Velmi krásný hotel asi 3 km od města Kampot. Měl jsem pokoj s přímým vstupem do bazénu a ten opravdu doporučuji. Hotel má velmi skvělý personál.

The staff are exceptional. Always looking for ways to help and make the stay memorable. We arrived at low season, so the hotel was very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is well taken care of. The breakfast is good. There are only good things to say.

The swimming pool was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the cocktails at the poolside bar—they were refreshing, well presented, and perfect for enjoying by the pool. The hotel's location is convenient, offering a quiet environment while still being close to Kampot's main attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Rainforest Hotel by NSUN to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent facilities, great food, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.

O espaço dos quartos e a piscina

The bed was fine

No hot water, People swimming and drinking in the pool hours past the 9pm closure constantly. Buffet breakfast paid for but not given. The acoustics of the building are terrible,every noise and sound can be heard,from the gurgling of the pipes on every floor to someone's TV four doors down. If you choose to stay here make sure you have the grab app as there is no tuktuk,remorque,taxi outside waiting to take you into town. And just the share lack of care some of these issues were raised at the hotel.

Excellent service, attentive and polite staff. Great quality breakfast choice...beautiful gardens and rooms, pool.

Great location near the main sites and very close to nice places to eat. Swimming pool was great for filling off in the mini heat wave. Used the Grab app for Tuk Tuk / taxi. Same as uber. Cashless and seems a lot cheaper than cash / tourist price.

Pool entry from my room Freshly cooked breakfast.

Water pooled in shower area. Bedside lights were overhead, too high and bright. Nothing in mini bar. The fridge wasn't cold. Light on air-conditioning unit was bright during night. Very disappointed that room wasn't serviced which meant no water left for me. Told afterwards that needed to hang notice on door handle which I've never come across before.

Pas vraiment d'options vegan au petit déjeuner (pommes de terre le premier matin, tomates le deuxième). Tous les plats salés contiennent des produits animaux.

Au calme, vue sur les montagnes, à deux routes principales du centre, personnel aux petits soins, belle piscine, services proposés, hôtel à la hauteur de son standing.

При заселении произошло недоразумение с бронированием: был не готов номер, который я бронировал и оплачивал. На что, после недолгой консультации, видимо с владельцем отеля, нам был сделан абгрейд номера на больший с сохранением прежней оплаты.

Нужно что то делать с насекомыми ( муравьи, бабочки), год назад готовили номера и вечером, перед сном, жгли арома свечи и т.д…

Nice outdoor areas. Good sized room.

No water pressure, and no room cleaning of any kind after two nights stay with most of the days spent outside. Lots of government clients who seemed to get all the attention from the staff.

un très bel hotel mais avec un logiciel de gestion de reservaiton encore très jeune et un regard qui manque d'expérience. Les défauts de lecture du logiciels ont été corrigés par le managment mais après des négociations un peu pénibles. Pour le reste le service et le sourire était au rendez vous

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. Alles perfekt sauber! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Etwas abgelegen, mit dem Tuktuk ist man aber in 7 Minuten in der Stadt .

Preise für Abendessen und auch Roller deutlich über dem Durchschnitt von Kampot. Lieber ein Tuktuk bestellen und sowohl das Essen als auch Roller in der Stadt organisieren

Hotel très agréable, un peu à l'écart du centre. Le logement était grand et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très gentil, le garde de sécurité est particulièrement aimable.

Škoda, že je bazén zastíněn - je studený, výběr u snídaně značně omezen

Bardzo dobry hotel. Położony jest z dala od centrum, co w ogóle nie stanowi żadnego problemu, ponieważ tuk tukiem możemy się w kilka minut dostać do miasta. Hotel jest ładnie usytuowany, wkoło dużo zieleni, drzew. Przestrzeń wokół jest zadbana, dzięki czemu atmosfera miejsca jest cudowna. Personel jest pomocny, uśmiechnięty. W barze robią pyszne drinki. Widok z pokoju był na basen, a sam pokój był cichy i przestronny. Dobra cena. Klimatyzacja była cichutka, praktycznie jej nie słychać. Dobre miejsce, aby pobyć dłużej, żałujemy że byliśmy tylko dwie noce.

