Muy iluminado y sala/cocina amplia. Tenía horno, lavadora/secadora, microondas, vitro y frigorífico combi amplio. Muy cerca de transporte público y parques. Tenía plancha y secador. La ducha estaba bien (temperatura y presión). Zona muy tranquila.

Al llegar no estaba nada limpio, y faltaba mucha vajilla y utensilios para cocinar en condiciones (los que había estaban muy sucios). Falta de productos y utensilios de limpieza (escoba, fregona...). Duras las camas. Se nota bastante la cercanía del aeropuerto.

The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Felt safe and secure. Location was great for getting in and out of London and visiting local towns/cities.

The property interior looked very tired and run-down. Walls had dents/dings in them, Stove top was dirty. Lamps, blinds and accessories were very cheap and poorly constructed. Sofa had stains. Folding bed was so flimsy and narrow we couldn't use it.

Dirty bathroom, stain of feces on tile, dirty floors, unclean dishes, filthy windows/blinds, inadequate equipment, poor cleaning response, unusably slow TV. No privacy during the day — the ground-floor apartment had no curtains or SUITABLE blinds, so we had to choose between natural daylight and being visible to people outside

Very clean and nice host. We got to check in earlier and check out later on request. The host met us at the gate and showed us the apartment. This place is much better than other apartments we stayed at in the area.

The size of the property and location were great.

The whole property needed a good clean. There was a lack of kitchen equipment.

Very spacious and a great location and staff went above and beyond with an early check in and messaging me to check all was ok and if they could do anything else for us.

Było brudno. W łazience był grzyb zaraz przy samym prysznicu, wszędzie brud i nawet nie przetarte powierzchnie, brudne sztućce, etc.. Brakowało ręczników, na 4 osoby były dwa, nie wiadomo jak czyste, nie było suszarki do włosów. Te braki jednak zostały szybko uzupełnione po interwencji.

Lovely, comfortable stay with private parking in central location. Superb bifold doors to open up the apartment and let air in. Helpful staff who was easy to contact regarding our late arrival time.

The apartment itself could do with a deep clean, as there was several stains on the sofa alongside a beer can and balloon left in the apartment when we arrived, but otherwise a great stay

De hygiene had veel beter gekund. De kamer was smoezelig. We hebben zelf schoonmaakspullen gehaald om het iets beter te krijgen.

Musieliśmy czekać na klucze od jednego z mieszkań, drugie okazało się brudne (tak, jakby nikt go nie posprzątał po poprzednich gościach. Mimo, że przyjechaliśmy dzień później niż mieliśmy być = mieszkanie powinno czekać posprzątane. Żałuję, że zdjęcia nie oddają klejącej się podłogi). Mieszkanie, na które musieliśmy czekać, miało grzyb na ścianie oraz suficie. Właściciel miał do zaproponowania jedno na zamianę - również brudne. Jego propozycją na rozwiązanie sytuacji było „nie posprzątam, jeżeli Wam się nie podoba, to sobie znajdźcie inny nocleg, a Booking odda Wam pieniądze” oraz zabranie kluczy od mieszkań. Była z nami czwórka małych dzieci w wieku 3-8 lat oraz osoba z udokumentowaną alergią na pleśń. W tym składzie o godzinie 21 byliśmy zmuszeni szukać nowego miejsca i opłacić je na własną rękę, ponieważ Booking uznał ww. sytuację za „reklamację”, a nie relokację. Właściciel po rozmowie z Booking łaskawie „zgodził się” oddać 1/4 zapłaconej kwoty. Jeżeli Booking nie odda kolejnych 2/4 (zgadzamy się na zwrot 75% za ten wspaniały nocleg z powodu przyjazdu przez nas o jeden dzień później), sprawa zostanie skierowania do UOKiK oraz na drogę sądową. Mamy nagranie rozmowy z właścicielem, dokumentację medyczną potwierdzającą alergię oraz faktury za hotel (na szczęście udało się taki znaleźć, bo nie jest to takie proste w składzie 1+2 i 2+4 z dziećmi). Czujemy się oszukani zarówno przez właściciela (twierdził, że Booking odda nam pieniądze - nie oddał, bo „właściciel nie wyraził zgody”), jak i serwis (zostawiono nas „na lodzie” bez noclegu wieczorem z dziećmi i nie zaoferowano ŻADNEJ pomocy w jego znalezieniu). Zostaliśmy potraktowani niesprawiedliwie, mamy zmarnowany urlop przez ww. sytuację, a serwis uznał, że „nie odpowiadał nam standard pokoju” - no ww. sytuacja to jest żaden standard.

The flat was dirty (including a cup of cigarette ashes in the drawer next to the bed). The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

There weren’t enough plates and cutlery for all guests, we needed to ask for more. These were then provided promptly. The kitchen could do with more basic necessities like salt, oil, sugar etc… and a kitchen towel. The plates, cutlery, pots, cutting boards were not very clean which was a shame and we had to re wash everything.

Nothing all perfect

The apartment was nice, had everything we needed for our stay and felt like a real home. We loved that we could also bring our pet free of charge. Definitely a bonus.

