The location is superb, great access to lake and public transport. Plenty of space in the flat. Easy check-in and out.

It is a bit run down and tired. The furnishings are sparse. It hadn’t been cleaned well. The posting listed a washing machine but this needs a card to access that can only be signed out in offices hours Monday to Friday.

We stayed for 6 nights and we had very good experiences and we feel like home. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Fantastic location with an easy commute and great nearby restaurants and nearby lake. The building is well-maintained and neighbour are great no noise at all. Great value for the area. We are served by Demi and is very spontaneous. Respond even out of hours and let us check in hour earlier. If you want to visit zurich just stay here.

Es amplio y está bien situado, al lado de una parada de tranvía y con un súper y una cafetería enfrente. El barrio bonito junto al lago. Camas cómodas y ropa de cama y toallas impecables.

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, el lavavajillas no lo pudimos usar porque no se podía cerrar la puerta, algunos interruptores de luz no funcionaban tampoco. El edifico es antiguo y se nota. Pero lo peor de todo es recibir un mensaje del dueño diciendo que si no vas a dejar una reseña de 10 mejor no la dejes, que le baja la puntuación. Y parece ser que le funciona porque para nada es un alojamiento de 9,3 (puntuación cuando reservé).

The property is very well located, right at Wollishofen train station. Great house with great energy.

The only problem is no elevator. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, like we did, it may become a problem, else you will have a lot of fun here.

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Bahnhof Wollishofen und am Zürichsee ist außergewöhnlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter vor optimal: es wurde sofort reagiert und alle Fragen wurden bestens beantwortet.

Espaço Amplo. Confortável. Não é sofá cama. Próximo de cafés, supermercados e metrô.

Último andar. Não tem elevador o que dificulta um pouco para subir com as malas.

Well located in quiet neighbourhood right on the train and tram stops. I was hoping to be able to walk to the Altstadt - that would take 50 minutes but would be pleasant in summer.

This is a very dated apartment, the bathroom in particular. The floorboards are very creaky - actually enough to wake me up when my partner got up in the night. Its on the 3rd floor, so lots of stairs which may be problematic if you have heavy bags. Host sent a link which was meant to contain helpful information (didnt connect). There was no response to my two requests for a new link. It would be really nice to have a single tea bag or coffee pod on arrival - unfortunately the kitchen was totally bare.

Excellent location…. Close to wollishofen train station, grocery store and bakery. The train station is accessible through euro rail pass and you can reach Zurich main station (10 mins) or kilchberg station (5 mins) for Lindt chocolate museum (10 mins walk away from kilchberg station) without paying for expensive Swiss travel pass Responsive and friendly host…. Located on third floor and lacks elevator…. But if you are staying for 2-3 nights, I think it doesn’t matter unless there’s some disability

The accommodation is in a great location, near the train station. Short distance from the airport by train, and quick tram to central. Near the lake, with beautiful walk ways along the water. Super spacious and quiet apartment. Good value for money.

The apartment is a bit dated as you can see in the pictures. We recommend the owner to get some extra pillows and the ones that were there were next to nothing. A few things missing for cooking like a chopping board. There were a few bit that could have been cleaned better.

Apartmant is very spacious, location is excellent.

Bathroom - only hand soap was provided (no body soap :( ) and radiator was bit rusty - I think some spray paint would do magic

Great location for the lake and for trains and trams into the centre. Zurich centre is a pleasant walk along the side of the lake. Great communication from the host and easy and clear process for checking in and out. Would recommend.

No elevator so was a little hard for elderly visitors
