Loved my room, it was so clean and amazing

they have no parking lot so I had to stay in the parking garage that was around the block. It was 20 dollars for 24 hours so it wasn’t that bad

Staff was amazing! Location was wonderful - grocery store, lots of good coffee shops/restaurants, walking distance to beach, quick uber ride to Old San Juan and the airport. I would definitely stay again!

I loved the access to the 7th floor hot tub and terrace- however it was quite loud late at night from other guests going in and out to use those facilities (yelling in hallway and slamming the doors). I would stay at the hotel again but just ask to not be put on the 7th floor.

The hallways we're dirty needed to be swept and moped. The pillows were too thick and hard for me though we had water there was no hot water in the morning

Complementary coffee was good!

Laundry tunnel end at room corner and was scary the noise when there used!

A localização é perfeita. No bairro Santurce perto de um lindo parque com o mesmo nome. Há um supermercado chamado Pueblo o qual tinha comida de qualidade. Os funcionários foram prestativos e há um espaço para guardar malas. Recomendo!

Probablement l’une des pires expériences hôtelières que nous ayons vécues. Je déconseille très fortement cet établissement. Nous sommes arrivés vers 10h du matin et avons dû attendre jusqu’à 16h pour avoir notre chambre, soit environ 6 heures d’attente. Après une attente aussi longue, on pourrait au minimum s’attendre à récupérer une chambre propre et correctement préparée. Même pas : la chambre était sale et clairement pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Mais le pire reste la gestion du départ. Comme notre vol était à 23h, nous avons expressément demandé la veille à DEUX réceptionnistes différents s’il était possible de bénéficier d’un late check-out jusqu’à environ 13h. Les deux nous ont confirmé que c’était OK. (Preuve sur le contrat qu’on a signé). Le lendemain, vers 11h40, la manageuse vient frapper à notre porte avec une attitude extrêmement désagréable et agressive, nous ordonnant de quitter la chambre et nous menaçant de nous facturer un supplément pour late check-out. Nous lui expliquons évidemment que deux membres de SON équipe nous avaient donné leur accord la veille. Sa réponse ? Elle n’aurait « pas été informée ». Comme si les problèmes de communication internes de l’hôtel étaient soudainement devenus la responsabilité du client ! Pour éviter tout supplément, nous avons quitté la chambre dans les 10 minutes suivant cette demande, alors même que nous n’avions pas atteint l’heure de 13h convenue avec la réception. Malgré cela, un supplément nous a quand même été facturé, ce qui est totalement injustifiable. Et pour couronner le tout, notre carte a ensuite été débitée d’un montant supplémentaire, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été annoncé par le personnel, sans qu’on nous fournisse sur le moment de justification ou de document clair concernant ce prélèvement. C’est tout simplement INACCEPTABLE.

La habitación es súper espaciosa, me ha encantado y el personal es súper simpático. Hemos estado muy a gusto, lo recomiendo al 100%

The people there are great. The room was spaceous and clean with all the needed utilities. There is also a jacuzzi on the roof which is also clean and with a nice view. Thw location is near bus stops direct to Old San Juan, the beach and the airport.

The only thing we needed was somewhere to place our wet clothes and towels because it was hard for them to dry but this is not such a big deal for us.

No tiene parqueadero disponible. Punto por mejorar: convenio con un parking cercano para huéspedes.

Debido a una extensión no planificada de mi viaje, reservé dos noches en este hotel y la experiencia fue excelente desde el momento de realizar la reserva. El personal durante el check-in fue muy amable y estuvo siempre dispuesto a colaborar y ayudar en todo lo que necesitara. La ubicación es excelente, con múltiples comercios y servicios en los alrededores, lo que resulta muy conveniente. La habitación también estuvo en excelentes condiciones y cumplió completamente con mis expectativas. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia.

No tengo ningún comentario negativo sobre esta estadía. Todo estuvo excelente y la experiencia fue muy satisfactoria de principio a fin.

Honestly nothing really. The art in the hallway was nice.

-the rooms did not have good enough sound proofing. I could hear everything outside the door and outside the building which made it difficult to sleep -no closet -had to request a steamer -bathroom baseboards were dirty -elevator wasn’t working at one point -tiles broken in the bathroom

The property was clean and close to a lot of the places we wanted to visit.

The parking is a bit of a struggle. We used the parking lot which was close and safe, our only struggle was when we needed to leave early in the morning for activities. We would have to wait about 10-15mins for someone to open up the gate. We had prepaid for the 3-nights we were staying. If you just pay after every time you should be fine.

Great hotel that's in an area with plenty of restaurants and things to do. It was clean, facilities well kept up. The staff members were great and I definitely will be returning. Not to mention great rates!

