Nous avons eu la fâcheuse des aventures d’avoir une facture de 300 000 roupies par soir pour le lit de notre fille, et surtout son petit déjeuner qui avait pourtant été stipulé sur Booking. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés ils nous ont dit la réservation n est que pour deux personnes il faut payer pour la petite, j’ai trouvé ça. Très limite.

Si te toca una habitación baja no puedes descansar, es un hotel muy muy ruidoso. Nos pusieron pegada a la recepción y fue muy complicado. El techo cruje solo con moverse las personas de arriba. Cada vez que te muevas necesitas un Transfer que son 5e. El coche que tienen solo va 3-4 veces por la tarde - noche.

La habitación era amplia y muy agradable y la piscina delante de las habitaciones fantástica también

Such an oasis, my pool access room was brilliant, super comfortabe, intricate indian ceiling decor, and soft white furnishings.Decor and serenity of the resort is a marvel.The lap pool is spectacular.Wonderful to relax after exploring Nusa , during the day.The staff were all so accomodating.Lily, Ari at reception were extremely helpful , and Lindsey the waitress was so sweet with my requests.They offer a free shuttle down to their "Mambo Beach Resort", definitely worth going.Such a vibe, right on the beach , super relaxing!! Also they offer day trips @reception , very reasonable. 700.000.I booked the West side tour.Started @6:15 to miss the crowds @Kelingking Beach.My driver was great! La amabilidad del servicio, la habitación preciosa y llena de detalles (estuvimos en las del piso de arriba que tienen más privacidad), la piscina y la calidad del restaurante. Tienen una shuttle que va y viene varias veces al otro hotel que tienen en la playa. Las cenas allí fueron muy agradables viendo el "sunset"

The very long pool for lap swimming

No phone in the room, limited service by staff, poor attention to cleaning, very limited kitchen, too many rules presented on arrival which was off putting. It was very noisy with the sound of the jack hammer going all day, not the peaceful retreat that I was looking for. No car waiting for me at the port. The upstairs eating area is open to the air and unpleasantly hot. Not suitable for an older tourist.

Toalhas de banho não cheiravam muito bem. Encontrei uma osga numa das noites na casa de banho. Não encontrei em contacto com a receção por opção. A localização podia ser melhor.

They do offer a shuttle which makes it easy to get to the street where the restaurants are. Otherwise there is not much to do if you also don’t have a scooter. The room was nice and the fact that you can directly go into the (shared) pool is also good.

All the rooms/houses are made of wood, so it can be noisy (and annoying) if you have neighbours that go to bed late, walk around, talk loud etc. We could not sleep for 2 nights.

+ tolle Aussicht (!!!) + toller Balkon + super freundliches Personal + super süß gestaltete Zimmer + guter Pool (sehr lang & daher auch zum Schwimmen geeignet) + direkter Zugang von den Zimmern aus + es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle runter zum Strand (zum Mambo Beach Resort) + gegen eine Gebühr (ca. 5 Euro) ist auch Abholung vom Hafen möglich

- Im Hotel-Restaurant gibt es nur Cola, Wasser & Bier - Schade!! Wir hätten uns die Zeit bis zum Check In gern mit einem Kaffee oder frischgepressten Saft vertrieben (zum Frühstück/gleiche Location gibt's das eigentlich). - Die Treppen runter zum Pool sind SEHR steil & dazu rutschig, sobald sie einmal nass sind! - Das Badezimmer hat nach außen hin eine Öffnung (mit Mückengitter) & daher sehr schwül/heiß - vor allem nach dem Duschen. Einmal kam ein sehr übelriechender Geruch aus dem Abfluss - dieser hat sich aber schnell wieder gelegt - Kein Roller-Verleih direkt am Hotel! -> Option: Shuttle runter zum Mambo Beach Resort nehmen, dort gegenüber ist direkt ein guter Verleih! ---- Alles in allem ist die Kritik aber wirklich minimal! Deshalb 10/10 Sterne!

