Personale stupendo e accoglienza davvero ottima. ho apprezzato in particolare il fatto che nonostante il checkout presto al mattino, ci hanno permesso di stare nella zona relax, piscina e aperitivo fino all'orario del nostro volo, permettendoci di partire sereni per l'aeroporto. avevo chiesto di organizzare una sorpresa nella camera dei miei per il loro anniversario, è stato oltre le mie aspettative, un'attenzione incredibile per i particolari, davvero apprezzato, grazie

Great location with many restaurants and local foods. The hotel environment gives a peaceful and calm feeling with the natural greenery of the building structure. Love the 12th floor concept with natural air instead of air conditioning.

I would like to suggest to have a bidet in the bathroom.

We like the relative newness of the building, and it’s designed which includes large open air spaces halfway up the building with a lot of greenery. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. It happens to be a two minute walk to a train station which is a direct line at the airport, and the total trip to it from the airport is about 50 minutes and five dollars, which makes it preferable to a Taxi. The customer service team was great in particular Bryan. Our room was called a junior suite and had some views over the city and towards the harbour. That location is closer to the business district, however there are food markets five minutes away and a good selection of places to eat.

We would have preferred the same room that we had, but with the option of twin beds.

The room for the price was very small and outdated. No hooks for your towels anywhere in the bathroom.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

Couldn’t check in even when we arrived after 5pm because the room was not ready. Also, didn’t note the request given at time of booking to have separate beds for mother and son.

Exceptionally good service. The staff—especially Tinh—were very friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family with a baby and were allowed to stay in the apartment until our airport transfer on the day of departure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Le petit déjeuner ne m’a pas plus. J’ai trouvé cela cher comparé à la qualité des produits servis. Un jus d’orange pressé par exemple serait apprécié et les machines à café ne servent pas du bon café.

It was a haven in the middle of the city, it felt so peaceful.

Changing lifts to get to your room is a little annoying but not terrible. We felt that the staff were sad, like they’d been told not to interact with guests or they shouldn’t be ‘seen’. We had one incredibly lovely lady that worked evening in the club lounge, she was kind and fun. I enjoy engaging with people, it helps me get local information where I’m staying, that didnt happen. There was clearly a water issue in the hotel with the breakfast bar in the lobby surrounded with towels. Water pressure was ok.

Breakfast food and staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The check in/out experience was seamless.

The view in the room was almost nonexistent, as it was blocked by the residential building opposite.

Rooftop pool was a highlight. Cool building.

Room needs some updates - moldy grout in the bathroom, tap on sink sprays everywhere, noticeable soap on the glassware.

Hotel is located very close to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Compared to Singapore Hotels, room is spacious and bathroom is spacious. There is a mall with multiple food options and 24hrs open super market in 2 mins walking distance. Staff is lovely and helpful. Only thing annoyed me a little ( just a little) is that you have to take 2 lifts to get to the room. Reception is at 12th floor. So you take lift 1 to go to level 12 and then walk and take another lift to your floor.

everything was goid except the reception staff. When I feel cold even though i turn off the a.c, he told me that What Can I do more than that. When I kept telling him that I feel so cold, he suggested providing additional blanket. It would be better for him to ask me that suggestion first.

Struttura molto scenografica. Bella la reception aperta e molto godibile la piscina club al 21esimo piano.

La struttura a primo impatto è molto scenografica ma a uno sguardo più approfondito lascia un po' a desiderare, soprattutto rispetto al prezzo. La moquette nei corridoi è sporca, la camera non viene pulita in modo adeguato e le rifiniture sono di scarsa qualità. Inoltre per tutti i quattro giorni del nostro soggiorno la camera è stata rifatta dopo le 18.00 di sera, proprio il momento in cui si torna in camera dopo tutto il giorno in giro per la città.