La habitación amplia , cómoda y linda . La ubicación es excelente, puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto en la línea 5 del AMA( autobús 🚌) , varias paradas cerca para visitar lugares de interés, tiene un supermercado 24 horas cruzando la calle llamado Pueblo para lo que necesites y la playa a 15 minutos a pie , un restaurante muy bueno llamado amor y sal cruzando la calle con comida local. Cafe y agua disponible 24horas .

Las fotos publicadas en Booking son un engaño…parece muy lindo pero es muy asqueroso! Estaba muy sucia la habitación, gracitud y tierra por todos lados, los baños están separados de la habitación por una mampara y una cortina, totalmente antihigiénico! La atención de las personas muy mala!

Location was great in the Santurce area, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Beautiful park right in front of it.

Rooms are really small but not uncomfortable, just be prepared for a very compact area specially if you're tall like me.

Although the whole city had no water running they did their very best to accommodate us and I still slept very comfortable and room was spacious and clean. Very nice staff as well.

We weren't able to shower or use toilet much because of the water situation in the city. I won't blame them though. That was out of their control.

I loved how clean it was and the room size surprised me it definitely looks smaller in the pictures than in person . I loved the marble in the bathroom along with how comfortable the beds were .

The only down side was there was a water shortage while we were there but it’s common to happen I would just recommend to call before your stay to see if there is water .

It’s a nice little hotel near the art museum in the middle of Santurce. The jacuzzis/terrace are a great touch and the rooms were nice. It has great potential. Some of the staff members were friendly.

I wanted to like this hotel, but I was only able to enjoy it for the first afternoon. After that, there has been no water in the hotel or in several parts of San Juan for over 4 days, and our entire trip. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel workers promised a water truck would come the next day, then the next day, then they said they won’t have water for another few days. There was no provided updates about the situation, attempt to provide any other source of water, or offer to help in any way. We have had no access to the sinks, toilets, showers, or jacuzzis since the first night. On top of this, our AC unit was leaking heavily and stopped working well, and there was also a huge leak that flooded the lobby. Additionally, I was offered a late checkout at no charge when I arrived but was then told it would be close to $30 for a late check out (only by 2 hours).

Everyone was friendly.

House keeping left my room touched but nowhere near done. Looked like they stopped what they were doing tried to do something and never came back. Rehung my dirty towels, left my bed incomplete. And I didn’t even get compensated. That was the biggest disappointment there. & I don’t think it was taken too seriously by management either. Texted the pics to the room service number but never heard back.

Everything is was good

The hotel looked great and the staff was amazing! The only thing was our bed sheets had stains and walls, when we asked to get it changed it took hours before it got changed. When we got the new sheets those also had stains. The staff was great but they didn’t even have a lot of staff to help each other.

The staff was amazing and it was at a good walking distance from multiple restaurants and Condado beach.

The room was beautiful and as pictured on the site. There was a number of food options really close to the hotel and a decent food truck around the corner. There was also a grocery store a short walk away.

Note of caution...my sister and I went to the foodtruck around 10pm/11pm and there was an unhoused individual clearly experiencing some type of drug induced episode. We had to cross the street to get back to the hotel because we felt it was safer to do so.

Breakfast spot was great... but my dinner spot was closed...i was looking forward to a pasta dinner

Three shifts were VERY Pleasant & very helpful to all my needs and questions....but i am an "older gentleman" & this XUMO TV & streaming is foreign language to me.....just wanted to see basic TV..

HUGE rooms. There was a literal living room inside the room. Big and beautiful bathroom as well. Cool rooftop with jacuzzi and a lounge. The coffee machines were nice to have.

La stanza che abbiamo prenotato era bellissima, lo staff molto gentile, l’hotel pulito con anche la palestra. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo l’unica cosa che dovrebbero aggiungere è un bar caffè per fornire la colazione agli ospiti.

Lack of a chair in room

Ficamos apenas poucas horas no hotel, chegamos à tarde e saímos de madrugada, paramos apenas para descansarmos antes de voarmos para o Panamá. O quarto é grande e confortável, moderno. A localização é central, ideal.

Se pudéssemos, ficaríamos mais tempo... foi apenas um pernoite. Estava chovendo, não tivemos oportunidade de usufruir a banheira jacuzzi na cobertura. O box do banheiro tem uma cortina desagradável. Não tem café da manhã e o preço é caro como todos os hotéis em Porto Rico.

I like that it was close to everything in the metro area, good if you don’t have a car and are just using uber.

La ubicación ideal para tomar transporte público al viejo San Juan, al coliseo, y muy cerca del aeropuerto . Cuentan con dispensador de agua y la habitación muy amplia y bonita.

La habitación que me asignaron no tenía un escritorio. Tuve que buscar otro sitio para trabajar, ya que era incómodo hacerlo desde la habitación.

La ubicacion es perfecta, cerca de Condado y rapido accesos a autopistas.

La noche previa a irnos, el agua caliente no servia! El recepcionista dijo que no podia hacer nada hasta el dia siguiente....
