Like all condo rentals in Philippines, there are never enough towels. One each per person and additional costs to request additional towels.

Sehr gute Lage, unzählige Restaurants und Malls in unmittelbarer Lage. Appartement im 19. OG war sauber, gut eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Host, schnelle Reaktion bei Anfragen / Beschwerden

In dem ursprüglich für uns vorgesehenen Appartment war die Aircon defekt. Unser Check-in war gg. Mitternacht, wir waren müden und wollten schlafen - keine Chance bei dem Lärm, welchen die defekte Aircon alle 15 Minuten beim Ein-/Auschalten erzeugte. Ergebnis: eine schlaflose Nacht. Nach Reklamation am nächsten Morgen wurde uns sofort ein gleichwertiges (sogar etwas moderners) Appartement angeboten, welches wir dann am Nachmittag beziehen konnten. Alles gut! Ein Kritikpunkt jeoch gilt der Verwaltung des Gebäudes: Während unseres Aufenthaltes war von drei Fahrstühlen häufig nur einer verfügbar, was oft mit längeren Wartezeiten verbunden war. Ein "no go" bei einer solchen Immobilie.

- Top Studio, geräumig, modern, an erstklassiger Lage mit Aussicht auf die Mitsukoshi Mall in BGC. - Hoher Sicherheitsstandard (Zugang zum entsprechenden Stockwerk nur mit Badge). - Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, direkter Zugang zur Uptown Mall. - Waschmaschine im Appartment. - Für einen längerne Aufenthalt angenehm: Wöchentliche Reinigung und frische Bettlaken gegen eine Gebühr möglich. - Aufmerksame und zeitnahe Betreuung durch den Host & Team.

おそらくこちらから料金を払えばやってもらえたのかと思うが、その辺がよくわからず、結局5日間清掃が1度も入らなかった。ただそれはこちらの規則の理解不足かもしれない。洗濯機が壊れていた気がする。8時間位回りっぱなしだった。 過去の滞在者がマナーが悪かったのかもしれないが、送られてくるメッセージが、もし何か損害を与えたら全て弁償させると言うような感じで、あまり気持ちの良いものではなかった。それから、Booking.comで、空港ピックアップが無料タクシーだったが、いくら探しても私のボードを持って待っている人はいなかった。

Location, apartment size made it actually feel like home. The apartment had everything you could possibly want. The only thing is that the iron has a few exposed wires, not dangerous but it should be replaced.

Everything. Pure luxury and better than the photographs show. Spotless and so well equipped. The kitchen,the bathroom,the welcoming basket,the travellers eternity pack,slippers... nothing had been forgotten. The entire property,the room, and somehow even outside always smelled beautiful and fresh. The bed was super comfortable with plush soft bedding, and the towels provided were top quality. The building is in an amazing location and is very upscale with friendly and professional staff throughout the building. Very secure. 2 minute walk to Uptown Mall and surrounded by markets and every kind of restaurant you could imagine. Tremendous value for such a beautiful condominium. The Grand Hyatt across the street charges more for one night for a very uninspiring room than I paid for 4 nights here. The typhoon that came through on my last night didn't affect my stay,but I half-heartedly wanted my flight the next morning to Cebu to be cancelled so I could stay another night. It was that nice here. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE PROPERTY HOSTS. They were so helpful and easy to contact and replied promptly to any questions I had. They were the ultimate representation to host this fine property and deserve a well-deserved mention in this review. I would rate them 100☆ if it was possible. THANK YOU ALL.

Beautiful interior. Very spacious for a studio apartment. Terrific location.

Clean Unit.

The room was cozy and more than enough for my partner and I. The view at night was gorgeous.

The wait time for the elevator was extremely long. There were times were only one elevator was working and there was about 30 people in line waiting to go up.

You need to put the right name of the building so people can easily find the location, (One Uptown Residence), not just Luxury condo. We had problems finding the place. A photo of the front of the building would be a great start. The lack of communication with the host, She should have told us what we really need to do to check in. She didn't say we needed to send our ids. The reception can't find our names even though we already gave our id.

No wifi and it says on the site - pool wifi city view. Internet connection is very essential especially for foreign travelers.

Great location, great room!

I really appreciated the fact that the room looked identical to the pictures. The room was spotless when we arrived. We appreciated the snacks and bottled water for us. I also loved how there was an app provided with information about the building and the surrounding areas of BGC. The check in process was simple. I filled out the require forms and was already registered with the front desk upon arrival. The location was fantastic. It's walking distance to several malls in the area.

The only issue we had was the water heater did not make the water hot enough. Everything else was perfect.

It is a totally upscale property with high end accommodations surrounded by restaurants and endless shopping galore. It is also equipped with a nice clean gym for lifting weights and an excellent pool for swimming laps that I really enjoyed. Also, the property host was very efficient, professional, and accommodating. 🤠

it is very difficult to set the right temperature in the shower. I miss a place in the bathroom where I can hang towels.

I like the locations very much! Uptown Mall and Parade was just across the street. The view from the window was fantastic. Very recommendable.

The Host is Amazing ! A+ Very responsive and nice. Super accommodating. The room is super spacious. It s also super close to restaurants, bars and anywhere you need to go in BGC. The lifts are really fast, considering the amounts of floor in the building. The Air Conditioning works really well and the Washing Machine is a life-saver. The Internet Service is super fast ( had to work from home, joined online meetings, etc )

There no blackout curtains in the room which made it a bit tough to sleep soundly in the mornings. There was grease build-up under the sink which kicked out a terrible smell. Upon reporting, the Host sent the Maintenance Team and the issue was taken care of.

Our stay was prompted by an event nearby, and opting for accommodation over a late-night commute proved to be a wise choice. Situated in the vibrant BGC, the location is excellent, surrounded by numerous restaurants. The unit boasts accessible amenities like a pool and gym, ensuring a pleasant stay. Security is top-notch with high-end door systems, providing a safe environment. Overall, our experience was fantastic! It instills a desire to consider living in BGC in the future, reminiscent of the comfort offered by the temporary residence. Additionally, the owner's hospitality and friendliness added to the positive experience. What you see in the picture is really what you will expect.