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel un peu chère , pas très propre dans sa globalité (chambre) , le personnel n’était pas chaleureux comparé à d’autres établissement que nous avons pu faire

Een echt botique hotel. Prachtige kamer met mooie details in het houtsnijwerk. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer en het zwembad. Leuk dat er een toilettasje met basisartiekelen op de kamer klaar lag. Ik zou hier zeker terug komen maar dan wel de kamer op de bovenverdieping nemen. Of naar de andere locatie, Mambo Beach Resort, gaan. Dat zag er ook erg leuk uit en ligt direct aan het strand.

Zoals al vaker genoemd in de reviews is de kamer gehorig, aangezien alles inclusief de vloer van hout is. Wij zaten op de benedenverdieping en de laatste (3e) ochtend hadden wij veel last van onze nieuwe bovenburen die al om 6 uur druk door hun kamer aan het lopen waren, dit duurde meer dan een uur! Dit terwijl wij de andere 2 dagen geen last hadden van onze bovenburen. Ik denk dat het goed is dat de receptie benadrukt dat als men op de bovenverdieping zit men rekening moet houden met de onderburen. En zeker niet 's ochtends vroeg veel lawaai moet maken, hard door de kamer lopen (met schoenen aan).

The resort is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. I was impressed that we were secluded from the surrounding area with gorgeous views. The rooms were very comfortable and uniquely luxurious. The patio was comfortable and the pool right outside the room was a treat. We also appreciated the shuttle between the Mambo Hill Resort and the Mambo Dive Resort. The Dive Resort gave us more activities and experiences while the Hill Resort is much more secluded (which we truly appreciated). We did a boat trip from the Dive Resort to swim with the Manta Rays and snorkel the coral reefs. This was a highlight of our 3-week Eastern Asia trip and I highly recommend. Additionally, the staff at both resorts were very attentive and kind.

The resort is surrounded by property that is unkempt and trashy. Although we could conveniently walk to a local convenience store (bring cash!), it was not the environment I felt comfortable in. Additionally, there are no restaurants nearby except for the one at the resort. To go to alternative restaurants required a shuttle and many restaurants were shuttered. Moreover, we didn't love the Mambo restaurants. They were adequate, but nothing special. Staying at just the Mambo Hill Resort was relaxing but had little to do getting boring in a very short amount of time. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THAT THERE IS A BREECH IN BOOKING.COM AND/OR MAMBO SECURITY. MY BOOKING WAS ACCESSED BY SCAMMERS AND I HAD AN ADDITIONAL $500 CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD THAT TOOK A LOT TO DISPUTE. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY WHATSAPP MESSAGES FROM BOOKING.COM OR MAMBO.

Es una de las habitaciones más bonitas que he visto!!!!, tiene unos detalles dignos de un hotel de 5 estrellas, la verdad que repetiría sin dudarlo y lo aconsejaré a quien venga a Nusa Penida

Las habitaciones súper decoradas y con todos los detalles que puedas imaginar, neceser con infinidad de productos, incluso gafas de sol, y por supuesto el acceso directo a la piscina infinita desde unas escaleras si te alojas en el piso superior, el balcón con dos camas balinesas y toldos laterales y frontal

This hotel felt magical. I had a room with the view on Bali and it’s volcano, it was very peaceful around the hotel, and the room was very nice, bright and cozy.

This hotel is a part of a resort by the beach, and you need to take a five minute shuttle that leaves every hour, to go to the town and the resort.

Very peaceful setting and the rooms are beautiful with all the Balinese wood work. Very nice to be able to connect the television to the internet. Nice shuttle to the sister hotel on the beach.

