Reviewed Sep 19, 2026都是中國人，用中文溝通很方便。環境非常的整潔，也提供相關的一些工具用品，周遭的購物生活用品非常的方便，而且便宜，不用到其他的超市去 購買。
可能第一次去對環境不熟悉，要稍微認識一下，不過環境整體來講非常的好。 是住宅區非常安靜。 交通也算很便利。

Brak podstawowego wyposażenia kuchennego: sztućców, talerzy, noża oraz choćby jednego garnka lub patelni, co uniemożliwiało gotowanie mimo obecności kuchenki.

因連住3天，因不希望有人打擾，第3天有需要向櫃檯要瓶裝水，櫃檯人員表示僅請第1天提供，其他天不提供，所以未给，但這樣是不合理的，因為如果我一天一天的住，你還是要付3天的瓶裝水，因為客人有需要所以才向櫃台索取3天的應給的量，並無過份要求，一般酒店都會给，爾且並無看到僅提供1天的水之規定，旅宿業應以服務為目的，這樣服務之坪價比才會高，本以為位置比較差外，其他算還不錯，但光水的部分在心中有很大的影響，下次再去大阪時應不會考慮住這間了~

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Staff was very helpful and friendly, the location is great, 5 min walk away from Imamiya Station which connects to many lines. Also a 20 min walk from Dotonbury and Shinsekai. We were allowed to check in early and the Staff was very helpful with our forwarded luggage. The rooms were also very large and we could both fit comfortably.
The Bathroom facilities are small, but I still had a very positive experience!!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026まず立地がよかったです!! ユニバと道頓堀に行ったんですかどちらにも近く とても助かりました!! おまけにお風呂トイレ別でテレビ、冷蔵庫、レンジ、 電気ケトル、クーラー、洗濯機、浴室乾燥機まで あるなんて充実しすぎ!! 近くにコンビニもあるのでそこで洗濯洗剤も売っていたので 洗濯出来たし浴室乾燥機で翌日の朝には乾いていて 荷物減らせたじゃん!!ってなりました笑 とりあえず大満足でした!!
設備の使い方が難しかったので マニュアルあったら嬉しかったです!!

202号室に泊まりました。部屋のキッチンがありましたが…かざり？ 鍋や調理器具などありませんでした。クーラーからなのか？ずっと水がポタポタ落ちる音がずっと聞こえていました。確認はしましたが…水漏れはありませんでした。

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das Zimmer war groß, so hatten wir Platz uns etwas auszubreiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sauber und in der Nähe ist die Bahnstationen. Man hatten eine Küche und eine Waschmaschine so konnten wir entspannt waschen.

On our first day out we were locked in our room adn we could not get out. It took a few hours for them to break the lock which meant they had to install a new one. At this point most of the day was gone which mean we had limited time to do what we had planned for that day. Yes they gave a complimentary breakfast for the day but I would hae preferred if they had given us vouchers to go somewhere or even upgraded up room or something. The TV did not connect to the internet or any other english speaking programs or apps which meant we could not use the TV to even cast anything from our phones or tablets. There was a constant food odour in the corridors and the elevators which was a bit off putting especially when you are on holiday to relax and be pampered

No tienen artículos de limpieza ni separadores para reciclaje. No hay espacio para secar los trastes ni la basura Muy pocos percheros para secar la ropa, hay que ir a un Laundry coin para secar la ropa (la más cercana a 5 minutos caminando) Hay que pedir los utencilios de cocina y cubiertos en la recepción. Para alguien tímido como yo, es dificil pedirlo. Además que los platos que pedí me entregaron unos demasiado pequeños.

We couldn't open the windows while sleeping because of the noise coming from the gas station (or building next to it). Also, it'd be nice if they clean the room more often.

Reviewed Jun 18, 20261.就在今宮駅附近(不是新今宮喔)，雖然若要坐JR線都要轉車，但只要1站也是很便利了。 2.員工服務親切專業，也會說中文，所以入住很順暢。 3.房間設備很新又乾淨，廁所和浴室分開、有洗衣機、微波等，吹風機超好用的！ 4.附近有間大賣場跟兩間超商，所有要購買都很方便。 5.大廳附有各項備品，甚至還有販售網卡跟充電線。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026El hotel es un hotel muy básico que cumple con tener un lugar limpio y cómodo para dormir. El check-in fue rápido y lo mismo el check-out. El personal amable.
Hay muchos letreros por todos lados advirtiendo sobre hacer o no hacer cosas, muchas reglas que seguir para procesos tan sencillos como que te limpien la habitación o poder usar un plato en la misma, pues hay que pedir todo con anticipación.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Las camas eran cómodas así como las almohadas. Para ser Japón, los colchones eran mas blandos de lo suelen ser allí, lo cual se agradece. Habitación relativamente grande. Vistas a la ciudad desde el balcón de la habitación. Nos dejaron entrar en la habitación antes de la hora prevista, lo cuál se agradece muchísimo.
No disponer de detergente para lavar ropa.
