La colazione non molto curata, ma eravamo in bassa stagione, quindi scusabile per la scarsa presenza di ospiti. Lo staff, pur gentile, non era molto organizzato , soprattutto la mattina presto.

Love the location; it was close to the markets, drinks & food, restaurants, pub street and nightlife, and Hard Rock was a short stroll across the road. The pool was great, and the staff were amazing!

Due to its proximity to Hard Rock, which played quite loud music, it was rather loud til about 11pm, but apart from that, the rooms were great. We didn't mind it so much, as we ended up having drinks there at night anyway. It wasn't a problem for my 13-year-old son either; he slept right through it.

Location to cbd was brilliant. Easy 2 min walk to town and markets. Mini mart almost next door. Lots of restaurants close by. Swimming pool was half size but we loved it. All the staff were great. Very attentive.

A fair bit of noise at night from the band at Hard Rock Cafe across the street. Out initial room had poor air-conditioning but they upgraded us straight away. Mini fridges keep drinks cool but not very cold. Can't adjust the temperature..

The hotel is in an awesome location, very central, right across the bridge from the old market and one the same side as the night market, easy walking to Pub Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and great sized bathroom. The in house massage was wonderful. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. There is a supermarket next door and also a laundry service so you have everything you need. My room was at the front and it was a little noisy with traffic and the Hard Rock Cafe with its nightly band was super loud but it finished at 10/11pm and I just used ear plugs so didn't bother me.

Sadly as noted in other reviews the awful music from The Hard Rock Cafe can be heard in the room. But if you aren't in bed before 11.30pm then it's no problem as that is when it stops and otherwise room is quiet .

Close access to pub street (short walk) and easy access for tours etc. staff were lovely. Room was comfortable and clean, great shower and bath. Pool was convenient for a cool off after a hot day of sight seeing.

Fridge wasn’t working, but it was replaced once we brought it to staff attention.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Pub Street

City view? No. White wall view. We must have got the worst room in the place. Right next door to cleaners store cupboard. So woken up early with them filling up their trollies. Noise from Hard Rock Cafe near by . Some screaming woman murdering songs until midnight. The hotel description doesn't tell you there is no lift. So have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Receptionist who couldn't look you in the eye when we booked in. Never again.

Staff was amazing. Convenient location. Near to tourist zone as well as hipster restaurants.

Pillows are hard. Noise from Hard Rock Cafe across the street was unbearable. Not their fault but….. painful to have to endure.

A bit noisy from the Hards Rock cafe loud music near by, but at midnight it stops. So if you are early bird this could be a bit disturbing.

Room overlooking road. Staff, especially James, and the girls were fantastic, too good for this hotel.

All the other rooms have a no view at all, it feels like your in a jail cell. Totally disappointed and depressing Don't stop hear if you like a quiet night's sleep, the stupid hard rick cafe played silly music. That load it vibrated through the rooms until about 2am. Don't stay here.

近くにハードロックカフェというお店があって、夜19時頃から遅くまでずっと音楽が聞こえてきます。

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre spacieuse est propre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas en buffet mais sur menu. Tout était parfait.

Terrible breakfast and ok staff

I actually had a different hotel booked but cancelled that one as Blanc Smith was recommended to me by someone who had just stayed there! The hotel itself was more than what I had expected, it is so close to the markets, shops, restaurants and the staff were so lovely!

The hotel was located close to the night market, river and Pub Street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The security guard was brilliant at helping the taxi driver park and back out onto the street. The pool was very clean and refreshing on the hot days.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the area, very convenient. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel, but it’s quite expensive. If you walk about 100 meters down the street, you’ll find a much larger and cheaper supermarket. The service at the hotel is very good. James is a friendly and pleasant staff member who’s always willing to help. The housekeeping is excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they even changed the sheets when I asked. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall the atmosphere is nice. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high compared to other places in the area. There are hotels nearby with the same standard at half the price. Other than that, everything was very good.

Location is amazing. Short walk to the old market, restaurants and Pub Street.

Music from surrounding bars and cafes was quite audible. But it would stop around midnight.

The facilities didn't work- while we were there the restaurant didn't work, and the hotel pool isn't part of the hotel itself but in a separate location

Excellent location, great value for money. Pub street and food is a two minute walk from the hotel. The staff were excellent and super lovely! Jame was superb and made checking in and out super easy. The hotel was very helpful when we left behind an item and arranged to look for it for us. Amazing!

The hotel room was very well furnished, the bathroom was very spacious, there was a full range of amenities and the staff was very helpful.