Unterkunft hat 2 Standorte Hill und Beach, es fährt ab mittags regelmäßig ein Shuttle ins Strand Restaurant, welches sehr schön ist. Vorteil: Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Bett war bequem. Pool ist schön, sammeln sich nur unheimlich viele Tiere drin, die vom Personal aber mehrmals am Tag rausgequechert werden

Frühstück ist reichhaltig aber nicht sonderlich lecker. Sehr sehr hellhörig, man hört Unterhaltungen aus dem Zimmer über einem. Badezimmerboden ist nicht sonderlich sauber und im Duschbereich in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage taugt nichts. Gleich beim Zimmer besichtigen kam der Hinweis das beschmutztes Bettlaken extra kosten- ist mit Kindern kaum zu vermeiden. In der Summe durchaus okay aber für Familien recht unpraktisch.

Such a perfect place to stay at. So far my favorite place while traveling through South East Asia. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. They give you cute little amenities such as lip balm hair ties and many more. The interior is beautifully decorated and the rooms get a lot of light so it’s gives an even more spacious effect. I stayed downstairs directly at the pool and even though at first I was hesitant because I thought I would get annoyed by the people swimming in the shared pool, that was actually not the case. I felt still a lot of privacy. The staff was soooo helpful and always friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Wir hatten ein riesiges Insekt in unserem Zimmer, dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.

The views from the room. The pool access direct from our rooms was great. The carved wood above the bed was beautiful, as was the whole room. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful ... especially Lily! Free transport down to Mambo Dive Beach Club on the beach (too far to walk from top of the hill).

Only one towel per person. Always wet as its used for swimming and shower. The rooms are not sound proof. We were on the lower level and could hear every footstep, flush of the toilet, conversations clearly from upstairs, which woke us up throughout the night.

Quelques clients d’origine chinoise parfois très bruyants et sans aucun respect pour le personnel comme les autres hôtes. Heureusement ils font que de très courts séjours.

Très bel hôtel avec grand piscine donnant sur la mer, petit déjeuner succulent avec plusieurs choix possibles. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place, personnel sympa.

Établissement très mal isolé, nous étions au rez de chaussé et nous entendions tous les bruits de la chambre au dessus (les pas, paroles…), puis les lits du rez de chaussé et 1er étage sont sur la même structure donc on entend chaque mouvement.

Prachtige kamers en prima locatie! Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kunnen je helpen bij al je vragen of het regelen van vervoer. Heerlijk uitgebreid (keuze) ontbijt ook. Echt een fantastische start van onze vakantie op en rond Bali.

Over het verblijf en de faciliteiten geen opmerkingen, dat is echt top. De open pendelbus brengt je naar Mambo Beach, daar kun je meer dan prima eten en een cocktail drinken tot 11:00, maar verder was het in die omgeving wat te rustig voor ons. Maar dat is persoonlijk uiteraard. Desalniettemin een heerlijke start van onze vakantie zoals aangegeven.

Het is een prachtige lokatie, de kamer is top, je gaat rechtstreeks vanop je terras in het zwembad. Gratis shuttel naar het strand.

Je slaapt niet door de gasten die boven je lawaai maken, het ontbijt stelt niet veel voor, we hebben het zelfs de laatste dag geskipt, koffie is niet te drinken, we hebben er ‘‘s avonds ook 1 keer gegeten er liep een muis in het restaurant ( ik heb dit ook aan de receptie gemeld en kreeg als antwoord dat dit normaal is want we zitten in de jungle… ) er staat wijn/ glas en gin tonic op de kaart maar dat was niet mogelijk, het personeel is niet echt bekwaam , behalve de dame die de check in deed… voor de prijs dat we betaald hebben 300 euro voor 3 nachten had ik wel meer verwacht.. vergeleken met andere locaties in Bali .. ik had meer verwacht als je afgaat op de recensies…

O quarto é ótimo, tem um Transfer gratuito até à praia. Fizemos um passeio com eles e foi ótimo, além do mergulho de cilindro e snorkel, são muito bons e profissionais, fiz o mergulho com a David.

