silly when you can pay $100 for the Park Hyatt.

Hotel claimed it had soundproofing, but not effective in my room on the first floor, there was a lot of outside noise from local bars music which went on into the early hours, the noise was still loud even at 3am. Also the outside aircon units on the building made a lot of noise and vibration within the building which made it hard to sleep. On the booking site it offers in the room a TV, mini bar and a safe. The TV was broken and the safe showed a error message when I tried to use it, the fridge was dirty and noisy. Dirty and very rundown, I expected better from a 4 star hotel. Place had visible cockroachs. No more than a two star hotel and that is being kind. Staff are kind and helpful but all are very young. The photos on booking.com do not represent the reality. There is no elevator and you will have to carry any heavy cases up a lot of stairs. Bathroom floor was very slippery when wet, No floor mats supplied for bathroom safety. Flip-flops are not slippers. And most European feet are larger than average Asian size. Far to small for me to use.

В целом отель за свою цену неплохой. Отличное расположение отеля - в центре, до найт-маркета 10 минут. Удобная кровать. Персонал потрясающий. Завтраки по меню довольно вкусные. Вода горячая (заметила, что во многих отелях Сиемрипа при проточном нагревателе вода чуть теплая).

В номере низкие потолки, есть ощущение, что живешь в клетке. Балкончик очень маленький, для худышек. Полноватый человек даже не сможет на него выйти, т.к. дверь узкая. Кондиционер при режиме +18 работает так себе. В комнате было по ощущениям +21. Номер да и отель в целом старый, подуставший. Шезлонги у бассейна в неактивные солнечные часы в теньке. А с 13-15 - шезлонги на солнце. Нет возможности комфортно позагорать и не обгореть.