Doskonałe miejsce. Mieszkałam tam dwa tygodnie. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony, tv, czajnik, mini lodówka, czyste ręczniki, czysta pościel. Usługa sprzątania codziennie. Na pierwszym piętrze balkony są połączone z sąsiadami, ale na drugim - oddzielne. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Siem Reap. 2 minuty spacerem od Old Market. Dookoła sklepy, restauracje, obok także Night Market. Mały basen, ale czysty o zadbany. Z czystym sumieniem polecam.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

The noise of the band playing at the nearby Hard Rock Cafe in the evening until 11, 11:30pm.

This I a very nice place to stay at when one wants to visit Angkor Wat. The temple areas are about 35 min drive from the hotel. Ask for a room with a dormer window, these are particularly nice. There is a relatively small pool, often crowded, however. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious dishes were offered. Can most honestly recommend the Blanc Smith Hotel in Siem Reap.

Excellent location

All the staff I came across during my stay were polite and helpful. I had to switch rooms during my stay (just to be on a lower floor), and this was accommodated for, with no issues. The cleaning staff who presumably did the move of bags, moved everything, even items that had been forgotten. Nice! So I had the opportunity to experience 2 rooms - both were spacious and clean. If I were ever back in Siem Reap, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel!

Lovely staff had a nice stay. Very convenient location in the middle of the old town. Hard rock cafe around the corner gets a bit noisy at night, but all up clean rooms, good beds and amazing local food offered in the hotel. Finally, our driver from the hotel So Serey was amazing!

The location was excellent, right near the markets etc, everything within walking (or Tuk Tuk) distance. There is a pool so after a day of exploring in the heat we could jump in the pool and cool off. Staff were extremely helpful

This hotel is well situated in the centre of SIem Reap just a block from the river and its multitude of restaurants and shops and it has a swimming pool, which was much appreciated after the strenuous days at Angkor Wat

Such an amazing three days here! It’s perfectly located near a supermarket and short walk to the main areas of pub street and night market. Air con works fab, water is so hot and powerful so great shower. We were really relaxed here but what stood out the most by far is the welcome you receive not just when you check in like most hotels but everytime you see them we’ve not stayed anywhere like this. The security guard had a huge smile on his face everyday he helps you cross the road safely it was exceptional service we did not expect and this sets this place apart.

Could hear noise ‘singing’ from Hard rock hotels singer stops at midnight though really annoying when you are up before sunrise for Angkor Wat though but this is nothing the hotel can control tbh.

Excellent facility with very helpful and friendly staff. Situated in an ideal central location with everything you need at your very doorstop.

I booked a room here for five nights. It was supposed to be a room with a king bed and balcony. Discovered checking in there is no elevator and had to drag a large suitcase up several flights of stairs. Arrive at room to discover a double bed with a tiny balcony facing a building a few feet away. Complained and after a sleepless night moved to another floor. The new room had a somewhat larger bed and no balcony. Purchased a breakfast package when I booked. It was a total joke.The menu is set. After being served on third day an ice cold (not lukewarm) eggs 1 strip of thin bacon a one inch piece of sausage we just left. The ten dollar U.S cost buys a great meal anywhere in Siem Reap. Although they refill two bottles of water in your room daily it is decanted from a large jug when cleaning the room. I didn't trust it.Western tv channels were not available. It is directly across the road from the Hard Rock Cafe bring earplugs.The staff here are really nice .

The staff went above and beyond and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The pool didn’t get much light in the afternoon and the light wasn’t good to put make up on in the bathroom.

I would appreciate more quality bread and croissants at breakfast. So sad to see 7/11 toast in Cambodia who used to make great bread 🥖.

Good location close to the river. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, offering 3 courses including Thai, Continental and British with very fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Room was great and quite big. The bathroom had the biggest granite bath I've ever seen and large walk in shower and always had hot water. Our balcony overlooked the main street. It had two chairs and a table with plenty of room around it Bed was comfy and very big. Tea, coffee and water supplied every day. Swimming pool is small with about 8 sunbeds. However, this was not a problem as most days we had it to ourselves. Towels provided for pool.

Vi har aldrig følt os så velkomne på et hotel som her. Selve hotellet er super fint med swimmingpool, skøn restaurant med lækker mad til gode priser og en utrolig velfungerende og serviceminded service drak. Alt personale er SÅ søde, smilende, hjælpsomme og kommunikerende. Hotellet har en meget central og fin beliggenhed. Vi har kun det allerbedste at sige om dette hotel og ikke mindst personalet. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen når vi kommer til Cambodia igen.