O café da manhã é ruim, a la carte, apenas 3 opções de pedido e nenhuma tem pão. Os funcionários do restaurante são pouco profissionais, mas a comida é gostosa.

We stay in the 101 room and the building design is like you have your own pool which is shared tho. The staffs are sweet and smiling all the time. They even prepare the thoughtful and useful gift which contains all we need in Bali and we love it so so so much 🧡 I wanna say the breakfast is the best part but the schedule of shuttle service is also impressive. Everything is wonderful here!

We were very happy we chose this hotel. It was really lovely in every way! The hotel is much prettier than pictures shown, what a wonderful surprise!

Loved the pool and the view! Rooms were really well designed and had everything you needed - including universal plugs! Breakfast was nice and good variety. Cute little welcome back of toiletries provided also.

No beach/pool towels provided. Also found the staff on reception not overly knowledgeable or helpful which was a bit frustrating. The advertised shuttle was not as flexible as we expected which was a bit disappointing.

Location was great, not to far outside the restaurant/beach strip and far enough away for a great veiw over the island and across to Bali and mount Agung in the distance. French toast was yum.

Coffee could be better, not sure on the style its made in but there was a sludge of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup.

Very good view and friendly staff, room is clean. Food is average . They can provide the private taxi so it saved our energy yo search by ourselves.

Price is dropped .. Full of greens but too many reptilians… I would say it’s because of the natural environment but they are even in the swimming pool till next day some one clean them from the pool, so I’m not using the pool cos I have to check out at the next day. And the smell of our washroom is too strong till comes inside the room , but reception sent staff twice to fix this issue. And washroom too hot without any air conditioner or fan.

Best stay ever in Nusa Penida. Rooms are beautiful with bohemian theme. The views from room is amazing. They have swimming pool with bar access. The staff is very helpful. They have good food with vegetarian options. One must stay here.

Absolutely incredible!!! After a month of travelling through Indonesia this was our favourite spot we stayed. The staff, the location, the views and the accommodations were impeccable. The attention to detail is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone travelling, whether single, couple or family.

We absolutely loved this property!! We had a swimout room that was truly incredible with a spectacular view and a place to relax and unwind. The shuttle to the Mambo beach property is great but we also walked. The staff are truly attentive and amazing! Love the location and we did a one day excursion on the west coast and one day on the east. Lovely breakfasts. Perfect!

Beautiful location on a hill with views of Bali. The rooms were nice and laid out so everyone got a view. Breakfast was delicious, pancakes unbelievable. Staff was happy and helpful. Would recommend and absolutely stay again.

I really liked how friendly all the staff members were. They helped us with all kinds of requirements, motorbikes, food, tours and pick-ups. In addition, the breakfast was insanely good and huge. The view was astonishing, better than the beach hotel.

We loved that we were up on the hill with an amazing view of the mainland and the volcano but could get the free shuttle bus down to mambo beach hotel where you could use the facilities and snorkel from the beach. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and the hotel supplied all the small touches that elevate it from other hotels. The complimentary breakfast and all other food off the menu was exceptional. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. We’ll definitely be coming back to mambo hill resort.

Perfect - simply perfect. Plus additionally , they offer shuttle service, that’s so great!

Maybe that you can hear everything from the room on top of you which may effect people with a light sleep… But honestly.. this is not worth critics, it’s just perfect!

Views from your room are spectacular, mountains jungle and sea in one view it doesn't get better than that. Attention to detail in the furnishings. Breakfast was plentiful and ok. Staff helped us with bike hire, boat ticket and transfers. Access to the pool via steps beside your room. Gave lots of freebies ie homemade mosquito spray, suncream, lip balm and other beauty products. Comfortable beds with cushions on the balcony. (Which is hard to come by) Whole place had a good vibe and was easily the best place for value we've stayed at in 10 days

We both suffered dodgy stomachs in the morning after eating dinner both nights. Not sure if it was the food or drinks. Soundproofing not great you could hear other rooms but you are warned of this on arrival.