It wasn’t clean. The sink had left over food sitting in the drain, the oven tray had burnt pieces of food stuck to it, seemed like it hadn’t been washed at all. The bathroom walls had faint yellow stains on the wall (could only imagine what that could be), the cutlery and plates had food and stains on them so everything had to be re-washed, old chocolate wrappers in the bedside table draws which again, made us think the place hadn’t really been cleaned thoroughly. Lastly, the dust in the bedroom was ridiculous, the bedside lamp was covered in dust and since i am allergic this made it almost unbearable. Its a nice apartment, it just needs more attention to detail on cleaning.

Way too noisy! Could hear everything outside even with ear plugs in and all the windows shut. Bin collections throughout the night and very noisy people. I got about 3 hours sleep.

We loved the apartment, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely and spacious, it also had a smart tv and large outdoor terrace which we loved.

The only thing I would comment on is the lack of towels, we were a family of 3 but there was only 2 bath towels, the apartment was also missing things like a cloth to wipe around and a tea towel to dry up, I thought an apartment would have these little things. We could of also used some extra pillows as there is only 1 pillow in the single room and 2 pillows in the double, we found 1 spare but could of done with 2 more. We slept OK but the mattress is a bit on the firm side

Location and instructions ok. Good response from caretaker when we contacted him for items that were missing.

Smell of tobacco smoke and ash left in sink. Marks on sofa. Some items chipped and signs of wear. Rug in living room was soaking wet and had to be replaced by caretaker.

Excellent location. Very safe and secure. The caretaker sorted any problems out very quickly. The apartment was quite clean, lovely & warm and very spacious.

The kitchen could be a little better stocked with necessary equipment and new bulbs were needed in the bedside lamps, but these were very minor issues.

Parking was very tight (although front of property was better!) Tea towel would have been nice in the kitchen. A long mirror would have been useful.

Spacious apartment, beds comfortable, parking spaces. Caretaker/manager was super-helpful whenever i asked for anything.

odd mix of plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils; for example no cereal bowl and only three knives and forks. Fine if you are eating microwave meals every night, but if you want to cook then there wasn't quite enough equipment to do that effectively. There's a washing machine in the apartment, but wasnt a clothes airer or an iron/ironing board. Some of the furniture / blinds were a bit grubby

The beds and sofa are good to sleep, enough space for 3.

The kitchen utensils and cookware are limited to make food.

Overall accommodation and host was easily reachable and very helpful.

The accommodation was great for a family group. It was really good to have kitchen facilities and to be able to make a coffee in the morning. The tube station to London is within walking distance.

The sofa (which is noted as an extra bed) is not a sofa bed, so one of the adults ended up sleeping on a sofa. Bedding was provided though.

Great location for what we wanted: easy travel to both London central and Reading. Really nice spacious apartment for family, very bright with great windows, away from road and secure parking. Comfy beds and sofa bed and very handy kitchen set up.

Mostly all good but could have had more cooking pots and plates as we self-catered. Better defined parking spaces would help.

We didn't that there was no bed for our son as it was advertised there would be a pullout sofa. He slept on the sofa but this was not a bed. We would have liked a few items in the apartment, such as a sweeping brush/hoover and toilet cleaner

Modern and clean with a wow factor when you first see rooms. Secured building and secured parking. Met by caretaker who was welcoming and friendly. Close to train and bus for links into London. Avoid Slough high street... scruffy and run down

After initial wow unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. Its listed as an apartment for 3 people and very clearly states it has a sofa bed...it doesn't! It has a sofa which is certainly not comfortable to sleep on. Hairdryer provided but no mirror other than bathroom and can't use hairdryer in there. 4 coathangers for 3 people. 1 cereal bowl to share! 1 wine glass to share! Kitchen not at all equipped as stated in listing. No oven trays, very few kitchen utensils. No kitchen sink plug which made doing dishes extremely difficult. Raised this with caretaker to be told it had recently disappeared. Listing stated cleaning products provided - a cheap bottle of washing up liquid and nothing else. Again how are you expected to keep kitchen area, table etc clean. Didn't even provide a bin liner. Owner needs to get their act together and provide for guests. I've stayed in a large number of places and this was worst for equipment and looking after guests . I messaged twice with a query before arriving and still waiting for response. Sofa is not acceptable as a bed.

Really, really uncomfortably hot. This isn't just insulation, there is heat gain from somewhere (roof, terrace) but unbearably hot & wouldn't cool down with all windows open.

Came down for a few days with wife and kids. Felt really safe within property and very welcoming. Had no issue's at all will be back hopefully.

The apartment was clean. Was good that the caretaker was able to do a meet and greet. Is walking distance to town city and to the eateries. There was designated parking spaces within gated area.

The bed was a little too firm and hard.

Lovely apartment very very spacious,well kept and great communication before arriving and upon the arrival too.. Great location which gave us the chance to visit Windsor castle and legoland in just one night's stay.. the bathroom was spotless and even provided toiletries such has shampoo, shower gels and moisturiser, aswell as fresh towels.We didn't use these but a very nice touch. Tv has access to netflix, YouTube and prime. kitchen has all necessary equipment. Carpark is located behind a coded gate, entry to apartments were also coded which made us feel very safe especially as we were travelling with children.

The plates ect were put away wet so when getting them out they got us a little wet as we wasn't expecting (could of been from previous stay.. also the drainer was a cloth type which made me feel I wanted to wash items again as I worry about bacteria build up, especially because the mat was sopping wet (but that's personal preference and minor things that easily can be adjusted.

The beds are terrible to the point I’m now booked in the have physio.
