Très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille fortement ce logement. Le pire que j’ai pu effectuer dans ce pays. À mon arrivée, l’état d’hygiène était très décevant : des fourmis, puces et araignées étaient présentes partout, y compris dans mes affaires et mes vêtements. J’ai également retrouvé des poils et des cheveux dans le logement ainsi qu’une mauvaise odeur générale. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient rangé avec de la nourriture séche encore dessus. Ma valise et mes effets personnels ont été envahis par des insectes, ce qui est particulièrement problématique et m’a causé beaucoup de désagréments. Au-delà de l’état du logement, j’ai également été très mal à l’aise avec l’attitude de la propriétaire. J’ai trouvé son comportement intrusif et irrespectueux vis-à-vis de ma vie privée. La gestion des entrées et sorties, notamment avec le portail fermé et l’impression d’être surveillé concernant mes horaires de retour, m’a donné le sentiment de ne pas pouvoir séjourner librement et sereinement. J’ai également eu le sentiment que certains éléments de la situation n’étaient pas présentés de manière honnête lorsque j’ai signalé les problèmes rencontrés. Cette expérience a complètement gâché mon séjour. Un hébergement doit être propre, sain et permettre aux voyageurs de se sentir tranquilles et respectés. Ce n’est malheureusement pas l’expérience que j’ai vécue ici. Je recommande vivement aux futurs voyageurs de bien se renseigner avant de réserver.

Phòng rất mới và đầy đủ tiện nghi, ngay trung tâm đi lại rất thuận tiện nhưng nằm trong hẻm yên tĩnh. Giá phòng cực kì tốt, chị chủ hướng dẫn nhiệt tình để tự checkin thuận lợi

Nên có thêm một thùng rác cạnh bếp thì tuyệt vời, tuy nhiên ko ảnh hưởng gì đáng kể

It’s located at center of Hanoi. Near hanoi center mall Near hospital, supermarkets, bus stations. Room is nice and value of your monney

房间很整洁，没有异味，距离巴亭广场也很近

这座公寓没有电梯，房间在四楼，上下对年纪大的人可能不友好；插座位置距离床头有点远，电灯开关也不在床头，不是很方便；面积没有宣称的30平方米那么大，最多20平出头

Es hat alles super geklappt haben alles gefunden Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht war da. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Waschmaschine ist auch super hat eine Trockenfunktion.

Die Wohnung hat keine Fenster was uns nicht gestört hat, weil die Klimaanlage super funktioniert hat, wenn einem das aber wichtig ist sollte man lieber einen anderen Unterkunft buchen.

Lovely room all amenities worked, clean and new looking , great area, only down side was no lift and it is a tall building, but we were lucky they helped us with our heavy luggage.. great stay thank you

Хорошие и чистые апартаменты, удобное расположение. Есть стиральная машинка с сушкой и все, что необходимо для проживания

Для меня большим минусом были только маленькие жучки (или муравьи) в кухонной зоне. Возможно, в Ханое они повсеместно, но их было довольно много. Было бы здорово что-то с ними сделать

Phòng sạch sẽ và rộng rãi, có cả bếp và máy giặt trong phòng lun. Phù hợp nếu bác nào mún long stay. Vị trí trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng thuận tiện. Chị chủ siu nhiệt tình và dễ thươngggg

Điểm trừ là phải gửi xe ở ngoài. Bác nào có xe thì lưu ý nhé. Góp ý xíu là các vòi nước trong nvs hơi xỉn, nên vệ sinh lại xíu thì tuyệt vời 10/10 lun

Nice clean apartment. Great base for my time in Hanoi. WiFi and tv with Netflix etc.

The only thing to consider is the location if you want to be right in the centre of where everything is this is quite a walk. Grab bikes are cheap and easy though!

Estaba bien equipado, con lavadora-secadora que dejaba la ropa perfecta, ademas dejaron a nuestra disposicion jabon y suavizante. Habia cocina, aunque no la usamos, gran ropero y secador de pelo Tambien que estaba limpio y era tranquilo, sin ruidos. Calidad precio es genial. Repetiria.

La ubicacion porque al principio nos costo localizarlo y supone pasar por unos callejones, aunque he visto que hay muchos aqui. El primer dia nos impacto, despues vimos que eran seguros, aunque los taxis no pueden entrar, solo pasan motos. La foto del sofa es una zona común a la entrada del edificio, no dentro de nuestro apartamento que era un segundo piso. No hay vistas, aunque se puede ventilar.

Хороший отель для короткого проживания. Чистая и просторная комната, но света из окна нет, потому что соседнее задние вплотную. Есть стиральная машина, удобная кровать.

Нет места для паркинга, поэтому скутер приходится оставлять на улице.

100 điểm cho sự sạch sẽ và tiện nghi của nơi ở. Chị chủ home cũng 100 điểm không nhưng!!!! Lần tới đi công tác ở HN nhất định mình sẽ ở đây!!! Có điều thời điểm mình ở đúng vào lúc nhà kế bên đang sửa chữa, nên rất rất ồn,,, 6h sáng là búa đập inh ỏi tới 6h tối luôn. Còn lại thì không có gì để chê

The room is clean. Not expensive. Refrigerator, small kitchen. Air conditioner is good.

It’s hard to find this property. The online address provided is incorrect. The location is not on google maps. The landlord doesn’t speak even a basic English. I spent more than 1 hour chatting with landlord, still couldn’t figure out the location. I asked them google map address, I was given Apple map location. The location is quite far from the main tourist attractions and need to ride taxi to go and come back. No room cleaning service provided. No drinking water provided. Water jam in the small bathroom. No elevator.

Big apartment with all facilities one could need. Just to mention some: you get a kitchen with cooking equipment and a rice cooker included, a washing machine with detergent and a dryer, big adjustable flatscreen TV - all in all something I’ve never seen before in that price category. Everything is clean and the host is an incredibly kind and welcoming lady. It is somewhat outside of the centre but still not too far, which makes it in my opinion a great location since it is much quieter than other apartments and you get really good sleep. I’m really looking forward to staying here again the next time!

Lovely owner and nice and clean room, has everything I need!

The owner is so friendly, she will try to help you with all your doubts and also the place is amazing, all the electronics devices are new, is a cleaning place and also has a small electric stove to cook if you want, has iron, dryer, ac, washing machine and refrigerator too. Is so worth it for the price I really recommend to come this place and is very central to walk around the city. The city is safe to walk so you can feel conform to come to this place

You need to follow the directions to the very carefully.

The room is more like a studio and pretty nice inside.

I have a bike and parking is a huge pain to deal with. The air does not flow very well because there's only a small window to the hallway.

Very friendly and helpful host. In the middle of a vietnamese neighbourhood. Smart tv with Netflix account. Incredible value for the price.