Śniadanie mało urozmaicone, można dodać kilka ciekawszych pozycji.

J’ai adoré cette hôtel ! Le personnel était au petit soin, les repas du soir était bons, un peu moins de choix pour le petit déjeuner mais ça va s’était largement suffisant. Une piscine magnifique … les cocktail parfaits !

Petit problème dans les salles de bain (humidité) légère odeur mais pas dérangé de trop non plus. Piscine un peu à l’ombre des bâtiments. Mais il n’a pas fait beaucoup soleil lors de notre séjour.

Le petit déjeuner était moyen mais compréhensible au vue de la situation touristique actuelle. Mais l’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel très très agréable

Stains on bathroom windows, mosquitoes (killed more than 20 mosquitoes in the main bedroom and my family and I were bitten more than 10 different times while sleeping). It may be because we were sleeping in the private garden villa. The kitchen was sparsely furnished (no dishware or cups) and the living room had one small sofa. The staff did say the would spray mosquito spray in the rooms but it was too late as I did not want my children exposed to the spray during our stay.

Alles, besonders das Lamm auf der Speisekarte war hervorragend.

Mir persönlich war das Personal zu unterwürfig, aber das ist Ansichtssache.. Und als Raucherin hat es mich gestört, dass man am Pool und auf dem Balkon nicht rauchen durfte.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff are amazing and went out of their way to make my birthday stay special, thank you! Food was excellent, room was excellent - I would highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely villa and the staff were amazing, especially the lovely lady that served us each day for breakfast. Such an amazing hard worker always attentive to us.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and excellent staff. Very pleasant cool pool.

Rooms were clean, good pool and pictures shown are accurate.

Breakfast was poor- Limited choice, except one day, where they had loads of extra guests staying so made it better for them. Offer happy hour round the pool however finding a staff member to make a drink is a slow process. Took around 45 minutes for a beer and cocktailI. Happy hour quickly became painful hour.

The general layout of the Hotel had a nice feel. Not quite a rainforest but some nice garden plants and garden wall displays. Nice pond with goldfish. Low season so very few guests. Staff were very efficient, courteous and friendly. Bath outside the room was a nice touch.

My biggest gripe was the rooster next door - starting around 3am, and sometimes still crowing at 11am. Needed a pillow over my head to sleep. The stay could have been much more pleasant without the rooster (s). The manager said that it was out of his hands, but I would have thought that a Resort style business could do something about it. The manager was a nice guy, but a bit off-putting the way he stood around in the dining room in his suit watching everything like a Hawk. The location was a bit far out of town, for my liking. Except on the weekend, needed to order breakfast as nothing on display, but the breakfast was OK. Coffee was always just luke-warm.

The hotel is not near other activities or food places but it is only about $1 to take a tuk tuk into town Bonus of being away from things is it is very quiet and peaceful Although it did get busier on weekends when people from city came down

A bit soulless. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Shower cold most of the time despite reporting, safe didn’t work and a replacement delivered that was standalone so not safe! Kettle didn’t work.

Nothing. Please be aware this hotel is a Tuk Tuk ride into Kampot town. This is not a problem!

Pros: the room is very spacious and clean. Cons: the location is far out from city center. The breakfast is really bad, there wasn’t much of selection from it. The wifi is really non existent. If you don’t have cellular data in your phone, you going to have a miserable time.

I was very well looked after by staff here. Ly Bei on reception was kind and super helpful. Her English was great and she went the extra mile. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The location is quite far from the town although Tuk tuk is never too far away and Grab app works well in kampot. The issue was lack of facilities after 9 pm (when the cafe closes). There is nothing close by and it would have been be nice to have the chance to meet other guests. A later closing bar here would be perfect.

It was a very relaxing stay. Although a bit further from the city centre, but it was a very peaceful and with nice surroundings. Breakfast was very tasty.