Lukas provided a great service at the consiage. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is fantastic. We would stay here again. Lucas at the front desk (concierge) was friendly when we arrived. Watched our bags for 3 hours and then helped load on the way to the airport. The rooms were spotless and generous. And the restaurant has a three course meal for $39 plus paired wines for $39 which is exceptional when you see the quality of food and wine on offer. All the staff were friendly. The restaurant were especially accommodating. My only recommendation would be for them to offer a better deal for O/S guests who arrive early and want to chill out sore in room or by pool. The half day (5 hr) price of $239 is a bit of a stitch up (in my opinion). I would have paid $20 each to hang by the pool for a few hours and probably would have had another lunch while waiting. But…. The hotel is excellent on every other way.

Location of the hotel was good and close to Chinatown, many restaurants and Singapore river in working distance. The building architecture (outside) was impressive.

The room with twin beds had only a very tiny window, was much smaller than the normal room size. The room was VERY dirty with trash from the guest before under the toilet, every type of hair in the bathroom and all felt not cleaned. We requested cleaning but was the same as we came back and had to request a second time in our presence (I never experienced such behavior of hotel staff in any other hotel). Floor was dirty as well with empty tooth paste on the floor and during our two day stay did not change.

Great experience in the club room. Friendly staff well stocked drinks and nibbles. Pool area was amazing. Some very nice touches such as TWG tea bags and coffee pods in the room. Well recommended.

These guys ( Hakim and Lucas ) are one of a kind—no matter what kind of help you need, you can count on them. They take care of everything.

Great hotel, have stayed there previously and will again. Recommend Club Level. It has an excellent pool and complementary massage by the pool. Handy to MTR.

Do not be fooled into thinking this is an upmarket stay. Upgrading your room to club room means very little to the hotel, but substantial stress to your wallet. Our package bed & breakfast was supposed to include an exclusive package restaurant, minibar tea& coffee tv & a bath an allowance for laundry per day, exclusive pool and lounge area. The pool area was regularly used by others not staying on the 25th floor. We decided to use the laundry service for a couple of items nearing the end of our stay. Firstly the pool teams went missing, next came the charges, when asked about free allowance, was told it was discretionary. After a bit of back and forth they gave a 50% discount. Don’t advertise a free service you aren’t willing to fulfill. The building works, the top floor is half closed and works begin relatively early. The lifts are a pain because you have to use 2 different ones as you are on the 25th floor, during daylight hours you are constantly either waiting or stopping because of the public gym on the 12th floor. The room was clean and tidy, the minibar consists of 2 bottles of water, the tea/coffee there is enough for 1 cup each. The shower/bath area could do with some freshening up, very worn and slippy. Cleaning staff very friendly and hard working, the reception staff could at least try and look happy. Won’t be back to this site or any of the others they constantly advertise.

Good hospitality! I personally think there must be 2 bathroom on the 27th floor swimming pool. Regular clean up and bed/blanket sheet change was missed for 2nd day, i told on 3rd day they did it and did it even on 4th day themself. Incidentally, i dropped my samsung valuable bud somewhere and the staff named Hakim on 18th August night at about 11 pm helped me to find it. He was co orporative and helpful. Thank to him personally and the Oasia hotel downtown team for my trip.

Unbedingt Club-Room buchen! Der Pool für Club-Gäste ist sehr schön und groß. Die Zusatzservices für Club-Gäste sind das Geld in jedem Fall wert.

Very dirty room and guests are not important. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside but inside a place you better do not stay. Being some years old is not a problem but not cleaning properly is unacceptable. Even if you request cleaning you find the same dirt the day after. Never again and Singapore has much better places for the same money.

Arrived at about 8 am after a flight from Male. Had organised 2 Club rooms. Check in was supposed to be 10 am but Tito (apologies if I got your name wrong) on reception sorted us out with a room that allowed us to freshen up whilst the other room was being prepared. This was a great benefit and really appreciated. Breakfast was good. Club room guests also benefit from drinks and snacks between 6pm and 8pm which is a nice touch. Thanks to Pauline for sorting out some gluten free snacks for us. Hotel is situated within a short walk of Singapore’s Mass Transport System, which is extremely easy to navigate. Overall we had a great stay.

Vanuit het zwembad kijk je tegen een muur aan, heel anders dan de foto’s op Booking maar voor het zwembad dat wordt getoond op Booking moet je upgraden naar club. Ontbijt is ruim voldoende maar niet heel bijzonder
